“Do you regret not telling her that you loved her back then?” Bam asked, Lisa was stunned by the question.

Lisa lingered on the question for a moment, wondering why Bam would ever ask such a thing.

“I was never in love with Sorn” Lisa said firmly

“Lisa, it’s been so long. You don’t have to lie to me” Bam said as he rubbed Lisa’s back

Lisa shook her head.

“I really wasn’t in love with her. I just loved the idea of spending time with her. She was the only person in Thailand that I knew besides you, and she’s really great company, and moments with her were great and all, but I never felt anything deeper for her” Lisa said honestly

Bam stared at Lisa.

“Bam, if ever I did fall in love with Sorn, I think I would’ve made it clear to her the very moment I felt something different for her, but I swear…all I felt for her was sisterly love” Lisa said sincerely

Bam looked at her eyes and he nodded as he saw the florist’s sincerity.

“Is it okay for you and Sorn to meet up then?” Bam asked

Lisa sighed.

“I don’t think I’m ready to face her yet, Bam” Lisa said

Not that she didn’t want to see Sorn; it’s just that…Lisa was scared. What for? It’s just something she’s not yet ready to voice out.

“Okay, Lis” Bam simly said as he stood up and held out his hand for Lisa who gladly took it, Bam then hugged Lisa one more time

“Stop blaming yourself for it” Bam whispered

Lisa was confused.

Not that she was confused in a way that she did not know whether she liked girls or boys or anything, but she was confused as to why she was being driven to Central Park at 11:30 PM by Bam who was supposed to head back to Thailand.

“Are you kidnapping me, you idiot?” Lisa asked for the nth time

“If I was, don’t you think I would’ve just stuffed you inside a box and shipped you off to the Bermuda Triangle?” Bam said, chuckling as he did so, Lisa simply rolled her eyes

“Jennie would kill you first if you do that” Lisa smirked

“True” Bam said, and Lisa grinned

“But why are we going to Central Park, Bam?” Lisa asked

“Patience, Pranpriya” Bam said

Lisa didn’t know whether she smiled at the word ‘patience’ that reminded her of her mother or if she smiled at Bam calling her ‘Pranpriya’ again.

Once they finally arrived at Central Park, Lisa’s forehead creased as she saw the numerous fairy lights that were surrounding the trees and benches. On the bridge a grand piano was placed while a balding man was playing ‘Wolfgang Vivaldi’ beautifully and passionately. Lisa got out of the car and smiled widely at the sight, her feet seemed to have a mind of its own as it led her to the park where a few tables were placed, there she saw her best friends Jisoo and Rosé happily clapping as Lisa made her way to them.

“What’s going on?” Lisa asked the two

“Yah, calm your ” Jisoo said, making Rosé giggle

“You’re gonna love this, Lis” Rosé said

Bora then appeared in front of them, Lisa quickly hugged the woman.

“You look beautiful, Lisa” Bora said

Lisa smiled at the woman.

“But what’s going on here, Mom?” Lisa asked

“Hush, you talk too much, sweetheart” Bora said as she covered Lisa’s mouth making the Thai pout which only made Bora lightly slap Lisa’s face, both of them ending up laughing at their antics.

Dahyun was present too; she was busy taking pictures of the beautiful scenery so Lisa decided not to interrupt the girl. Then Lisa saw Jennie walking towards her, Lisa’s jaw dropped, Jennie was stripped off her usual casual clothes, she was now in a simple yet elegant white dress embezzled with a few silver gems making her stand out, she had a leather jacket draped over her shoulders but she was wearing Converse shoes which made Lisa giggle, her hair was let loose, resting on her shoulders, and she was wearing her eyeglasses of course, with a touch of light makeup.

“You guys looks like you’re about to walk the runway!” Dahyun squealed, snapping pictures of the two

Lisa chuckled as she noticed her own outfit, she was wearing a fitted yellow dress with traces of dark gold, emphasizing her slender figure, she was wearing silver heels, her hair up in a ponytail, she decided to wear her specs as well, and she was wearing a brown bomber jacket.

“What’s up, Old Soul?” were Jennie’s first words

Lisa laughed as she quickly hugged the smaller girl.

“What’s all this, Jennie?” Lisa asked as she then pecked her girlfriend’s lips
