Unexpected.

It was unexpected for Jennie to log out at 3:30 but since Dahyun kept nagging her for working so long she decided to actually listen to her, and since she was certain her father would not be quite happy to see her at their mansion today she decided to restrain from visiting Ella for the tension to cool down a bit, so she decided to head straight home, she placed Lisa’s gift on her bed and quickly went out again and headed straight to Floraison.

Once again the strong scent of flowers greeted her, there were about 5 customers who were currently in line to pay for their flowers, but Lisa was nowhere to be seen; only Rosé was present whilst she attended to the customers with a bubbly smile.

“Jennie?”

Jennie saw Jisoo who was sitting down on the mini couch behind the counter, the older girl stood up and made her way to Jennie.

“Hello Unnie, is Lisa around?” Jennie asked with a smile

“Damn, that Manoban really wasn’t kidding” Jisoo mumbled under her breath

“Yah! Lalisa Pranpriya Manoban!” Jisoo yelled which made the customers chuckle

“God, Unnie, people don’t even need to hire a private investigator anymore because here you are so willingly screaming my name” Lisa said as she came out from the back room, she was wearing simple white shirt and denim shorts paired with black sneakers, she was obviously annoyed by Jisoo but she then froze when she saw Jennie.

“M-Miss Sunflowers” Lisa stuttered

“Hello Lisa” Jennie said

Lisa smiled and led Jennie to the back room where no one could hear their conversation.

“I’m guessing Jisoo Unnie did her job and gave you my gift” Lisa said as she smiled

“Yes, and I’m guessing you already know my name? I’m assuming Jisoo Unnie has already told you” Jennie said

“Sadly, I do not, she refused to tell me your name because she thinks I’m stalking you or whatever” Lisa said as she chuckled

“Do you have a history on stalking people, Old Soul?” Jennie asked

“I do not, but Jisoo Unnie just doesn’t believe me when I tell her I know you, so I told her to give the gift to the girl who dressed up as Luna Lovegood at your company acquaintance party last week” Lisa said

“I see” Jennie said

“Will you tell me your name then?” Lisa asked

“How about we do that thing you said in that note of yours and maybe then I’ll tell you my name” Jennie said as she winked at Lisa and headed back into the main shop, the customers were already gone and Jisoo and Rosé were playing on their phones

“Hey—“ Jisoo started when she saw Jennie but the latter was quick to cover Jisoo’s mouth and whispered to her to not tell Lisa her name, Jisoo nodded and so Jennie let her go

“Same thing goes to you, Rosie” Jennie said since she knows Jisoo might’ve already told Rosé, they seemed to be a couple so Jennie guessed Jisoo would be the type to tell her girlfriend almost everything.

Lisa then came to the main shop after fixing herself; she then smiled at Jennie again.

“Does Saturday sound good to you?” Lisa asked

“Saturday’s good” Jennie said as she then continued to walk out of the shop

“Wait, where will I pick you up?” Lisa asked

“Let’s just meet up here at 4 pm” Jennie

“Okay” Lisa said with a huge smile on her face

“I’ll see you then” Jennie said

“Wait, aren’t you going to buy sunflowers today?” Lisa asked

Jennie sighed but she was quick to recover from her sudden sadness.

“Not today, Lisa. And by the way, thank you for the gift” Jennie said as finally walked out of the shop

Lisa leaned back on the counter and held her chest that was beating far from normal, Jisoo and Rosé were looking at her with a smirk and they knew at that moment Lisa was hooked.

No turning back.

Lisa paced back and forth as she tried to make herself relax, it was finally Saturday and it was nearing 4 PM, Lisa had asked advice from Rosé and Jisoo on what to wear and they were firm on telling her to stick with wearing a plain white off shoulder top, ripped jeans and her usual white sneakers, Lisa had applied light makeup and made sure her bangs didn’t expose her holy forehead. Right now Lisa was just waiting for the time, she made sure her phone and wallet were all in her purse, she had her car keys and apartment keys with her, and she even brought her camera.

Lisa won’t deny how attracted she is to Miss Sunflowers, no doubt the girl is beautiful and something about her mysteriousness makes Lisa want to know her more, the mere fact of not knowing her name has been gnawing Lisa alive, Jisoo and Rosé were firm on not telling Lisa of the girl’s name. Miss Sunflowers has been stuck in Lisa’s mind for quite a while now and she’s determined to conquer the girl.
