Over the time in between their filmings, they occasionally chatted over text messaging. They were often unable to reply right away due to their busy schedules, but they still kept the conversation going, helping the two grow closer and closer.

They roamed through the Gyeongbok Palace in their beautiful Hanboks as people gathered around them and requested for photos. While Sungjae was still confused about his feelings, he forgot all about it when filming, because he would get to treat Joy like his actual girlfriend, which is something he normally cannot do. Sungjae could not be happier to be on an outdoor date with Joy, with filming as an excuse.
