It took a few seconds before Jin got back to his senses and began patting Yeri's back, comforting his niece. Wendy was still gripping Seulgi's arm while the latter was still trying to find the right words to say. Before they could say anything, Yeri already pulled back from her samchon and dried her eyes. 

"Yeri-ah.." Jin started as he squeezed Yeri's hand.

"They're done right? They'll be out soon then? Later, can we please talk about this later?" Yeri looked at them pleadingly. 

"Of course. I'll make arrangements so that we can talk later. I promise. We're so sorry.." Yeri cut off Jin with a hug which he returned with a tighter hug. 

"I also know how you guys wanted me to know. Thank you, samchon.. imos.." Yeri beamed weakly though sincerely at them. It was evident that the kid's energy just got drained with the revelation. 

"I've been waiting for the time that I can finally address you properly you know." The kid added as the twins became teary-eyed while Jin still held his niece in his arms. 

"You don't know how happy we are to hear you call us that, Yerimmie. We're so sorry that we couldn't tell you. But.." Wendy started but, similarly with Jin, Yeri cut her off with a hug as she also grabbed on to Seulgi's hand. 

"Again. You guys don't have to apologize. I understand. But, we still have a lot to talk about and I still have a lot of questions. Also, you have to help me. Ara?" Yeri added while the adults nodded in response. 

Their conversation was interrupted by the exit of the group from the main practice room. The three adults were quick to compose themselves while Yeri clung to Wendy and Seulgi. Now that she's finally told them, she feels as though she's the switch to her vulnerability. Everything that she's been keeping in is starting to overflow. All the confusion, hurt, sadness, and everything. 

"There you guys are. Everything okay?"  Irene worriedly asked as she saw Yeri clinging to her cousins. 

"Thank God you're here Yerimmie. The CEO's evaluation became brief and not the usual that takes hours. Haha." Suho said with a grin, oblivious to the situation. 

The staff and the rest of the group bid their goodbyes and went back to work leaving the Kims on their own. Yeri shook her head and was quick to plaster a smile on her face just in time to face Irene who was distracted by their staff. She looked worriedly at Yeri who quickly moved towards her and hugged her, clinging like a little koala. The cousins smiled at the sight, both worried and happy for the mother-daughter duo. 

"Unnie. I'm hungry already. Can we eat now?" Yeri said with puppy dog eyes, her attempt at distracting her mother who was looking worriedly at her. Jin and the twins were quick to ride along Yeri's plan.  

"Well, let's get going then. We don't want a hangry Yeri." Jin jokingly said as he pushed them all towards KME's cafe. 

After eating lunch, Jisoo came and told Irene that she and Suho need to attend a meeting with some investors. Irene apologized to Yeri and promised the kid that she will make the meeting as quick as possible. It was agreed upon that they would all go to Shikshin for dinner afterwards. Jin took this opportunity so that he and the twins can finally talk to Yeri. 

"Don't worry noona. I'll take care of them. We might even record some demos while waiting." Jin happily said as he hurriedly pushed his older siblings away. Irene just looked at them with a raised brow. What are you guys planning? 

Jin brought Yeri and his cousins to his office where they could talk privately. His office was quite spacious and designed beautifully as expected of KME's Art Director. Yeri settled on the couch facing the three adults. 

"So.. uhm.." Seulgi said as silence filled the air. They were looking anxiously at Yeri who was just smiling at them. 

"Why do I get the feeling that you're about to apologize again?" Yeri giggled at the anxious looks of her imos and samchon. 

"Well, Yerimmie.. we don't know how to..." Wendy looked at the kid with sorrowful eyes which made Yeri reach for her hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze. 

"Okay. Enough of the apologies. Like I said, I understand why you couldn't tell me. And I know, I know how much you've tried to convince my mother. I've heard quite a number of your conversations ever since I discovered the truth two years ago. You guys should lock the doors you know. Hahaha." Yeri said while the three listened attentively. 

"Ara.. so I guess I should start telling you about the letter... Well..."

Yeri was busy reading in the library when a man in his early fifties approached her table. The kid was startled at first but she quickly calmed down when she recognized his face. 

"Good day Yerim. I apologize if I startled you. Do you remember who I am?" She heard the man speak. She's seen him once when he visited the Chois back when she was around eight years old. 

"I remember you, Grandpa Changmin!" Yeri replied as she heard the guy chuckle in response.

"It has been a long time since then. I'm glad you still remember me Yeri-ah. I think Gramps is fit since you're still a baby." Changmin replied with a smile. 

"What brings you here Gramps?" Yeri asked, still giggling because of how she's addressing him. Changmin shook his head in amusement. He remembers Taeyeon with this little kid.
