Everyone who knows me knows that I love sleeping. Sleep is very important to me. So it was a huge shock for everyone when I signed up for morning lectures.

Contrary to popular belief, I actually don't mind waking up early in the morning for the lectures. The lectures are done by afternoon and I am free to do whatever for the rest of the day, which generally involves sleeping.

But the reason I took up morning lectures was because Joshua was in the morning batch and I didn't want to be alone and because ... Seungcheol.

The first time I noticed Seungcheol was a week after our lectures began, during the first semester, when he had a very interesting debate with the professor about the current situation of world politics. He didn't really stand out that much before that. He was just an attentive student who sat a few rows ahead of me. But after that day, I couldn't take my eyes off him. What I noticed first was his voice. I was doodling on my notes, half listening to the professor when I heard a deep but somehow soft voice say, "Sorry professor, but I don't agree with you on this point." If his voice and the confident manner weren't enough to get my attention, he had to be very handsome, too.

I never complained about waking up early after that day.

I tried to convince myself that it was just a fleeting attraction, that it held no meaning, I really did try. But after trying and failing to avoid my feelings for the whole first semester, I gave up.

Now, everyone who knows me knows that I love sleeping but I love Seungcheol more.
