"Tae, why did you bring me here?" Jisoo was confused. Based on the route that they had been going, she thought, for sure, that Taehyung was talking her home. Instead, he had walked past both their houses, located next to one another, and headed towards the direction of the park where they both had met for the first time. Taehyung didn't answer her question, instead he lead her over to the swing set that they used to play on as children. Finally, Taehyung let go of her hand when the had arrived. "Sit."
Jisoo sat down on one of the swings, still unsure as to what the two of them were doing there. She was not uneasy, however, she trusted Taehyung. He walked over to the other swing, sitting down and beginning to slightly swing. Following his example, Jisoo began to swing as well. The both of them remained in silence. The entire park was mostly empty. Children were most probably in school and the adults were at work or either heading to work. The only people that were at the park this early in the morning were those that were either reading the newspaper while getting some fresh air or exercising.
Jisoo was unable to contain her curiousity and longer, turnign around to face Taehyung, she asked him what she had been dying to ask. "Are you going to tell me why we are here, now?" Taehyung turned to her and smiled. "What if I don't want to?"
"Yah, Kim Taehyung. Tell me or I'm going home." Jisoo threatened by getting up slightly. However, before she could fully get up from the swing, Taehyung's words stopped her.
"Alright, alright, I'll tell you. Don't go." Satisfied that he had bought into it, Jisoo sat down in her seat once again. "Fine, I won't, now tell me why we are here."
"We are here...to have fun." The smile on Taehyung's face was huge. Jisoo knew what he was trying to her. He was trying to make her forget what had happened back in the classroom. She wouldn't call him out on it though. Instead, she would allow him to think that she didn't know what he was doing. "How can it be fun when you are here?"
The pout that formed on Taehyung's face caused her to laugh. There relationship had always been like this. Both of them taunting one another, joking around. That was part of the reason why Jisoo was in love with Taehyung. With him, she didn't have to pretend to be somethign she wasn't she could joke around, have fun, not having to take herself to seriously. Even if she was stressed out with school or life, she knew that she could rely on Taehyung to make everything better. To Jisoo, Taehyung was her rock. She knew that it was the same for Taehyung. Previous girlfriends that he'd had had made him feel bad for always joking around. In Jisoo's opinion that was one of Taehyung's strongest points. He could turn any situation into a positive situation.
"Why do you have to be so rude to me all the time? You're lucky that I put up with you." This back and forth mock bickering between them was the norm. "Oh, put up with me, is that what you do? Well, guess what, now, you have to catch me?" With that, Jisoo got up from the swing seat and took off in a run. It took Taehyung a few seconds but once he realized what happened, he was quick to chase after her. "Yah, you little monster, get back here."
Taehyung chased her for a good five minutes before she got tired and stopped running. She had turned around to face him just in time to see him unable to stop and run into her. With the weight of his body slamming into hers, she lost her balance and fell over, dragging him down with her. Taehyung landed on top of her, bracing himself with his arms just int ime to prevent his entire weight from landing on her.
"Owww."
The both of them groaned from the pain. The first to recover though, was Taehyung. "I caught you." His voice caused Jisoo to look directly into his face. When she did, she couldn't help but blush. Her face was so close to his, maybe about an inch. If either of them moved, then their lips would probably be touching. How is it fair that a person this handsome exists. He's unreal. Seeing her blush, Taehyung couldn't help but chuckle slightly.
"You're cute when your embarassed." His voice brought her back to reality. They were still in a rather precarious position, both on the ground, Taehyung on top of her, boxing her in with his arms. Taehyung was the first to get up. Dusting himself off, he held out his hand for Jisoo.
Grabbing his hand, Jisoo lifted herself up with his help. Once they were both standing up, Taehyung turned to face her. "Are you okay?" All Jisoo could do was nod in response to his question. Her mind was still preoccupied with the position that they had been in merely seconds ago. She was pulled out of her thoughts by the sound of a stomach growling. Turnign
