"When did that happen?"

Jisoo couldn't help but slightly chuckle at the sincere confusion and shock that was visible on Jungkook's face. The boy's eyes widened and he looked extremely shook. It was a cute look on him. Seeing his facial expression, everyone in their group chuckled. Taehyung had just barely opened his mouth to respond to Jungkook's question when Jimin beat him to the punch, not allowing him to say anything. 

"Who cares when it happened. I'm just glad that it did. At least now, I won't have to listen to Jisoo going on and on about how much she loves Taehyung."

Jisoo was shocked by the betrayal of someone that she considered to be her friend. Letting go of Taehyung's hand, she walked directly up to Jimin. Once she was in front of him, she lightly punched him in the stomach.

"Oppa, you're so mean! How could you betray me like that? That's the last time I tell you anything."

Jimin pretended to be hurt and winced, rubbing his stomach in the meantime. Jisoo was about to hit him again, when she stopped because a pair of arms wrapped around her waist and pulled her back into someone else's chest. She didn't need to be a genuis to know that it was Taehyung. If she wasn't already so familiar with his scent, than the teasing sounds from her friends would have given it away. She pretended to struggle, trying to get away from Taehyung and get to Jimin, but she secretly really enjoyed the position that she was in, in Taehyung's arms. 

"Jisoo-yah, let my best friend go. Besides, he's just stating something that I already know to be a fact. You already told me you loved me."

The teasing hollers of their friends only seemed to get worse at Taehyung's words. Jisoo also felt slightly embarassed by his words. Here he was, talking about this so openly. She turned around and buried her face in his chest, trying to hide her red face from everyone else. 

"Unnie, you told him you loved him?" Jisoo could recognize Nara's voice as she spoke even if she wasn't looking at her.

She could feel her face becoming even redder and she buried her face even further in Taehyung's chest. She could feel his chest moving as he laughed at her along with their friends. She wished that the earth would open up and swallow her whole but unfortunately it didn't. In fact, she wasn't even allowed to remain buried in Taehyung's chest, thanks to the man himself. Taehyung grabbed her chin and forced her to look up. When she met his eyes, she could see the smile clearly on his face. 

"You're so cute. You know that I love you too, so why are you getting embarassed? Ignore what they're saying. That's just how they are," Taehyung tried to reassure her.

With those words, he leaned down and pecked her on the lips. Feeling his lips on hers, even if it was for a brief moment made her forget about their friends for a moment. In that moment it was just them: her looking up at him and him looking down at her, smile seemingly etched onto his face. They were pulled away from each other by the sound of someone clearing their throat. This time it wasn't only Taehyung that was smiling, even Jisoo had a smile on her face. Looking over to see Nayeon, Jisoo noticed for the first time that she hadn't said anything since her and Taehyung had arrived. However, she didn't need to use words to express her feelings. Jisoo could tell by the smile on her face that Nayeon was happy for her.

Nayeon was extremely happy that Jisoo and Taehyung had confessed to each other. She was even happier that whatever seemed to have been the problem that had been plaguing them for a few days now seemed to have gotten better. She could tell that both Taehyung and Jisoo were happier now than they had been just the previous day. It was apparent on their faces. Seeing her friends smile, Nayeon couldn't help but feel good about herself as well. However, she couldn't help but tease them a bit as well. She couldn't classify herself a s a best friend if she didn't do that. 

"Before you guys are made extremely aware of what I ate for breakfast due to this lovely amount of cuteness, I suggest we all go to class before all of us end up in detention," Nayeon meant for her words to sound serious but the smile prevented them from having that impact on those that were on the receiving side.

Agreeing, they all walked to close. However, before she could walk off, Taehyung, once again, grabbed a hold of Jisoo's hand, intertwining their fingers. Like that, they both headed off to their first day of class as a couple, both with smiles on their faces.

The smile that had been on her face didn't last long. As she and Taehyung walked down the halls with her friends,she could almost feel the stare of the other students burning into her skin.
