Chapter 3
Let's Not Fall in LoveJiyeon’s POV:
“And together, the seven of us are called Bangtan Sonyeondan! BTS for short. Nice to meet you both!” The one with greenish hair spoke, I think his name is Namjoon.
Well, he definitely seemed like he was the leader and one of the more well mannered one among them considering how he was the one to apologize first.
I scoffed and rolled my eyes the introduction, wanting nothing more to do with them now that the mess was cleaned up, whereas Haneul on the other hand seemed to have her eyes transfixed onto Yoongi.
Over the next few days, nothing seemed to have changed, with the exception of one.
Buisness was still slow although it was picking up again, probably because the weekend was nearing.
Haneul and I carried on working and busying ourselves at the store, and the 7 guys never stopped coming to the store after that day, in fact, they've been appearing more often.
They'd buy a cup of noodles and stay for several hours, if not, an entire day right up 'til closing.
Honestly, I was pretty surprised if I may say so, after all, most people never go back to the place where they’ve caused a ruckus because they’d be too embarrassed to face anyone.
Although they apologized, paid for the damages and helped us to clean up, I really didn’t see a reason for them to keep visiting the store.
But after all, I was only but an employee, in what position was I to actually refuse customers? They’d probably lodge a complaint and I could end up losing this job due to poor customer service.
It was about 3pm now and my stomach’s growling as if making a demand for it to be filled with food. I looked around searching for Haneul to take over her shift at the cashier so that I could go eat, but I couldn't seem to find her.
I felt someone tapping on my shoulder and I hastily turned around, almost falling down onto the ground before having Haneul grab onto me.
"Yah, what's wrong with you? I made you kimchi ramyeon, go to the back and have your lunch now!"
I beamed at Haneul before throwing her a hug.
Through my somewhat lonesome life, Haneul was the one who understood me the most. She even knew when I would get hungry, and she'd take care of me in all sorts of ways.
And for that, I’ve always felt like Haneul’s a blessing in my life.
Upon finishing her lunch, I went back to work, busying myself by arranging the snacks on the shelves, checking off the log sheets.
"Hello!" A familiar rough male voice yet pitched just a little too high than normal rung throughout the silent store. I stopped arranging the packs of biscuits and strained my neck a little too hard, trying to find the source of the voice.
I saw a guy standing in front of Haneul, holding up a pack of chips to her.
Muffled chuckles at a corner of the store were heard, and I looked over at the direction of the sound only to see our new frequent customers.
Bangtan Sonyeondan.
"I-I'd like to buy this pack of chips!" The guy at the cashier spoke again.
I saw an amused smile forming on Haneul's face, and I raised an eyebrow at that.
It was pretty obvious that the guy was really nervous and he was probably trying to hit on Haneul, considering the muffled chuck
