“That’s your final answer, right? You aren’t playing around with me, are you?” Gongchan asked Semmi skeptically.

Semmi arched a brow, “Do I look like I’m playing around?”

“You can. There are times when I can’t read you like you can read me.”

“I hope you know that I can’t always read you, Chanshik.”

Gongchan grinned, “Good I’m glad to hear that.”

Semmi narrowed her eyes at him, “Why do you say that?”

Gongchan shrugged, “Nothing don’t worry about it. Anyway, should I go and tell our parents now?”

“Um,” Semmi hesitated. “Let’s think about it a little more.”

“What is there more to think about? We both agree and our parents agree so there really isn’t much to think about, right? Unless you don’t want to.”

“It’s not that.”

“Then what is it?”

“It’s just…don’t you think it’s too fast? I mean marriage is a big deal and its right after graduation too. We still have our whole lives ahead of us, Chanshik. There’s no need to rush is there?”

“There is.”

Semmi looked at Gongchan weirdly, “How?”

“Because if I don’t marry you soon then another guy is going to take you from my sight.” He replied.

Semmi couldn’t help but let out a small giggle. Was he being serious at the moment? Because in her eyes, there really was no other guy out there who would ever want to marry her like Gongchan did. “Chanshik, I think you’re the only person who wants to marry me this badly.”

Gongchan clicked his tongue, “Don’t say that Semmi. You don’t know for sure if there’s another guy out there. I’ve heard the things that the guys in class say about you. Let’s not forget the guys in the other classes as well. They all seem to like you.”

Semmi shook her head in disbelief, “I don’t believe you, Chanshik. I really don’t know how they would like me when I’m not all that. There are other girls out there who are better than me.”

Gongchan chuckled and wrapped his arms around Semmi’s waist pulling her close to him. He smiled down at her, “Well you’re the only girl for me. There’s no one better than you for me, Go Semmi.”

Hearing that made Semmi blush hard. God, the things that come out of his mouth is seriously unpredictable.

“You’re so cute when you blush, Semmi.” Gongchan grinned.

Semmi just shook her head, “Shut up.”

Gongchan beamed and gave her a light squeeze, “Should we go tell our parents? I’m sure they’ll be thrilled to hear about your answer.”

“You two don’t need to tell us anymore.” Mrs. Gong beamed behind the two youngsters.

Gongchan and Semmi turned around to see the four adults standing there with big smiles on their faces.

“Have you all been listening the whole time?” Gongchan asked eyeing the four adults.

“Of course…we have.” Mr. Gong chuckled.

Gongchan heaved a dejected sigh. He wanted so badly to dig a hole and hide in it. He didn’t think he’s parents would be that embarrassing.

Semmi turned to look at her parent who were smiling at her. She couldn’t help but be happy seeing how big their smiles were. She felt like she made the right decision.

“I guess we don’t have to tell you guys anymore since you all seem to already know.” Gongchan stated.

“All we need to do now is plan out the wedding.” Mrs. Gong beamed.
