“New Year”

Yuri want to make sure her baby was safe after she installed the safety seat on the shopping cart. She take a look for the nth time, the front of the seat, back of the seat, and latest she check again the safety belt was on. After she was really sure, she starts pushing the shopping cart. Yoona couldn’t help but smiling amusingly at her wife. This is very moment that Yoona fell hard for Yuri again and again, just look at how gentle and caring Yuri is with their baby.

“Okay, we’ll start from the snacks,” Yoona said as she read the long paper roll on her hand.

Yuri gulped just look at the long paper roll of grocery list and party stuff. Tomorrow they will have a New Year’s Eve party at their house.

Yuri sighed. She is not a shopping person, either for clothes or grocery, she easily get bored even though all she needs to do is just push the shopping cart for Yoona.

But since they have Sarang, maybe she can get rid of her boredom by playing with her baby.

Yoona was busy putting the snacks into the shopping cart, while Yuri busy making funny face, making their baby giggling cutely. Not want to lose the moment Yuri take out her iPhone and take a picture of their baby.

“Going shopping with mommies…” Yuri typing eagerly at her phone screen, ”Upload!”

“I think you need to start open IG account for Sarang, instead using yours.” Yoona says teasingly,

Yuri smiled knowingly. Well, almost inside Yuri’s instagram were all pictures of their baby.

They reach the vegetable section and Yoona already disappeared again to gathering all things on her list. Yuri looked around, and grabs a big carrot beside her.

“Sarang, look! This orange thing is carrot. This is what bunny usually ate. It’s really healthy and this is why bunny got all the energy for jumping around,” Yuri as a healthy nut wants to give her baby an early education of healthy veggies. The baby tilts her head cutely, not sure what her mommy try to explain.

“You know what’s bunny looks like? Hmmm…well just take a look at Auntie Sunny, she’s kinda looks like them.”

Sarang starts babbling with pacifier in , try to have a conversation with her mommy. Yuri found it so cute as her baby lips moving back and forth.

“What are you saying?” Yuri takes off the pacifier.

“Hummmm…mmmm… mmmmpf…”

Not sure what her baby was trying to say, “I love you too…” Yuri sweetly replied.

But as a prankster Yuri want to teasing a little bit, when the baby asks for her pacifier back, Yuri will hold the pacifier high in the air, then teasing again with bring the pacifier near her baby, but just when the little hands want to catch the pacifier, her Mommy Yuri will pull away the pacifier again. The baby starts getting frustrated and annoyed then…

Yuri instantly panicked when her baby crying out loud. Yuri immediately put back the pacifier to her baby’s mouth.  But once the bomb was exploded there’s no way to stop it.

“Ohh…no…no…no…,”

The baby still doesn’t want to calm down, even the pacifier just hanging on and almost drop at how hard she’s crying. Yuri picked up the wailing baby and rocking gently.

“Awww…I’m sorry baby…I’m sorry…Mommy Yuri is such a meanie, isn’t she?” Yuri pretended to hit her own head as a punishment for making her baby crying.

And soon after, Sarang’s crying replaced with a fit of giggles, just to look at her Mommy Yuri’s dumb expression sticking out her tongue was somehow so funny.

“I’m sorry, okay… I couldn’t help but teasing you because you’re so cute…” Yuri presses some playful kisses on her little baby girl.

“Yul, is everything okay?” Yoona said worriedly, she’s back while holding bunch of ingredients in her arms.

“Umm…yes, everything is under control…now.” Yuri chuckled awkwardly.

“Is she needs to change her diaper?” Yoona asked again before put all stuff in shopping cart and walk closer to Yuri.

“No, she’s okay. We're just playing a little bit.” Yuri smiles nervously.

“But from afar I could hear she’s crying at the top of her lungs. You again, aren't you?” Yoona asked with suspicious eyes.

“What? No…”

“Hey baby, did Mommy Yuri teasing you again?” Yoona rubbed her baby’s back gently.

And surprisingly their baby stretches her little arms to Yoona, those pleading little doe eyes wanting to be held by not so prankster Mommy Yoona.

Yoona take their baby from Yuri, placing on her chest and starts rocking gently, “Well, I think she answered my question.”

Yuri frowns and pouting in instance, “You were giggling a second ago, now why you were like this?” Yuri mumbles under her breath.

It Sarang’s first new year, the beach house was almost need 2 hours drive and since the weather is getting colder, Yuri and Yoona think this time it’s just to have a special family night with their best friend in their mansion.

Yoona, Tiffany and Sunny still busy in the kitchen, Jessica and Seohyun arranging the table in the backyard terrace, while Taeyeon preparing the barbecue in the back yard, alone.

“Where’s the hell Hyo and Soo when I need them?” Taeyeon growls irritated while walking inside the mansion. “HEY! Stop playing and help me!” Taeyeon shouts at her dumb friends who playing X-box in the living room.

“Be there! One a sec, I almost beat Hyo!” Sooyoung didn’t even bother to look at her midget friend who's fuming.

“Yah! That’s cheating!” Hyoyeon shouted at Sooyoung.

“Argh!” Taeyeon snarled and walk back to the backyard.

Yuri swore she just want to walks towards the nursery room when the chaotic in her living room got her attention, she looks surprise at her two dumb buddies playing her X-Box. “Oh shoot! Yoona would kill me if she know I still keep the Xbox.” Yuri cursed.

“Yah! How can you found my Xbox?” Yuri whispered with stern voice, make sure Yoona didn’t heard.

“Should I tell you, that I know where exactly you hide your other ‘games’ and your dirty collections?” Sooyoung said with her eyes still on TV screen.

“Hey…hey…hey…,” Yuri instantly panicked, “Sssshhh…”

“Why Yul?” Hyoyeon asks teasingly. “Is there any other toys that we don’t know?”

“Yul, can you-“ Yoona enter the living room.

“Oh, crap!” Yuri cursed under her breath.

“Isn’t that your Xbox?” Yoona ask suspiciously.

“Ahh, No… it’s Soo’s Xbox.” Yuri shakes her head vigorously and turns to Sooyoung before send a telepathic eyes, just-say-yes glare.

“Really?” Yoona really sure it’s Yuri’s since it has Mickey Mouse sticker on it.

“Y-Yes, it’s mine. Well I think me and Hyo will be bored just waiting for the food, that’s why I bring my Xbox here. Kekekeke…” Sooyoung laughed nervously.

Why those kekekeke… sounds just exactly the same like Yuri’s every time she did something fishy. Yoona couldn’t help but wondered.

“Yeah Yoong, you know I already throw mine somewhere,” Yuri smiles nervously.

“But why it seems look like yours?” Yoona didn't buy a crap that easy.

Fortunately Yuri’s little savior Sarang crying in her room, finally Yuri found her excuses to run away.

“Ahh, I need to go! Sarang just called me!” Like a ninja Yuri already disappeared from the scene.

And Sooyong and Hyoyeon high five each other after Yoona left and back to the kitchen.

The two dumb buddies cheering triumphantly. “We got Xbox this year!”

“Hello, my name is Sarang. I love drinking milk, giggling and poo-poo...” Jessica’s finger lightly tickles Sarang’s bulging tummy created a little giggles from the baby.

“Do you want to hear Auntie singing?” Jessica bats her lashes. “Twinkle…twinkle…little stars… How I wonder what you are…”

“…” The baby blinks her cute doe eyes, doesn’t understand her American Auntie.

“You don’t know what I’m saying, right?” Jessica pouted.

“Yah…yah…yah! You’re gonna fried her brain with your sudden English.” Sooyoung came with barbecue stick in her hand.

“She’s smart, not like you Soo,” Jessica glares at Sooyoung.

Sooyoung scoffs before kneeled down beside Jessica who already kneeled in front of Sarang’s stroller.
