“Babysitting” (Taeny Special)

*Flashback*

“Thanks for watching Sarang for the night unnie…” Yoona handed Tiffany a baby’s diary.

“No problem Yoong, all I have to do is look at her schedule right?” Tiffany whisks the pages of the diary.

“Yes unnie, there’s a note for everything she needs, what she likes and also her mealtime.”

“Okay then, it will be fun,” Tiffany turns to look at Taeyeon who spazzing out beside her.

“You guys look amazing,” Taeyeon whistle out.

“Thank you unnie…” Yoona smiles sincerely.

“Come on babe, we’re going late…” Yuri slips her hand to Yoona’s slim waist.

“Have fun …” Taeyeon and Tiffany bid a goodbye to Yoonyul couple.

*End of Flashback*

“Now, let's see what we got here.” Tiffany carefully opened the baby's diary and, with a determined furrow creasing her brow, she began to read. “Oh, it’s almost her mealtime.”

“Yeah, I think she’s hungry. She’s her thumb.” Taeyeon said observing her little niece curiously.

“Play with her in the meantime. I am off to the kitchen.” Tiffany said.

Once Tiffany disappeared out of sight, Sarang starts to cry.

“Oh no, not again! What am I supposed to do?!” Taeyeon began to feel panic building up inside her. “Fany-ah! Hurry! Bring the !” Taeyeon's ert brain starts working unintentionally.

“W...What??” Tiffany’s eyes widen with what-I-just-heard expression.

“I-I…, I mean her bottle,” Taeyeon facepalmed herself.

Tiffany back and forth in the kitchen, confused and doesn’t know what to do. This is the first time she's ever taken care of baby, and never thought that it would be easy but it is much more difficult than she thought.

“Honey, can you please hold her. Maybe she will be calm down a little bit.” Tiffany shouts.

“It doesn’t work for me.” Taeyeon doubt it. But she cradled the baby in her arm, trying to soothe her and rushed to the kitchen.

Tiffany stood in front of the bottle warmers. She was examining the buttons and trying to figure out how to turn on the warmers.

“Here, you hold her.” Taeyeon came at right time and handed over the baby to Tiffany. “You need to push this button, setting this, then push this button.” Taeyeon now become an expert at turning on the bottle warmers.

Tiffany stared at Taeyeon for a while before saying, “Wow, how did you know that?”

“From Yuri's stupidity.”

“Oh, right.”

Tiffany secretly smiled, she was happy because instead of just playing around with dumb Yuri, Taeyeon had learnt something usefull.

“Should we lay down her first, then try to feed her?" As an inexperienced mother, Tiffany really doesn't know what to do.

“I don’t think she wants to be lying down,”

“No, no… let’s just try it.” Tiffany said confidently.

Once they set the baby lying down on the blanket she starts crying again as if she doesn’t want to lying down. Taeyeon and Tiffany starts panic again. This seems to be a very difficult task for two.

“Okay, okay… you sit down on the couch.” Taeyeon tells her wife, she pick up the baby and handed over the baby to Tiffany’s arms. The baby stops crying a little bit when she already in her Auntie Fany’s arms, then Tiffany starts to feed the baby.

“I get it now. She wants to be hugged. After we make her stop crying. Then we can feed her.” Taeyeon talk to herself.

“You learnt so fast, Tae.” Tiffany admires her wife’s new skill for understanding the baby. It’s a good sign. She thought.

Taeyeon just grinned.

“I know you’re hungry. You must be tired from all crying, right?” Tiffany smiled motherly at the baby who busy gulping down her milk.

“I wonder if it tastes good?” Taeyeon gets immersed at Sarang who busy emptying her bottle.
