Jiyeon is about to open the door to Eunjung’s room after 20 minutes of knocking and screaming, trying to wake her up. Then she remembers the last time she barged into the older girl’s room, so she decided to kick the door, until……

“ ARE YOU TRYING TO BREAK MY DOOR!!?” Eunjung is burning up with anger when she opened the door

“ Tsk, you told me the last time not to get in your room, and now you’re still mad at me. “ Jiyeon murmurs to herself

“ what did you say !? “  Eunjung glares at her, and Jiyeon smiled at her bitterly.

“ Nothing. Breakfast is ready “ After Jiyeon said that, she disappeared like a lightning. She knows that Eunjung will keep on scolding her if she stays any longer.

While Eunjung is walking down the stair she keeps on glaring at Jiyeon who’s sitting beside her grandfather.

“ Have a seat Jungie-ah “ Her grandfather offers, she pulls the vacant seat infront of Jiyeon but she didn’t forget to roll her eyes. “ Eunjung, Do you know what day is it today ?  “

“ No. why ? “ Eunjung answers. Though deep inside her, she knew.

Her grandfather let out a big sigh and Jiyeon frowns. “ It’s Jiyeon’s birthday! “

Eunjung gives Jiyeon a non-caring look “ Good for you “

“ Ham Eunjung! You better watch your words! “ Her grandfather is turning red. Eunjung stood up “ Where are you going !?”

“ In my room. I don’t want us to have a fight grandpa just because of her. She’s not worth it. “ Then she left without looking back.

Jiyeon’s POV

“ Jiyeon-ah are you ok ? don’t mind her, she just misses Korea, and maybe she’s a little stressed out. I know my granddaughter, she didn’t mean that. She’s a good person. “ Mr. Ham keeps on comforting me, but I’m still trying hard for my tears not to fall. I don’t wanna break down in front of him.

“ It’s ok Mr. Ham. I’ll just buy your vitamins after we eat “ I smiled to assure him that I’m fine, even if I’m not.

“ But you better be here before five cause I hired a personal make-up artist for you. “ I was just about to refuse him but, “ Don’t you dare think of refusing this, last time I let you win. But this time I want to give this party to you. “

I sigh “ ok “ I vow at him after the breakfast and head out.

“ the cloud is so dark, please don’t rain !! I didn’t bring an umbrella! “ I started running, and a guy bump into me so my hit the ground. Then it started raining. “ aaaaaaagggggh! “ I scream, and cry. “ why is this day so terrible !?? “ I look like a baby having a tantrum. “ I HATE YOU HAM EUNJUNG!!!” I curse; it’s a good thing no one is around anymore. Suddenly, I feel like the rain stopped . I lift my head and saw a short haired girl, at first I thought she was a guy. She helps me get up and lend me her coat. “T-thanks “ I stopped sobbing.

“ I’m gonna call a cab for you “ She says.

“ Ani. “ I wave my hand, “ I’m just gonna wait for the rain to stop and walk home. “

“ Then take my umbrella “

“ No, you can take it. I’m fine “ I insist.  We walk into a waiting shed.

“ Then, let me stay with you for a while. “

I pout. “ Fine “ I hear her chuckle, she’s cute when she smiles.

“ I’m Hyomin.” She stretch her hand and I shake it “ I’m Jiyeon “

“ You’re Korean right ? “ I ask her.

“ Yup, I just got here, so I’m really glad I found someone from my country.”
