When the nine boys arrived at the hospital, they found some polices who seemed handling the case of Kris and Kyungsoo. Without any seconds waste, the boys approached them immediately for answers.

“I am Kyungsoo cousin. He has no parents anymore, so you would have to talk to me.” Joon Myeon left no place for arguments for the police to tell them what they needed to know.

The police sighed as he said, “Your friends were found floating in the river outside of the city. Some teenage boys that walked pass saw the bodies of your friends and they directly helped them and sent them to the hospital. For what could happen to your friends, we still waiting for the doctor confirmation which still inside the emergency room, saving the life of two friends.”

Hearing the police confession really weakened the state of the boys as they ran towards the emergency room. It felt like a déjà vu for them since the emergency room seemed to have like the place they visited the most for the week. They hated the feeling of waiting impatiently outside the door, worriedly sick for the life of their brothers inside.

It took like forever for the doctor to come out of the room with the news for them.

“Both of your friends are currently safe from any danger of life threatening. It’s lucky that both of them are sent to hospital before it’s too late. From our results, we roughly guessed that your friends had been drowning for at least 2 or 3 hours before found out. Water has filled their lungs but luckily we have drawn it out. Because your friends had been coldness that hit their bodies, we have to put them inside the tube to keep their bodies warm. Other than that, we need to wait until the patients wake up before we can do any checks up to find any complication that might occur.”

“Will they be alright, doctor?” Luhan asked the doctor hopefully.

“They will be fine.” The doctor assured them before he walked away, leaving the boys in relief.

Although for the time being, they won’t be able to visit their brothers that being treated strictly by the doctors and nurses, but they never absent in sticking themselves outside the intensive care room, waiting patiently for their brothers to wake up.

It was the next day when the doctor informed them that the two patients are being pulled out of the warmth machine to normal patient room, but of course still under the intensive care of the doctor. The boys were heartbrokenly seeing the still pale face of their brothers that lying on the bed. Their heart clenched hurt at the sight of their brothers.

Joon Myeon attached himself to his cousin directly while Jongin has launched himself beside his favourite Kris hyung side. The others were just naturally standing in between the two patients. After all, both of them are their brothers.

Kyungsoo was the first one to wake up from his consciousness. He woke up to see his brothers surrounding his bed excluded Jongin who never moved from his seat beside Kris bed. “Kyungsoo, how are you feeling?” Joon Myeon asked softly at his cousin.
