HOW IT ALL STARTED...

"Good morning class!" I glanced up from my history textbook. I didn't notice that it was already time for class. I got lost in the great WW II and the various accounts of the survivors.

"I have your papers from our last quiz, and I must say, I'm impressed. Dating seems to be your favorite subject!" Professor Kangta said with a smile.

Seungho shouted "Yeah!" while punching his fists in the air, the other boys followed suit. Joon and Eunhyuk started doing waves.

Dating subject was always so rowdy and crazy.

I frowned and tried to concentrate on my textbook again. I was studying history here in dating class. Yes, that's how much this class bores me.

"Quiet down class." Mr. Kangta said.
"Here are your papers. A lot of you guys got Bs. Only a few got Cs and below. But don't worry. You can still catch up." 

I sighed.
I think I know my grade already.

Even though I'm in the top 3 of my class, this subject really just makes no sense to me at all. I mean, come on, a DATING subject?

Who needs to study dating?!

Mr. Kangta dropped my paper in my desk and looked at me meaningfully,
"I expected more from you. I'm sure you'll do a better job next time, right?" He said kindly. I just smiled feebly as he proceeded to walk on to Jinki's desk to give him his test paper.

"Here's your Dating Master, class! Mr. Lee Jinki here got an A+! Congrats!" He said while clapping Jinki on the back.

Jinki beamed and took his paper. "Yeah! An A+! I GOT AN A+! YEAAAHH!" his shouts could probably be heard all the way to China.

I frowned.

"Hey, cool man, you got an A+. That's like, the best grade, ever." Joon said. Jinki smiled goofily and the three dorks started to do the waves again.

I shook my head.
Imbeciles.

I, on the other hand, got my first ever C in my whole life. I stared at my paper. A C! Me?

A C! And on a minor subject, nonetheless.

I nearly crumpled the cursed test paper.

I looked at Jinki and the two boys. They were now trying to do b-boy moves (if that's possible in such a small space).

I can't believe I was up all night studying that stupid book! I knew it. Dating really is just a waste of time.

Whether in real form or text form.

And I just know, nothing will change my mind about dating.

Nothing at all.

At least until he got a hold of the list.
