On the guys’ insistence, they also did an opposite photo shoot; or maybe you can call this the straight one, as the guys dressed as guys and the girls dressed as girls.

The whole day passed like that and as they all had skipped lunch somewhere in the excitement of it all, they decided to grab an early dinner at the Italian restaurant.

“But we always go there” Jan Di moaned “I don’t want to go there.”

“Let’s go for South Indian then” Mandy suggested “I found a really nice restaurant and serves just the best food ever”

“Oh, yes; I feel like dal too” Yi Jung said

“It’s a South Indian restaurant; you’ll get dal in North Indian ones” Ji Hoo stated

“Uh, yeah” Mandy said surprised “How did you know that?” she asked Ji Hoo

“Just did a little research on Indian restaurants, since I liked the cuisine and all” Ji Hoo said

“Oh” Mandy said and turned towards the gang “So what do you guys say? Wanna try it?” she looked at everyone

“Ok sure, let’s try it” Woo Bin said

“So I’ll book a table for 8 then” Mandy said as she took out her ipad

“7, count me out” Niya interjected

“Why unnie?” Ga Eul asked

“I don’t feel like eating that; I’ll stay at home, you guys go” she said

“Then let’s go someplace else” Woo Bin suggested

“Yeah, let’s go for Korean” Yi Jung suggested “Since Niya-ssi is only in Seoul for tomorrow, she should at least have a taste of the local cuisine”

“Yeah but you all yourself said that the food in restaurants was not authentic” Mandy said

“Yeah, but it’s authentic outside the restaurants” Jan Di spoke up. Everyone looked at her in a confused way. She then further explained. “Street shops are authentic, and I know a homemade noodle shop where we can have dinner” she said

“Ha Ni’s father’s shop?” Ga Eul asked her friend. Jan Di nodded

“Who is Ha Ni?” Jun Pyo asked with a hint of jealousy

“Oh Ha Ni, she was in my previous school, the one I was in before I transferred to Shinhwa. Her father owns a noodle shop and he makes the noodles himself. They are really delicious.” Jan Di said

“Then let’s go there” Woo Bin said in a finalized tone

“But we need to change clothes, it’s not really an upscale place” Ga Eul said

“Not again” Jun Pyo moaned “I’ve played enough dress up for the day”

“You can just take off your jacket and you’ll be done” Mandy suggested.

“So let’s all meet back here in half an hour, because we’ll have to take taxi there; not a sports car area too” Jan Di said

Another 30 minutes, the F4 and the G4 climbed into 2 cabs; one for the guys and one for the girls.

“Is it also a narrow minded people’s area, where guys and girls can’t be seen together?” Yi Jung asked in a slightly irritated voice; the cause- the 20 minutes he would have to spend away from Ga Eul.

“No, we just like to torture you” Ga Eul said in a teasing tone and stepped into the cab and the driver started the cab.

The guys also got settled into the second car and this one followed the former one as only Ga Eul and Jan Di knew the way and both were in the front cab.

“You are such a temptress Ga Eul” Mandy said “Poor Yi Jung, he is trapped in your web” she said ostentatiously

“Totally” Ga Eul said with an American accent and the girls laughed out.

“So who is this Ha Ni, was she a close friend of yours?” Niya asked

“No, but we were on good terms; sometimes we used to go to her dad’s shop because he used to give exclusive discount to students of our high school. That’s how we became sort of friends with her” Jan Di said

“She is married now” Ga Eul said

“To whom?” Jan Di asked

“You didn’t know? She got married to Sueng Jo” Ga Eul said

“Who asked who?” Jan Di asked

“Surprisingly, Sueng Jo did. I also didn’t know about it before, but I met her at the supermarket a few months ago and we got talking” Ga Eul said

“I always thought that her one sided love for him would leave her heartbroken; but it seems like he finally accepted her confession and things worked in her favor. You know I’d would’ve never in a million years would’ve thought that she would end up with Sueng Jo; him being the most opposite guy you could see for her” Jan Di said

“Opposite?” Niya couldn’t help but ask

“Total opposite; even north pole and south pole have pole in common; they didn’t even have that” Ga Eul said

“He is a genius; she is not the brightest student you’ll come across. He is arrogant and distant; she is the sweetest girl you’ll ever meet.” Ga Eul said

“I get it, he is from Mars, she is from Venus, but they still got together.” Niya said

“What’s the guy’s name again?” Mandy asked

“Sueng Jo, Baek Sueng Jo” Ga Eul said

“Jan Di, isn’t he…?” Mandy turned to the girl

“Yeah he is” Jan Di answered

“What are you talking about?” Niya asked

“He is my classmate” Mandy said

“He is?” Ga Eul said “Jan Di, you didn’t tell me that he was in your college”

“It didn’t feel like an important thing to share; I hated the guy anyway. I just wish I don’t see him tonight” Jan Di said

“He doesn’t look that bad” Mandy said uncertainly

“That bad? Unnie you don’t know what kind of jerk he is” Jan Di said

“Why, what happened?” Niya asked

“When Ha Ni put a confession letter in his locker; he returned it to her” Ga Eul said

“He is not really obligated to accept the proposal is he?” Niya said

“You didn’t hear the full sentence; he returned it to her after correcting her grammar mistakes and giving her a D- grade, and also made a spectacle of it” Ga Eul said

“I really want to punch the guy now” Mandy said

“Trust me, we all do” Jan Di said

“Not me” Niya said

“You are the first one to stand up against such jerks and now you are saying that you don’t want to punch him; what happened to my best friend?” Mandy said to the roof

“Nothing happened to me, I just matured a bit that’s all. You all don’t know his perspective on things” Niya said

“What kind of perspective? The guy is a jerk and there is no doubt to that.” Mandy said

“Yes, but didn’t you say Ga Eul that he is a genius. Now the life of a genius could not be easy” Niya said

“It’s just like you to find a loophole in the argument” Mandy said

“I make a living by finding loopholes” Niya said

“But being a hot genius gives you no right to treat other people like ” Mandy argued

“He is hot?” Niya asked

“Yeah, well you can say that”

“Hot rating” Niya demanded

“Almost F4 hot” Mandy said weakly

“Well they were jerks before, weren’t they; but now they are the sweetest guys we know” Niya said looking at the three for a sign of disagreement. She found none.
