ChaeWon didn't know what to say.

Kim Tan closed the book and said, "You know he likes you, right?"

ChaeWon didn't answer.

"Young Do may look aggressive and scary sometimes, but he is a good guy inside. It was never his intention to complicate things for you. I can assure you."

ChaeWon looked up and asked, "I thought you guys were not in good terms."

Kim Tan let out a laugh and said, "Maybe. But no one knows him better than I do. He has his own history and he didn't live a happy life all these years. But then, I find him having his old smile back on lately and I think it's because of you. And I believe you know that too."

ChaeWon lowered her head and looked at the keyboard.

"You do like him, don't you."

"I don't know." ChaeWon said without thinking twice.

Kim Tan sighed and said, "Ask yourself if you really don't want to see him again. If you can't see him, will you miss him? How do you feel when you see his disappointed eyes? If you can't stand the feeling of parting with him or your heart hurts to see his sad eyes, then ask yourself again who is the first person you want to see every morning. Love sometimes do need a little courage."
