“Ah! Finally, you're here!” Sulli’s mom, Da-hae, welcomed the group at the main entrance of the house with all smiles. The guys bowed and greeted her as well.

“I’m really glad you came. You guys won’t have any performances for this holiday season?” she asked

“We do auntie, that’s why we wouldn’t stay long like I said on the phone. As Ssul suggested, we’ll take the last trip going back.” Key replied and smiled

“Aww… I thought you all could stay until tomorrow. But I know you too have your commitments” she nodded and returned the smile

Sulli then introduced them one by one, and finally she introduced Minho.

“Come here young man” Da-hae hugged Minho and patted his back, the latter was surprised but returned the gesture until he was let go “you two take good care of your relationship,ok?” she softly smiled but was serious with her words

“We will try our best, auntie” Minho nodded and glanced at Sulli who was also smiling

“Let’s go inside and meet everyone” Sulli said gesturing to the guys to enter

The afternoon party was filled with fun and games, the guys had their share of fun joining them. Sulli was happy to see that Minho got along with her family well especially with her brothers. Since she was the only girl among her siblings, it was already a notion that her brothers and parents protected her from being hurt physically and emotionally, though she was always regarded as one-of-the-boys.

“Sulli, may I have a word with Minho?” Her father asked. She was preparing the snacks while Minho and Key was playing with her youngest brother.

“Sure dad… oh” she was about to get Minho but she suddenly remembered something “Dad you’re not going to scare him right?” she pouted cutely

“Of course not Princess. It’s just fitting that I too should have a man-to-man talk with him. I don’t want to see you hurt again… remember the last time…” her dad was then cut off by Sulli

“Yes dad, I remember… but he’s different, I’m very sure of that. Our friends are our witnesses” she said

“I can see that. I’ll be at the porch, tell him to go there” he patted her head and smiled, Sulli heaved a sigh and went to get Minho

“Minho” she called, waving at him to go to her. He immediately ran to her

“Yes Love?” he asked when he got near her

“Dad wants to talk to you” she said in a serious tone

“Oh, ok. Where’s he?” he looked up to search for him

“He’s at the porch” she said

“Ok, I’ll go meet him there… uhmm is there something wrong? You ok?” he noticed her worried expression since earlier, he held her hand to comfort her

“Ermm… I’m actually nervous about this talk between you and dad” she said while playing with his fingers

“Why? We’re not doing anything wrong” he smiled

“you’re not at all…scared or nervous talking to my dad?” she asked looking at him

“I’m a little nervous since it’ll be just him and me talking, but otherwise, I’m honored that your dad wanted to talk to me…don’t worry too much” he held her face in his hand and smiled

Sulli hugged him then gave him a quick kiss on the cheeks

“I better go to your dad, he might think I’m trying to delay our meeting” he smiled and kissed her forehead before releasing her

“You wanted to see me, Sir?” Minho said while approaching Sulli’s father who was sitting at the porch sipping his cup of coffee

“Ah! Minho my boy come, take a seat” her father called and gestured him to sit on the adjacent chair

“I heard that you’re handling one of your family’s business” he said, Minho nodded

“And you’re graduating this semester, am I correct?” he asked

“Yes Sir, actually, I’m already a graduate but since the University only holds the graduation rites once a year, I haven’t gone through the march yet for formality” Minho explained

“Oh I see. So you’re just waiting for the rites for formalities.” He said nodding “so what are you doing now while waiting?” he asked

“I’m handling the resto bar of the company, Sir. At the same time, I’m learning the flow of the other family businesses” Minho said
