No idea what name this.

Kaiminzy.

Jongin sure has changed. His was often being thrown aside, his prescence blinded by the people around in school because of his reputation. Jongin was never easy to begin with. Many believed he was harmful, thus the reputation of him being dangerous and atrocious. It seemed like a lonely city, a lonely life for him. Sometimes he walks around like he isn't being seen - like a ghost. He was only acknowledged when he's in a fight. Though no one really knew why was he easily affected by the smallest things and fights his way through. Many would expect an unreasonable reason to him fighting but they wouldn't think so if they knew him better. It sure is hard to get through him, to get his attention but she did.

Gong Minji broke his walls down. Allowing him to show his true self and answering her unspoken questions. Jongin was nothing like how the rest describe him to be. He was warm, an open minded guy though he holds an uptight personality. She remembered how stiff his expression was when she saw him that night, limping along the eerie road which led to her apartment. His face held a cold expression but he was hissing in pain when she adressed his wounds. Her actions were probably unpredictable which is why he was shocked when she offered him to go over to her place so she could help. His reason to fight awed yet surprised her. It wasn't because he was in a gang or he had problems with a loanshark. It was a reason filled with pure innocence and grace.

The irony

"What were the reason to this wounds?" Minji asked as she gently wrapped the cotton around his cut.

"If I tell you, you're gonna laugh."

"Why would I? You got hurt. I don't see how it's funny."

She saw him hesitating as he rolled his eyes, stretching his arm a little. "Some drunkard was abusing a cat. I couldn't possibly watch can't I?"

That day completely changed her perspective. He was softer than she thought he would be and she was beginning to wonder why were people so cruel. Why is it that we have to conform to a certain criteria to be accepted in the society. It's not like he's deaf or mute, Jongin just doesn't talk. He's quiet and mysterious. It is also not the case where he fights because he's violent. He's saving things. He's fighting to make things better. Though there are better ways to settle a commotion. That's just his way of doing things and no one would understand him. Not even his family. That night she offered him to stay over. He fidgeted when she told him she had a guest room and he could sleep there. She couldn't help but to notice how uncomfortable that idea was for him. His eyes lightened when she asked if he wanted to sleep with her instead. She was confused. Not that he was scared of the dark, well that's what he said, or maybe he just wanted some company. Weeks have passed since they had been friends. Those weeks had made him open up to her bit by bit as well and she was glad he did. Jongin found out that she was from Gwangju which explains why she was living alone in Seoul because of uni. Minji had to be away from her family and she remembered that light argument they had in the kitchen about how priveledged he was to have his family near but doesn't bother to go home. Jongin practically lives with her and only goes home to take his clothes. It all made sense after that one day when she followed him back home.

"Aish. Can you eat like a twenty year old?"

"Stop being so petty Kai." Her hands assisting him to clean the sticky patch of ice cream on her dress.

Her eyes lifted to see him standing up to throw the tissue away before returning to his seat. He had a text from his mother before the incident. Telling him to be more considerate actually buy his sister the chocolates she wanted. He groaned the entire day, listening to Minji nagging about how he should though he told her countless of times that it was unreasonably expensive. He blew up on her though minutes after when she mentioned how his family cared about him and hissed at how she flinched. She was scared and that was the last thing he wanted to make her feel. He stood up, grabbing her wrist as they head to the car.

"Where are we going?"

"Buy the chocolates." His stare was cold but he noticed the slight smile on Minji's face. "Only because I'm bringing you to my place so that you can change your dress."

She remembered stepping into the mansion as she was greeted by a sweet looking lady but then harshly acknowledged her son. She understood that day. Why he hated coming home. Why he got pissed everytime she talked about his family. It's because he wasn't treated like he was apart of them. He seemed like a stranger and she hated the idea of that too. After changing her clothes, she offered him to stay over for as long as he want and asked him to pick up his clothes. He had been ignored for way too long and she didn't want his temper to go any worst. That house was doing no good to him. She remembered the warmth of his hand when he gently cup her cheeks, thanking her as he placed a kiss on her temples. It was that day that she realised she had completely fallen for him

Two months flew pass like a gush of wind and it was already summer break. They had arguments here and there throughout their friendship. She was still helping  him through a better phase and always gave in when he got mad. She knew he needed her and she was more than happy to be there for him. To comfort him. To agree with him. Not until the day before.

Minji sighed, settling her laptop down as she rubbed her temples thinking about the fight yesterday. Her mind constantly thinking about the way Jongin's mother's eyes glistened with tears when her son left without saying a word. Minji knew how much she missed him, how she wanted Jongin back home but his ego and arrogance got the best of him. Minji was utterly dissapointed. Humiliating his own mother like that, what was he thinking? Their car ride back home was quiet and he knew she was angry but he wasn't agreeing to his guilt. The air was thick, intoxicated with anger as she finally speak up. She remembered them yelling, telling each other off and it was basically a moment  that filled with nothing else but fuming fire.

"Stop acting like you know me. You don't understand me, you never did."

Those were the last words before she left her own apartment. Her heart sunk hearing him say that. How could he. He very well knew the only person who stayed by his side was her. And how else could she do that if she didn't understand him. She understood him in many different aspects and he dare say she never did. He spend the whole day searching for her, constantly cursing himself for being so stupid.

Minji shook the thoughts off her mind, pushing her Macbook gently on the bed as she tied her hair. She slipped on the same black denim high waisted jeans she had on the day before. Her eyes averted from the body length mirror as she looked at the door opening. Chaerin coming in with breakfast on her hand as she eyed her bestfriend.

"Already?" Chaerin placed the food down.

"Nah, not now."

Her mind was too corrupted that night to think about the other places to run to. She ended up at the school's dormitry and to Chaerin's room. So as she woke up to a new environment, it took her awhile to sink in the reason she was there and how she ended up in her bestfriend's room. They spend the morning together, eating the breakfast Chaerin bought and endured a whole hour of her bestfriends' consultation. Noon arrived quickly and she had to leave for the Sports Leader meeting. She knew he'd be there. Infact the very first time she noticed Jongin was during her first year and her first time going to the meeting. How time flies. She had no idea how to feel. She had no idea how to react. With his personality, he probably wouldn't even attend the meeting if she wasn't there with him. He'd be back to being oblivious to every event he had to be involve in. Her thoughts interrupted with the familiar figure heading into the building.  His hands in the pockets of his dark jeans. He was wearing a cream coloured turtleneck sweater underneath his leather and for the first time ever his hair was neatly pulled back. His head was still down as usual, slouching just because he thinks it makes him smaller and unseen. They were so close yet so far but she didn't think she was ready to face him. There were times where she'd continously tell him how proud she was to see him changing, to see him controlling his temper. He stopped the habit of rolling his eyes though he was still utterly terrible at communicating with the people around him except her.

Minji hid behind the wall, peeking to see him pulling the glass door open as he dissapeared in her sight. Weird stares coming her way as she laughed awkwardly, rushing to building as well. She shivered at the gush of wind from the air condition as she rushed to the meeting room. New faces caught her sight the first thing she went in but greeted them anyway. Her eyes skimmed around the room but stopped when a pair was looking right back at her. She was hoping for him to stand up, grab her wrist, talk to her. Do something. But her heart sunk when he looked down again, making himself invisible as he completely ignored her.

"Yea okay so you can move that there so when the students come it's easier." It has been a full two hours of ordering people and recieving from the teachers. But it has also been three years she was in the commitee so it wasn't much of a big deal.

"Move the board a little so they can see it." Minji examined the spot thoroughly again before nodding. Thanking the student as she showed a thumbs hard. It sure was hard to contain her feelings. It was getting harder and harder to swallow the big lump in seeing Jongin doing the work and completely ignoring her prescence. She moved to the corner, looking at the list pasted on the wall as she sighed in relief. It was getting tiring and all she wanted was the ice coffee from the canteen and nothing more.

"Pass this to Mrs.Lee. Ask her to check through the entire list and come back  to me again alright." The blonde hair nodded eagerly as she rushed to do as odered.

Minji smiled, ushering her enthusiastically as she cracked her neck. There was still so much to do and it would be perfect to have a guy to do the next work. She jumped when felt a hand on her shoulder as she turned around. She could've sworn a tear almost slipped but she forced a smile through. "Ah Jongin! Perfect. Can you help me with the boxes?"

"Minji I-"

"Okay so all you have to do is place that there an-"

"Minji."

"And just stack it up. But be careful it could be a little shaky."

"Gong Minji."

"Then moved the bottles too on the table cause it's in the box, it's pretty hard-"

"Minji stop it!"

Her eyes wandered around, seeing how people were way too occupied with their work to realise that he shouted. She turned back to look at his face, searching for a reaction and gulped when she saw him frowning. Her soft hands tugged on his wrist as she pulled him to an enclosed area. The tables turned a few seconds later and she was led to a different direction. Jongin pushed her against the wall gently, closing the door as his arms moved to the sides of her face. Really? The janitors room? She thought.

"Where were you yesterday?" He didn't sleep. She noticed the heavy eyebags under his hooded eyes as he tried to stay away while doing the work.

"Chaerin's." He frowned at her one worded answer. She was never like that.

"Don't do that," He groans when her eyes stared right into him in confusion. "Don't run away like that. I was so worried. I couldn't sleep the entire night. I kept thinking about you and it's driving me insane because that never happens before. I've never felt like this before. I've never felt the need to worry and care until I met you and you have no ing idea how much you mean to me."

"So please.." His hands moved to cup her cheek. "Don't run away from me and I'm sorry."

His eyes scan through her face, awaiting her reaction but all she did was stare right back at him. He was beyond frustrated. She wasn't talking and he had never craved to hear someone's voice so much. "Say something Minji ah.." Her lips twitched to a small smile, tugging him by the sweater as she pulled him in for a hug. She drowned herself in his scent and enjoyed his warmth. She missed him and it was crazy considering it had only been one night away from him and she couldn't contain the need to see and be with him. Jongin let out a breath, hugging her tighter as he rested looked down to kiss her hair, enjoying the smell of it. He chuckled hearing her muffled words as he let her go, hands still on her waist.

"I miss you." He found it so adorable how she had to crane her neck just to look at him. He loved how her eyes look. Especially when they were begging for answer.

"It isn't that surprising." He muttered, index finger tracing her lips as he chuckled when she hit him. Their eyes stopped to stare at each other, mind completely blank and too occupied with each others prescence. "I'm gonna kiss you now."

Before she could reply or even comprehend what he just said, he places his full lips on her. Her eyes closed, kissing him back, relishing the feeling of his hands cradling her face, of his lips moving against her own, pressing and pushing, working against her skin. His hand sliding to the small of her back, pulling her closer as she run her fingers through his soft locks. A smile crept up her lips as they kissed, realising how his lips were just as soft as they look. They were so close, feeling every fiber and every part collided against their bodies. He stopped, pulling back as they both in an amount of air. His thumb rubbing gently against the soft material of her t-shirt and with a playful tone he says, "I should've kissed you a long time ago."

"It's a shame that you think I would allow you to." Minji mummured looking at how he shook his head slightly, lips curling into a small smirk as he captures her lips once again.

HI! Can I bring my delusional mind in for a second? So, we all know how much they both love Micheal Jackson. I mean everyone does. But these two shows their appreciation intensely and a picture of them talking about Micheal together burns in my head. Anyway, Minzy said in an interview that she loooves A$AP rocky and GUESS WHAT a year later Jongin said he listen to A$AP rocky *winkswinks*. They both are completely mature and is crazy attractive. AND BOTH SAID IN AN INTERVIEW THAT it doesn't matter about appearance to them, they want someone who can click well with them and actually understands each other. Dearest Jongin and Minji, you will understand each other BECAUSE BOTH OF YOU PRATICALLY LIKE THE SAME THINGS WHAT THE WAKE UP. oh and they are really mature and deep what the hell. Their answers on their interviews are so deep and emotional like damn chill. He also said he likes y girls in an interview with sehun BECAUSE THE GIRL HE LIKES IS  ERO MINJI obviously. They both dance to relieve their stress *whispersdancestudio* Anywho, they are just so similar and their ideal types and the way Jongin looked at her and pays attention to her and the way she glance at him in MAMA 2013 and 2013 minzy said she likes guy who is sincere and loves his job and do it enthuisiastically. WELL JONGIN  SAID THAT HE THINKS MEN ARE ATTRACTIVE WHEN THEY ARE ENTHUSIASTIC IN THEIR JOB you're welcome.
