Priority.

Kaiminzy.

Minji's eyes darted towards the constant giggles and she frowned slightly at sight of her classmates who were indeed beautiful but there really was nothing she could do. She felt a slight pinch on her heart when she saw them crowding her boyfriend and what's worst was that he was entertaining them. The grin he put on and the perfect smile was what she always thought meant for her but now, seems like it was never that way. Minji trusted Jongin alot. She believe he wouldn't do anything to make their relationship go down the drain and be apart even if things go haywire. But being the girlfriend of the most popular guy in the university was hard. Jongin was charming and stunningly good looking. His appearance never fail to make girls sway and fangirl. But sometimes it was too much, considering many knew he was in relationship with Minji, they continued showing such affection towards him.

Jongin eyed on Minji the whole time the delusional girls were talking to him. She was as usual, writing on her poem diary while she waits for the next teacher to come in. She does that all the time but she never did approach him in class. To talk. Or to ask about how class was and how he was feeling. For a second he thought she was jealous, but he knew she trusted him alot and thought that was not the reason. Perhaps, stress on schoolwork (?)

Just then, Minji turned her head to the back and his lips curved into a wide smile and he winked. Minji scoffed playfully and shook her head, laughing at the silly action he did. Hiss ,criticism and death glares were all on Minji right after Jongin did that and a few seconds later the teacher stepped in the classroom. Everyone shouted in joy seeing a substitute standing infront knowing Mr lee was absent. They were told that they had no assignments and are allowed to be on their free time. Jongin's eyes lit up and was all set to go up to Minji.

"Hi beautiful." He said sweetly, peeking slightly at what she was doing.

"Hi Jongin." she replied simply and smiled.

"What kind of poem hm?" He asked,  raising an eyebrow.

Minji scoffed and pointed a finger at him. "Who said I was writing a poem Mr." She tapped slightly on his nose as he frowned.

"Don't lie." " I know you all to well. You're always writing a poem while you wait for the teacher."

"I'm serious Jongin, I wasn't."

Her straight face got Jongin thinking for a little while longer as he frowned. "Then what is that?"

"Nothing."

"Tell me... Baby...." Jongin begged, putting on his failed aegyo face as he pouted. Oh how can she resist that?

Minji chuckled, poking him at his sides.

"It's just about-"

"Jongin, can you help with this question?  Uhm.. you're really good at math.. please?"

The long haired girl pleaded with puppy eyes which apparently she thought it was cute but it was completely cringe worth.

Minji sat there, staring at her and then to Jongin, awaiting for her boyfriend's answer. With no hesitation, Jongin agreed and smiled sweetly to the girl. Minji bit her lips, there was no doubt the girl  controlling the lump in .

"Talk to you later babe," Jongin gave Minji a peck on her cheeks as he moved towards the girls' table.

She was so done with this.

-xxxxxxxxx-

"Minji! The girls are going for a movie, let's go!" Dara cried out when she saw her bestfriend at the locker putting in her books.

Minji gave a her slight smile and shook her head. "It's okay. I wanna go home,"

"Alright.. you're not okay. Jongin right?" Dara sighed when Minji didn't answer as she looked down.

"God I swear this bastard deserves some beating. Have you talked to him about this?"

"Nope." Minji sighed. "Not worth it. He has other things to do, let's not make everything worse."

"See! You're the problem too! You think too much about how he feels not realizing you're hurting yourself!  Minji you have to stop and start making things clear. You can't live in a relationship where only one hand is up to clap. It's a two way thing. Right now your hand is up while he still is playing around. I'm not saying it's all his fault because he probably doesn't know you're feeling this way but I'm telling you, you have every right to speak up about this."

Minji closed her eyes, sighing. Indeed whatever her bestfriend said was true. She had the rights, she is his girlfriend. But why was it so hard to let out how she feels without being scared? Terrified of how he would react, fear of him taking it the wrong way. Minji pulled Dara for Isaac hug as she whispered a thank you. Dara reminded her that she isn't at all in fault and told her to take care before she took her leave. Minji stood still in the silent hallway, letting her mind ease for a moment before she too went home. Her footstep echoed through he empty corridor as it gradually grew silent as she head for the main gate. Minji as usual waited for the bus but alone this time since Jongin had plans to study with his clique for today. The bus came not too long after as she head to the shared apartment with Jongin.

She unlocked the door and head straight to the queen size bed, burying her face onto the pillow. Today apparently wasn't a good day at all. She had two long essays to be handed in by tomorrow and her parents were somehow in the mood of nagging at her. Questioning her all sorts of unnecessary questions while she as well feels bad for not following the girls to the movie. Plus the pain she feels about Jongin. Everything seemed to come crashing her all at once. Minji let out a tired sigh and groaned, seemed like sleep would be taking her over sooner or later. But just as she closed her eyes, she heard the front door creaked open as her heartbeat grew faster. She sunk onto the bed further and pretended to sleep. Gripping onto the sheets tightly, nervous to see Jongin for some reason.

Jongin placed his shoes at the side. Realizing his girlfriend's shoes were already there, he grinned slyly and started searching for her. One because he wanted to see her, two because his friend was coming and he needed her to help. Jongin head to the bedroom, opening the door slowly and smiled when he saw Minji laying down with her back facing. He creeped behind her, sitting next to her as he slid his hand around her waist.

"Baby, asleep?" He asked softly, hoping she would answer.

"I woke a few minutes ago, oh you're here.." Minji stretched her limbs and rubbed her eyes. When she actually was pretending. She sat up and leaned against the headboard, facing her boyfriend.

"How was the other classes? I only had two classes with you..." Jongin pouted and Minji pushed lightly on his forehead, giggling at his actions.

"It was okay, how about you? How was study session just now?" Minji asked as he grabbed her hand lightly, playing with her fingers.

"It was okay.. " Jongin continued." Oh, talking about that, my friend is coming over. Can you help make some drinks and set up some snacks? She needed help with some work of hers."

Minji frowned as she glanced at the clock. "Now?" She asked, wondering who would come over at eight at night- to STUDY.

"Yea, she's coming in five."

"I can't. i have my essays to do, and its already late, i should be starting now."

"C'mon Minji, it'll only take a few minutes." Jongin scoffed and let go of her hand. Standing up to walk out of the room.

Minji was raging by now. There was no way the friend of his wanted to study. It was so obvious. Considering his popularity and the amount of girls chasing him, she probably wanted to get closer and just talk to him. Not study! Minji stepped out of bed, going to the kitchen and got herself a drink, still refusing to make his friend a drink. Jongin saw Minji walking in and smirked, assuming she listened to him. But frowned when he saw her walking out with only a glass of water and was about to walk back into the room. Jongin rushed towards her and pulled on her arm.

"I told you to make a drink didnt i?" He glared at her.

"Sorry, make it yourself.  I have things to do." Minji replied calmly and remained expressionless. She was in no mood anymore. She thought maybe Jongin could at least made her day better but here he is scolding her and telling her to prepare things for his friend and worst, for a GIRL.

"What is wrong with you!" Jongin raised his voice, by the way she was acting.

"Infact she's your friend. You settle her, I settle my things. It's your business." Minji was about to take another step when he pulled on her again. The house rang with noises of glass shattering. The glass broke as the water spilled everywhere.

He really was taking advantage of Minji 's patience but she managed to hold in the last string. "Let me go." She said in clenched teeth.

"I'm not gonna let you-"

"Jongin!" The soft voice was heard outside as the girl called out Jongin's name.

"." Jongin cursed as he rushed to open the door, letting Minji go, not realizing she was pushed back and she stepped on a small glass as her foot started to bleed. She gasp at the sudden pain and rubbed her leg, hoping it could ease the pain but nothing worked. Minji faced her boyfriend, only to see him talking to his friend with a smile and as he shift, the girl saw Minji as her eyes widened. Minji heard her asking Jongin why she was in the house and whined when Jongin told her she couldn't come today. He closed the door soon after the short conversation and walked back to Minji. Minji stood back up, controlling the pain she was feeling because she had other incredibly painful things to deal with. For example, him. Kim Jongin. Jongin frowned and rolled his eyes.

"What is wrong with you? All I asked is for a simple lending of hand and you're acting all grumpy and angry. Like you don't make any sense."

"Me? What is wrong with me? what is wrong with YOU! You're always with the girls in the class, entertaining them like I'm not there. Talking to them with that grin and smile like they mean everything to you. While I'm there, YOUR girlfriend, sits there and wait for you to approach me."

Jongin scoffed and stared at her. " Why are you making such a big fuss about this? It's not like im cheating on you, or I'm sleeping with those girls!"

Minji bit her lips. Everything hurt so bad. The blood gushed out of her foot, her heart was shattering. How could he say something like that? Not too long after, Minji broke down. Just like that. Her eyes welled up with tears as she faced her boyfriend.

"I was never important to you. You took advantage of my trust and never thought about how I feel when you talk to those girls. I'm pushed back. You dont bother to continue the fight to settle this but prioritize on your friend. You talk to her with a smile but then come back to talk to me with a frown. You talk to her sweetly but then scoff when you face me. So is it me? You've been doing this for months and never had I once stop you from being friends with girls and let you go to party with your friends. I'm home all night waiting for you. There to cheer you if the night or the day had gone wrong. But have you ever came up to me and ask how was i? How am I feeling? So is it me? What is wrong with me now?" Minji cried harder after letting out whatever that was kept in for months.

"Then go. If you can't take it, leave." His ego was going no where. Jongin thought through the words she said but felt like it was her fault for assuming.

Minji sniffed, facing him. You could see the pain in her eyes. Just then Jongin realised it was him. He had no idea what came into him when he said that. His ego got the best of him and here he is, hurting the love of his life. His words were sharp like knifes. Stabbing her right in the heart as she  wiped her tears with the back of her hand. Minji thought maybe he had no intention taking those words back. Literally, she was hurt physically and mentally. Tears wouldnt stop. She was tired. Minji nodded slowly and limped towards the bedroom. Blood trailed her footsteps as she walked towards her room. Jongin still had not stop her as she cried harder silently, pulling onto her coat and limp back towards the living room. Jongin was still standing there. His eyes wide as he stared at the blood on the used to be clean floor as he faced her. Minji had her head down as she walked pass him. "I'll leave. I promise I won't come back.. I'm sorry for everything. I'm sorry for not being the best one you wanted."

She took the whole box of tissue that was placed on the table as she slowly walked towards the door. Unlocking it she stepped out and was ready for the door to close. She felt like there no turning back now. She thought he wanted it and if that makes him happy, then by all means she'll leave.

A/N - so angsty, even i cant take it. Its up to you guys if you want a sequel for this! I would have no problem in bringing you guys happy kaiminzy back :) *kisskiss*
