Here's a little "Happy New Years" present.

~After the Party~

Yura was laying on her bed looking through her phone. Actually, she was looking through anything that was Kevin-related. She smiled as she re-read all the text messages that she shared with Kevin. She started to tear a bit, but she was still able to read the messages. She skimmed through her pictures of her and Kevin. That’s when the tears really started to come out. Blurring her sight and making her eyes swollen. She didn’t care about how horrible she looked like at the moment. She just cried and cried until she ran out of tears to cry.

 

*Buzz* *Buzz*

 

She looked at her phone, it was a text from “Chanyeol.”

 

Are you okay?

-Chanyeol

 

She smiled at the screen then texted back.

 

I’m okay, I guess :)

-Yura

Don’t lie to me or yourself. Tell me the truth.

-Chanyeol

Okay. Truth is that I’ve been crying my eyes out. I keep on looking back at our pictures an rereading our text messages. I just can’t get that scene out of my head.

-Yura

Is it me or does it sound like you two were in a relationship?

-Chanyeol

Stop joking around. We weren’t ever in a relationship. I just really, really liked loved him.

-Yura

 

That text made Chanyeol ‘s heart break even more.

 

Are you sure he didn’t like you back?

-Chanyeol

I don’t even want to know anymore.

-Yura

It’s getting pretty late. I think you should get some rest.

-Chanyeol

Okay, okay. I will. Good Night~

-Yura

Let the most beautiful dream come to you tonight.

Let the sweetest person come in your dream tonight.

But don’t make it a habit, because I’m not free tonight.

Goodnight~

Yura smiled sweetly at Chanyeol’s text. She closed her eyes and thought of what Chanyeol sent her. It was one of the sweetest things someone sent her.

 

“Thanks for being there for me, Chanyeol.”

She thought before going into dreamland.

 

~Yura’s POV~

After 2 days of calming down and setting my mind straight, it was now time to go back to school. I don’t think I’m ready, but Chanyeol said that he will be there for me, which boosted up my happy-o-meter.

Zuri and I were already in my car heading to school. It was a little awkward in the car. No one was talking, and I didn’t know what to say. I mean, I still haven’t told her about what happened.

 

“You’ve been acting weird lately, Unnie.”

(Zuri)

“I have? I don’t think I am.”

(Yura)

“Okay, if you say so.”

(Zuri)

 

There was that awkward silence again.

 

“Did you hear about what happened to Kevin on the night of the party?”

(Zuri)

“No, why?”

(Yura)

“Dongho told me that he came home really late. Oppa said that he was completely drunk, and……”

(Zuri)

“And what?”

(Yura)

“And that he was dropped off by a girl……..”

(Zuri)

“So?”

(Yura)

“So, aren’t you the least bit worried about him?”

(Zuri)

“Not really.”

(Yura)

“What’s wrong with you unnie? I know something happened that day. Why aren’t you telling me?”

She was very worried of her sister.

“I’ll tell you tonight. I promise.”

She said.

 

They both arrived at school, but they both went separate ways.

Yura texted Chanyeol.

 

Where are you at? I’m in the student parking lot.

-Yura

Come toward the center of the courtyard and look for a large group of guys.

-Chanyeol

Okay.

-Yura

Oh, I see you now! Look behind you.

-Yura

 

~No Ones POV~

As Chanyeol turned around, he smiled. He saw the bright and pretty Yura walking towards him and his friends.

 

“Chanyeol Oppa!”

Yura said with a bit more volume.

 

All of Chanyeol’s friends turned around and looked at Yura, who was currently hugging Chanyeol. They both walked toward his friends and Chanyeol introduced her.

 

“Guys, this was the girl I was telling you guys about. This is Yura, and Yura, these are my friends.”

Chanyeol introduced.

“Ahnyeonghasaeyo. I’m Min Yura. Nice to meet you guys.”

Yura said and gave a smile.

 

~Yura’s POV~

I can say that all of his friends are very handsome. ㅋㅋㅋ They are very nice and funny, too. :)

It took a while to introduce every one of them, but I think I have their names and faces down. I memorized them a bit by picking out their key features.

 

The list is sort of like this:

Suho – Looks rich.

Sehun – Sharp jawline

D.O. – Big eyes.

Luhan – Baby-faced

Kai - Darker complexion

Lay – Dimple on right side of cheek

Chen – Dinosaur-like feature

Tao – Panda

Kris – Looks cold

Xiumin – Reminds me of a hamster

Baekhyun – Cheerful

 

And, I noticed that most all of his friends have classes with me. 

PE- Baekhyun, Tao, Suho, and Chanyeol

Science- Chanyeol, Tao, and Lay

English- Chanyeol, Kris, DO, Chen, Baekhyun, Luhan

Math- Xiumin, Luhan, Kris

History- Suho, Lay, Baekhyun

Language- Chen, DO, and Tao

Dance- Kai, Sehun, Lay, Luhan

 

~No One's POV~

“So, Yura, what’s your 1 st period?”

Baekhyyun asked cheerfully.

“I have PE with Coach Kim.”

Yura answered.

“Really?! Wow, that’s a coincidence. You have PE with me, Tao, Suho and Chanyeol.”

(Baekhyun)

“I guess we do.”

(Yura)

 

*RING* *RING* *RING*

 

“Yay! PE~”

Baekhyun said with glee and grabbed Suho and Tao’s arms and dragged them to the locker rooms.

“Let’s go. I’ll walk with you.”

Chanyeol said.

 

Yura still looked very nervous and still very sad.

 

“Don’t worry. Just act like you don’t see him and stay near me or the guys.”

He gave her a sweet smile to assure that everything will be fine.

A/N: Not the creepy one, a sweet one.

 

Yura nodded and Chanyeol grabbed her hand and playfully pulled her toward Baekhyun, Tao, and Suho, who were waiting for them at the corner.
