Foreword
"When you're feeling down... come to me," Sunny's words echoed in Taeyeon's mind. She was sitting in their dorm room. In the corner. Listening to sad music. She was doing everything Sunny didn't want her to do. It's not like she didn't trust Sunny, she just didn't want to be a burden to her with all her sorrows. Little did she know that by ignoring Sunny, she did exactly that.
Sunny slowly opened the door. She heard sobbing. Not just any sobbing; the kind that will break your heart at the sound of it. She peered in; it was Taeyeon again. She sighed. Why won't you just come to me? Sunny thought. After all this time... I've always been at your side, even when you didn't do the same for me... why can't you trust me with your pains? Sunny decided to come inside the room. "Taeyeon~a," she called, "is everything alright?" Taeyeon's eyes widened at the familiar sound of SNSD's bunny. "U-uh, everything's fine," she finally answered unconvincingly. Sunny instantly frowned. She sat next to the Kid Leader. "Are you sure? You know that you can come to me. You can trust me," Sunny said. "I know. I've always known that," Taeyeon replied. Sunny's throat tightened. "O-okay... Um, Taeyeon, I'm going to go out tonight. I'll be back by morning. I'll be at Umma's house. Is that okay?" Taeyeon's heart dropped a bit. She hoped that Sunny'd watch over her as usual. She knew that Sunny did this every night. Taeyeon's a quick girl, despite her immature nature. She was touched that Sunny cared even when she had ignored her for so long. It was strange, but it comforted the girl. "That's fine. You've been cooped up in this dorm for a while... enjoy the fresh air. B-but don't stay out too long! Okay? I'll expect you to be back!" Taeyeon finally answered. Sunny smiled, "Thanks Tae... love you," Sunny pecked the older girl's forehead protectively. "Be back soon, okay?"
Sunny's eyes watered as she left the room... they spilled as she left the dorm... and they poured down as she got outside and in her car. She didn't feel like driving tonight. She laid down in the back seats and sobbed. So you always knew that I'd be there for you... and you still won't talk to me? I thought we were friends... best friends even. What's wrong with you! Why can't I do anything for you! Sunny sat up in frustration. She closed her mind and prayed like she did every night. "Dear God, would you please get Taeyeon to realize that she can talk to me? I mean... I know she knows... but it seems that she doesn't trust me. I want her to share with me... s-so I can help her. I hate seeing her sad or hearing her sob at night. I'm desperate now... please. Please. I'll do anything. Just... help me get the old Taeyeon back. I miss her... A-amen," with that, Sunny closed the prayer and drifted to sleep in the car. She didn't dream that night... something more substantial occured.
Sunny's eyes fluttered open. She got up slowly... but... she couldn't remember anything. Her clothes felt tight. She got out of the car. She stood a little higher than before. She didn't notice though. A few girl's passed by and winked at her. She crossed her arms over her chest. What's going on? Where- where am I?
