Lexi's outfit in this chapter :)

The next few days had gone crazy. Crazy as in I've been lacking sleep for the past few days, I'm not eating well because if I'm lucky to have a break I'd rather use it for sleep. I've been in three photo shoots for three different brands in a week, though the perks of having free wardrobe is okay. I've been in a dermatologist's clinic twice to maintain my 'beautiful skin'. We had to make an appearance in this bar that just opened and YG family is invited. I had a filming with the other members for a make-up advertisement, with Dara-unnie as a main. I have to admit that as much as I enjoyed the perks, I'm also bummed. I miss my quiet life, I miss the life where in I wouldn't be worried if someone is watching me. And most of all, I miss Youngbae.

 

Good thing I got my day off today, we got back to the dorm from a photo shoot almost three in the morning. I took a quick shower and went straight to bed to get all the sleep that I want. I think right when I hit the bed I succumbed to sleep right away.

 

"Unnie... Lexi-unnie..." I can hear CL's voice calling me, tapping my shoulder to wake me up. "Unnie! Wake up now!" Now she's yelling.
 

"What time is it?" I grunted and covered my head with a pillow.
 

"It's almost six... Now wake up!" CL said.
 

"It's still early... Wake me at seven please..." I replied still with my eyes shut and ready to sleep again.

 

"It's six in the evening ahjumma! Wake up, I'm about to leave... And you have a visitor..." She said and grabbed the pillow that was covering my face. "You might want to comb your hair unnie..." She smirked. "C'mon get up! Everyone's out, Bom and Dara unnie went shopping, Minji went home..."

 

"And you?" I asked as I tried to get up.

 

"I'm going out..." CL smirked again before heading out to my door. "You might not want to keep your visitor waiting~~" She sang.
 

I rolled my eyes off her retreating back and tossed my blanket off me. I was just wearing a black tank top and shorts and I kind of shivered from my lack of clothing. I lazily dragged my feet out of my room, forgetting CL's advice to brush my hair and went out of my room. And now I regret for doing so. As I went out of my room, a Mo-hawked guy stood in front of me. He looked so fresh in plain white shirt, black jacket, jeans and sneakers. He slightly gaped at me but his lips started to form into a smile, while I got stuck from where I am standing.

 

"Hey stranger, I miss you..." Bae said, his tone was a bit shy but sincere. Oh my, he missed me! I had to bite my lip to suppress a squeal but then another squeal was heard coming from the kitchen.
 

"Aaahhh!!! Unnie help!" CL screamed.

 

"CL!" I exclaimed and ran to the kitchen to see what happened. There I saw her holding the broken faucet and splattering the water all over the place.

 

"Unnie help! My outfit!" She yelled. I immediately held the splashing and broken faucet. "Now I have to change my outfit!"

Youngbae then ran beside me and helped me with the splashing water. "We should turn off the main switch!" He said.
 

"Chaerin! Turn off the main switch!" I yelled. Now I'm drenched, and Bae's also getting drenched too. CL then did what she was told and soon the water stopped flowing. I saw Youngbae's drenched white shirt and traced the creases of his defined abs. I felt my cheeks heat from blushing.  Aish, I have to snap out of it!  

"Has it stopped?" CL asked while running towards the kitchen and getting me out of my ridiculous trance.
 

"Hey don't run you might slip..." I warned her and saw the mess of water splashed all over the kitchen.
 

"Uhm unnie..." CL tucked a lock of hair on her ear bashfully, as if she wanted to ask me something. I immediately understood what she was about to say and nodded my head.
 

"Go ahead and change, I'll handle this..." I smiled at her which made her squeal and jump like a little girl. She then thanked me before running towards her room to change her outfit. "I'll just go and get a mop..." But as I turned to leave, I stepped on a puddle and slipped and landed straight on my . I whimpered in pain but I heard a faint laugh not too far from me. I glared at Youngbae who immediately bit his lip to stop himself from laughing.
 

"I'm sorry..." He said smiling and offered a hand to me. Still glaring at him, I took his hand and suddenly remembered what he did to me in the pool at my grandmother’s house. I grabbed his hand really hard and pulled him down, causing him to topple on the floor beside me. I couldn't help not to laugh hysterically; Bae was laughing as well and splashed some water at me.
 

"Yah!" I splashed him some water too. He suddenly grabbed my wrist and I noticed that he was close, well too close that I could feel his breath on my skin. My breath hitched realizing how close we are. But he smiled warmly at me and tucked a lock of hair behind my ear.
 

"You don't know how much I missed you..." Bae said without taking his eyes off me. I suddenly felt this longing of having him close to me. For some reason, I felt this push to come closer. It was as if there's some sort of a force that was pulling us together. Now I can really feel his breath on my face. And the next thing I knew, a pair of soft lips touched mine. My eyes fluttered close and savored the moment as I felt his hand gently held my head in place and his other hand at the small of my back. Bae moved his lips gently against mine and I just couldn't help but run my hands over his shoulder and his shaved nape. Damn, I could feel his strong shoulders! I felt his lips form into a smirk when I did that, and I couldn't contain a smile too, which gave him more access to my lips and deepening the kiss. Oh gosh, this is the part where I'd say I don't want to wake up again from this dream.

 

"Unnie, I'm-" CL came into the kitchen and saw us which made her stop short from what she was going to say and startling us from her sudden presence. I totally forgot that CL was still here! She smiled at us mischievously which made my cheeks turn red furiously. "I'm gonna go... See you guys later!" She winked at us before turning her heels to leave.

 

"I see how much you missed me too...” Youngbae started. “You don't know how long I've waited for this chance. And I didn't know that it would be in a funny way..." Youngbae said, breaking the silence. I glanced at him and saw him looking at me with a warm smile.

"I like you, I've always liked you. And that 'like' grew into something more special. I love you Lexi..." Bae said sincerely and gently cupped my face to make me look at him. "I-I know, I'm a bit younger and I don't want you to see me being disrespectful, but this is how I feel about you..." He continued. Now my heart wanted to explode out of my chest, and no words could come out of my mouth.

"Say something..." Bae said worriedly.

 

I'm stuck, I opened my mouth but nothing came out. Instead, I chuckled and all I could do is launch myself to him, wrapping my arms around his neck and hug him. I heard him gave a faint chuckle before wrapping his arms around me.

 

"What?" Bae asked when I released him from my hug.

 

"I don't know what to say..." I said honestly and bit my lip, feeling sorry for him. "My thoughts are scrabbled up. All I know is that, that was the most beautiful thing I've ever heard... I don't know if I'm still dreaming or what but I want you to know that your name Taeyang suits you because that's when I started calling you 'My pocket full of sunshine'..." I rambled without even breathing in between which made him chuckle cutely. My thoughts were all scrambled up about the day I first met him up to this day.

 

He sighed but smirked at me after. "What am I going to do with you?" He said and caressed my cheek with the back of his hand. I wanted to say 'kiss me' but I didn't and just bit my lip instead. "Can I just kiss you again instead?" He asked a bit bashfully this time, and again, I couldn't say anything but nodded yes to him in response.

 

"We're definitely calling this girl ahjumma..." I heard Bom unnie's voice in my dream.

 

"Yeah definitely..." Dara unnie's voice agreed with her, then I heard them both giggled. I opened my eyes and there I finally realized that I fell asleep on the sofa… I fell asleep on the sofa beside Youngbae who's also sleeping and his legs were tangled with mine and an arm over me and securely holding me to be exact. I twitched in shock being caught by my unnies in such a situation, which also made Youngbae wake up and was so shocked to see my giggling unnies and fell to the floor.
 

"Oh my gosh Bae! Are you okay?" I too immediately got up to see Bae if he's okay.
 

"Yep, I'm good! N-noona... A-annyeong!" Youngbae stuttered shocked and bashfully. He then immediately got up and somehow fixed himself.

 

"You guys looked cute!" Dara-unnie said and waved my phone to me. Turns out, they took a picture of us sleeping. I couldn't help but blush at them like all the heat of my body went to my cheeks. "Don't worry guys I'll send this to you..." She giggled.

 

"We brought dinner, by the way. Let's go eat! I'm hungry!" Bom-unnie sang. My stomach rambled rather loudly when I heard the word eat. The three of them turned their heads at me, obviously heard my stomach that is in protest.
 

"When was the last time you had a decent meal?" Bae asked with an arched eyebrow.
 

I smiled slyly at them. "Uhm, yesterday dinner, I think..."
 

"What?! That's already 24 hours..." Youngbae's eyes grew wide in disbelief.
 

"I was sleep deprived, so I slept all day. I would probably still be asleep right now if you didn't come..." I reasoned rather stubbornly.
 

"Aish..." Youngbae puffed. "I should've known... You should've told me..." I just realized he's mad at me for skipping meals, but instead of being angry at him too I just realized he's just concerned.

"Are you two fighting?" Bom-unnie asked but no one answered her. Youngbae turned his back at me and walked towards the dining table to help Bom unnie with preparing the food. Instead of being angry, I smiled at Youngbae's back because he made me feel special. Yes, he's almost a year younger than me, but he takes care of me. And he said that he loves me and I too felt the same way.
 

Dara unnie mouthed to me the words "Say sorry..." and pointed me to Youngbae. I nodded at her in response.
 

I then approached Youngbae rather slowly. Trying to ignore my unnies, and with Bae's back in front of me, I slowly slid my arms around his waist, giving him a back hug. I felt him a little tensed when I did that, but he relaxed after I securely wrapped my arms around him.
 

"I'm sorry..." I started and rested my chin on his shoulder. With my petite height, I had to tiptoe to do that. "Are you mad at me?" I asked, and that's when he looked at me over his shoulder. He had a straight face, and I know I'm still not forgiven yet. "If it'll make you feel better my last decent shower was in the midnight when we came home from the shoot and that was 20 hours ago... Or if you'll include the faucet incident a shower, well that wasn't decent at all..." I tried to joke. Bae's lips then started to form a smile. He then turned his body facing me and placed an arm over me and the other at the small of my back.
 

"What am I going to do with you?" He asked again with a smile before giving me a peck on my lips.
 

"Aiyooo, ahjumma..." Dara unnie whispered to Bom unnie as they watched us.
 

"Ne, definitely an ahjumma..." Bom unnie chuckled and gave a high five to Dara unnie.
