The presence of someone in same pursuit as yours
may pose either a challenge or withdrawal.
Regardless, a friction sets off spark
that triggers compelling reaction.

 

Kim’s Residence
Key, Onew, Jonghyun and Taemin
Weekend Morning

Taemin half awake extends his left hand to where Key side of the bed is, grins finding the latter gone.

“Whoa… So disciplined…”

Yawning while getting up suddenly pauses seated on the bed’s edge then it occurs to him what happened few days ago with Key.

“What could be troubling Key...
He has not told anyone yet…”

This time his senses are now fully aware gets out of the bed and takes a shower.
Humming his way towards the shower room, he thinks…

“My, I wonder what’s up with Key, Onew and Jonghyun…
They have been discussing non-stop…
UUGGHH… Am hungry…”

Meanwhile, Onew and Jonghyun just like Taemin woke up late but fully refreshed approach Kris…

“Good morning, Mr. Kris…
Do you know where Key is…?”
Jonghyun's straightforward inquiry…

“He’s outside – in one of the gazebos…”

“Thank you…”
Says Onew…

As they walk, Jonghyun gives out a small yell…

“UUUHHH…”

Then gets his phone to check on any messages.
While Onew in a serious mood jerks at Jonghyun’s behavior who is shaking him out of his deep thought.
Jonghyun instantly notices Onew’s reaction and smiles saying…

“Onew …when do we have to leave…?”

“In two days…
Key just needs to appear then comes back…
(and looks at Jonghyun) Oh yeah…
you wish to stay here longer, right…?”

“Yeah…I like it here… a lot…
how about you…? Any plans…?”

“How I wish but you know… it is impossible…”

“Onew… we have trusted people…
In fact….you can easily monitor things while you are here…”

“I know but this current trip we have is just so sudden that I was able to prepare.
Probably next time, I will stay longer…”

Jonghyun spots Key and then pats Onew pointing where Key is located.
Onew nods and leads the way followed by Jonghyun.

Onew:             Key…good morning…

Key:                Oh… good morning Onew…
                       Jonghyun hyung…what’s up…?

Onew:             Key…
                       Sorry if this comes immediate but we need to leave for
                       New York in two days…

Key:                Is this for the competition…?

Jonghyun:       Yes… all competing artists have to appear…

Key:                (heaves a sigh) Fine…
                       How many days it will take…?

Jonghyun:       A day or two and then we can come back…

Key:                (surprised) So you really are going to stay for a month…?

Jonghyun:       Yes… I think I need a break…

Onew:             (beaming) My hypothesis is, there is probably a reason for his desire to stay…

Jonghyun:       (flustered) Yahh… Onew… I said only a break…

Onew:             (patting Jonghyun’s shoulder)
                       Okay..okay… eyah…eyah… break….
                        (looks at Key) So Key…
                        How about your school…and Taemin…?

Key:                (waves his left hand sideways)
                       School is fine…
                        I can just ask for a make-up session…and… Taemin…
                        He will come with us…
                        If not, he will scream like hell…left alone by himself…
                        (beams) And speaking of the angel, here comes Taemin…
                        (waves hand at the latter) Taeminnie… come quick…

Taemin:          (smiling) Coming… what’s the excitement…?

Key:                We will fly to New York in two days… so get ready…

Taemin:          (whines) Aaaiii…
                       (looks at Key) Well…
                       I do not mind as long am with you…Key…
                       (giggles then realizes Onew and Jonghyun)
                       Oh…both of them are coming as well… right…?

Key:                (chuckling) Yes… of course, silly Taemin…

Onew:             Don’t worry Taemin…
                       It is just two days and you will be back here…
                       And besides you and Key have school to attend to…

Taemin:          (puts his right arm on top of Onew’s shoulder)
                       Better be…
                       Though I miss the busy street of New York but I kind a like it here…
                        Peaceful and so laid back but still I can get things done
                        In fact earlier than I was in New York…

Onew:             (blushing) Yes Taemin…
                       I will make sure that both of you will be back here in
                       after the appearance…
