Minho bows his head looking downward unable to manage to look at Key straight into the latter’s eyes.
Pursing his lips, trying to find enough confidence to face Key this entire time of sketching him – he never really thought of the effect of the whole scenario for him.
He’s uneasiness is killing him right now – not thinking of it as a torment but the concern of how he needs to manage not to appear stupid in Key’s presence – so much more liquefying for him is, staring at Key’s beautiful eyes.

“I watched him draw others.
It was calm but why am like this…?
Oh…yeah…because of obvious reasons…
(then jerks)…”

“I said, Minho…Look at me…”
Key stresses…

“Hah…?”

“(sighs) Aasshh…Minho… ?”

Key moves closer towards Minho raises the latter’s face to focus his eyes on him.
Minho pouts and intentionally blinks his eyes every now and then – controlling his imminent pounding chest at the nearness of their distance but cannot avoid the growing heat on his cheeks and he knows, he’s probably red by now.

“Minho…
I swear, I will draw you exactly looking like
that – a goldfish…
A pursing lips on red cheeks…
(shaking his head but chuckling at the
cuteness of Minho)
You are cute though…”

“Really…?”

Key:                (sighs and slaps his left thigh)
                       Goodness…
                        Finally, my model has spoken…
                        I thought you are gone forever…

Minho:             (clenches his hands)
                        Am just embarrassed that is why…

Key:                I don’t understand you really…
                       Why cannot you just act normal around me…
                       You know what; I would greatly appreciate it better
                       if you just be the Minho I see with your friends…
                       In that way, we can have a casual conversation and not
                       this always tense or bashful behavior…
                       Come on…Minho, will you…?

Minho:             (takes a deep breath) Okay…
                       I will try my very best…
                       I cannot avoid it…
                       You are not…you know…a friend…for me…?

Key:                (pauses for a moment to stare at Minho)
                       hhhmm…Minho…?

Minho:             Yeah…?

Key:                What happened to us…
                       Let’s keep it like a treasure to cherish…
                       You are a generous and thoughtful person…
                        It is not hard to fall for you but for now…my situation…
                        I cannot…
                       So, I will really be so happy if we can enjoy ourselves together…
                       Maybe, in the future…
                       we can never tell what is going to happen…
                      Well, you see…am engaged…and that’s my reality…

Minho:            (looks away from Key) Am trying Key…
                       But, it is so hard…I…

But before Minho could continue to speak, Key puts his right hand on the other’s lips and says…

“I appreciate that you love me but love me just
a little but not too much…
Give it to someone more deserving of your
attention and love…
Please…
Don’t make things difficult for you to bear
later on…
It will really hurt you…”

“I don’t mind being hurt later on…
What I want to cherish is the every moment
I have the opportunity or chance to be with you…

Am really happy Key…”

“fffuuu…Minho…
Who am I to argue with love especially your love…
Here’s what…
Love me like a good friend or better yet
your best friend from now on
Is that alright…?”

“That’s rather silly…I will try…but Key…?”

“Yes…Minho…?”

“If you met me before Park, would there be
any possibility that you could love me back…?”

Key‘s head moves slightly back – dumbfounded.
Hearing Minho’s “what if” literally makes him stop and look at his eyes – and there, he could see the fiery passion emanating from Minho’s eyes.
Key’s eyes travel towards Minho’s chest and watching how the latter’s chest moves rapidly; he understands how deep his love for him that somehow the beating of heart somehow resonates – thinks…

“If only we could have met earlier, things
could have been different…
It’s weird though that the more I see you,
the more I feel there’s a connection
somewhere…
(then responds)”

“Minho…Perhaps…”

“Really…?”
Gushes Minho…

Key nods and smiles at Minho’s eyes suddenly widening in happiness; he could feel the joy as a result of his response and he too, makes hisself pleased.

“Yeah…
You are very likeable person…
And despite what I have done to you,
you remain the same.
No regret.
 And I admire that…
(waves Minho to come closer)
Come…”

Minho gets confused what Key’s waving means as he checks their already sort of close gap together; so that, instead of moving closer, he just lean his body forward at a foot distance gap from Key.
Then, much to his surprise when Key smiles shaking his head, closing the distance…

“Hhuuh…Key…?”

“Minho-ssi, silly…I mean…
(wraps his arms around Minho’s body)
A hug would not hurt right…?”
