Continuation...............................One more time...all I need is one more time...................

Donghae feels as though his chest just tightened.
At clenched fists, he takes a deep breath and unclenches his hands then gently hugs Tiffany…

“Am so sorry…
Tiffany, if what happened in the past came back…
Perhaps, this is the right time that I need to let you know…”

Tiffany releases from Donghae and looks at the latter in a mystifying manner.
Down in confusing sorrow, she says…

“Wha…What do you mean Donggie…?
What right time…?”

Donghae lowers his face down for a bit to calm his nerves.
He knows what emotional deprivation he has caused Tiffany all through these years due to David’s request.
He takes in whatever courage and earnestness he could muster to just explain to Tiffany what exactly happened few years back…

“Donggie…
Tell me…
Am confused…
Were you hiding anything me…?
All this time…?”

“No I would never do that except if…”

“Except what…?”

“If it was coming from David-ssi himself…”

“What…(confused)
What do you mean…
Please tell me…
I will listen…
Explain what happened in the past…”

Donghae takes a deep breath thankful that Tiffany’s demeanor has calmed down…

“Yes, it is true that David-ssi was hit by a car
that was on a race with two more cars.
I thought he would die instantly but thanks
heaven, I was fortunate to talk to him in spite of
his state.
He died saving Minho and Hyeong Seop that time.

I was on my way to find Minho who found his
way to the estate main gate to play with Key,
as the passage gate was locked for days that time.
The incident happened so fast, that all I could
afford to see from a little distant was to watch
the whole scenario few meters away from me.
I saw Hyeong Seop grabbing Minho on the
dangerous side of the road for what intention;
I really didn’t know but perhaps to scare Minho.
I remember seeing Minho’s frightened face.

Perhaps, Hyeong Seop didn’t realize the
magnitude of threatening he was doing on
Minho that when the car was so near, he froze
and lost his balance.
It was in the nick of time that David-ssi was
able to save them - fortunate for the kids but
not David-ssi.
(takes a deep breath)
To tell you the truth, I was dumbfounded and I
found myself picking up David-ssi body
thinking he died instantly.

I could not even consider it as thankful that he
was still able to talk to me during that time.
His request was not to let you know of what
exactly happen but rather informed you of a
different scenario, that was, a hit and run case.
He was very insistent that I must follow it and
he also said on a wheezing manner that he’d
show me some sign to let me know when to
reveal the whole incident to you.

I carried Minho and Hyeong Seop unconscious
bodies inside the car then last David-ssi.
(sighs) To be honest, I was so tormented for
several years because when Minho and
Hyeong Seop woke up, they could not
remember a single thing.
It was so painful for me to bear it all alone, you know…
But I just had to follow David-ssi’s request.
Sometimes, I would blame Minho for making a
trip to the main gate just to play with Key but kids…
How could we…?
They’re just kids…”

Tiffany after hearing Donghae’s revelation pauses and stays silent for a minute then…

“How about Key…?”

“Key…?”

“Yeah…Donggie…
Remember that time, he was unconscious as
well and had the same effect of not
remembering what entirely happened…?
Do you have any idea what happened to Key…?”

“No idea at all…
I was even wondering why, he too was
unconscious at that time…”

“Oh my god…
(exhales heavily)
Now…I can probably have a slight peace of mind…
(sighs) My feelings towards the past has
somehow lightened but…
How did you decide to tell me now…?
May I know…?”

“David-ssi…came to my dream a moment ago…”

“WHAT…?! David…?”

“Yes…
I asked for guidance and help…so yeah…
David-ssi gave me a sign…”
