At the Party
Key and Minho
Grand Ballroom

Everyone waits inside the room that serves as an entrance to the event.  
Minho could hear applauses and cheers from the crowd; his adrenalin rushes enthralled like how the crowd is feeling.

Meanwhile unknown to Minho, Key has been observing him quietly and he is concerned about how terribly nervous the other is.
He is aware of the huge amount of pressure he is giving to Minho and that somehow makes him feel guilty.
And right now that his name is being announced, what quickly comes to his mind is to check on Minho’s reaction discreetly and his thought was just right when he sees the other suddenly takes a deep breath and turns to check their companions so that he turns his face and tells him…

“Minho… I will not leave you behind…
When I greet the audience,
you will go with me alright…?”

Minho quickly turns around…

“Okay...Thanks…”

“Take it all in because it may be
overwhelming for you once you out there…”

“I will… Thank you…”

As the introduction has finished, the room door opens; Key quickly in a subtle way checks on Minho and again, pretty sure he sees him taking a gallop of air intake and in a short second kind of stop so that, he immediately changes the plans and tells Minho and the VIP guards…

“Minho…
It is alright, please stay here for a while then
after am done talking…
(looks at the VIP guards)
They will take you to me…
Please take a note of that, I will make a
signal of wave that would mean to bring
Minho to me…okay…?”

Which the two VIP guards reply…
“Yes, Sir…”

“See you in minutes Minho…”

Minho could not speak a single word due to being overwhelmed by the whole situation but he is concerned if he does continuously act in this manner, it could cause worry for Key and so he resolves that manning it up is the right thing to do…

“I will be fine Key…
And I don’t want to create confusion to the
crowd of them thinking who is this person
along with you…
I will be fine here…
When you are done talking then I will come
and be with you…”

Key raises both of his eyebrows admiring Minho’s bravery and courage to take it all in knowing how overwhelming for someone like him who does not have any experience of meeting huge even more nerve wracking to be in a large crowd of privilege people.

“Thanks Minho…
As I have told you…
When boredom sets in, we will get out of here…”

Minho just nods.

Then Key starts to walk to the center of the ballroom to welcome the whole crowd expecting him.

Minho watching Key calmly walking to the center is really fascinating for him though even before when he first met Key, he had already sensed the confidence aura surrounding his persona and he feels really proud of himself that he was able to do something about being with his life again.

“Sir Minho…
Sir Key is asking for you to be with him now…”

“Whaa…att…?”
The suddenly confused Minho replies…

“Sir…Sir Key is waiting for you…”

Getting a grip of reality, he nods and walks with them to guide him to Key.
Minho is absolutely conscious of people watching him from head to toe so that he looks at Key and the look in the latter’s face as he smiles giving him encouragement, gives him confidence to walk through these piercing eyes.
Says to himself…

“I don’t care to y’all…
Am here only for Key…”

“Are you alright…?”
Asks Key as he reaches to where he’s at…

“I am fine…
It’s just am just amazed with this whole thing…
But I will be okay…”

“Fine…
If you choose to go somewhere else, feel
free alright…
But I don’t want to stay here longer…
If you want we can go somewhere for a tour of Paris…”

“Oh…
(smiles) That, am excited…”

“Okay then…Let’s mingle…”
