04 - A Beginning!

“Annyeong!” Donghae greeted Yuri and stood beside her.
Yuri was surprised so she said, “Oh, annyeonghaseyo Donghae sunbaenim.” & she bowed.
“Ah, neh. Just call me Oppa.” Donghae suggested.
“Ani, I’m not used it to it. Mianhe.” Yuri apologized.
Donghae was a bit disappointed but he was able to say, “It's okay. Maybe, we still need to get to know each other.”
“Ah, neh.” was all Yuri could say.

After that, there was an AWKWARD SILENCE. They’re both hesitating whether to say something or not.

It was awkward and as a guy, I needed to do something. I need to make the conversation going.

“Been pretty busy, ah?” I asked.
“Ani.” Yuri denied.
“It’s nice seeing you today.” I admitted.
“Neh, you too.” Yuri agreed and asked, “You talked to Yoona?”
“Neh. We just caught up with the latest news.” I explained.
“Ahh, neh.” Yuri simply stated.
I needed to keep the conversation going so I asked, “How’s Jessica?”
“She’s been busy with her drama lately.” Yuri replied.
“Ahh, how about Tiffany?” I asked again.
“She’s busy with her musical right now.” She quickly replied.
“ Ahh, is that so. Just tell them I was asking about them.” I said.
“Neh.” Was all she could say.
I asked her about Jessica and Tiffany because I ran out of topics. I hope she doesn’t take it the wrong way.
