Chapter 20

-the rainbow after the rain-

Days after siwon hyung woke up he got discharge from the hospital but he’s arm was still cast due to arm fracture.. mom agreed that siwon hyung will be leaving with us and will be the part of the family.. I also started going back to schools after 6 months of absents and so did siwon hyung.. everything went back to normal as we go back to our school..

“yah.. kyuhyun” kibum whisper since kangin hyung was discussing in front

I look at kibum as he move forward to me

“siwon hyung is hyuk’s classmate right?” he said as I look at him and nod

“do you think he like hyuk?” he said

Here he go again.. he’s like hat after all the things happen.. he thinks siwon hyung like hyuk.. but for me I know the truth.. hyung will never like hyuk because he know that I like hyuk a lot.. and he like leeteuk hyung but I know kangin hyung will kill him for sure.. I laugh at the thought

“nah… I don’t think so kibum.. just forget about that issue ok?” I said as I laugh at him

He just shrugged and look back at kangin hyung

As the bell ring for the signal that it’s already lunch.. the 3 of us immediately walk towards the other room to see our lovers.. as we walk toward the room I saw the 4 guys talking and laughing.. I saw siown hyung hugging hyukie..

Kibum walk towards me and whisper

“I told you” he said I look at them and I saw siwon hyung look at me and smile

“Fishyyy!!” kibum said and he walk toward hae and hug him

While the minwook couple quietly walk together and talk

“so… what do we have here?” I said as I look at them with a glare

“we just talking about how things went well and we ended up laughing” hyukie said and laugh again while siwon hyung nod

“aaah.. so hyung hugging is one of it?” I said as I glare at siwon hyung

Siwon hyung laugh and remove his hand on hyukie’s waist..

“someone is jealous here” siwon hyung said as he move on my side

I just pout and hyukie copied siwon hyung’s hug and hug me

“much better?” he said and look at me with a smile

“ne” I said and nod

“sooo.. where should we eat??” hae said since I can sense him that he is already starving

“oh! Oh! Me and ming prepare something for all us” wookie said as he show the food to us and we all smile at food

“let’s go to the rooftop and eat” I suggest and everyone agreed on it

As we started eating we talk about stuff and laugh about it.. I can feel the happiness in us.. as everything was going on right.. like everything is on its right place..

“soo.. everything is alright now right?” kibum said as he look at us and everyone said yes

“kyu.. you already forgiven siwon hyung right?” he said

“ne” I said as I look at everyone and they laugh

“what?!” I said as they get weird

“it’s just that because you’re face a while ago as you answer us is funny” hae said as he laugh hysterically

“but.. wait.. kyu.. do you want to visit our home?” siwon hyung said as he look at me

Everyone silent about the question and look at me.. I look at siwon hyung because I didn’t know what to say.. and what should I answer on that question.. that home has many memories on it.. and I don’t know if I have the will to go back there..

“hyung.. I don’t know” I said

“don’t worry everyone is allowed to come” he said as he smiled at me and everyone cheered as they heard that they can come with us

I think about that and seeing everyone excited and hyukie smile at me.. I nod

“as long as everyone is there” I answered

Siwon hyung smiled as I agreed on what he said minutes after the bell rang and the classes resume..

Everything went on its daily routine in school.. students sit on their chair doing stuff on their own waiting for the second bell to signal the end of the class.. as teachers teaches the class whether someone is paying attention or not as long as they end the day with the lesson given to them..

As the bell ring everyone excited to get their bags and leave the room and cheers can be heard in corridor..

As for me I stood up wait for the two to get their things and leave the room to meet the others.. as we reach the corridor we saw them waiting us and as hyukie saw me walking towards them he run and kiss me on the cheek..

“woah.. hyukie.. what’s that for?” I as I look at him with a laugh

“what? You don’t like it?” he said in a pout

“of course not! I want it.. many of it!!” I said and motion like wanting a kiss again

“ert!! But it’s from the way you act.. you became a good boy kyu” he said and laugh

I look at him and smile on what he said.. I move closer to him and he move backwards as I move closer and closer..

“what?” he ask me

But I didn’t answer him and just kiss him on the lips

“that’s better” I stood up and look at the others as they stare at us.. I just smile at them and walk while hyukie stood up properly and lower his head due to embarrassment

“oh!! I forgot!! Me and hyukie will go somewhere ” I said as I hold hyukie’s hand

He look at me with a questioning look… I just smile at him

“hyung.. go home early ok? See you!” I said and run towards the direction going to the library pulling hyukie

“waaahh!!” hyukie yell as I pull him towards the direction of the library

As we reach the library he look at me

“are we going to the secret room?” he ask as he move inside and walk towards the room

“yes.. I feel like going here after all It’s been a long time since the last time I go here due to the happenings in my life” I said and enter the room

I lock the room and sit on the sofa.. hyukie did the same thing I look at the books as I want to find something.. I look at the left and saw a certin book and get it..

I open it and hyukie saw the empty pages..

“why is it it’s empty?” he ask as he scan it

“well it’s not a book after all.. it’s a notebook that I put it here.. since the time siwon hyung leave me I kept this book and put thigs that I think that important to me.. so when I want to reminiscence the time I read it and smile on the thoughts..” I said as hyukie read some of the writings in the book

“as time goes by.. siwon hyung’s image is slowly fading away.. I don’t know how but it became blurry and first thing I know I don’t remember him anymore.. I enter this university and here I was seeing a man.. a man I admire the most.. I feel like I want to be friend with me but with the past that I have I wonder if he want me to be friend.. after all I’m a weird guy to say.. but he look my way as he pass me b.. did he know me? He’s like a normal student to me.. not too nerd but not te popular ones.. just a cute plain student that everyone can admire off.. is this a love at first sight? Does it really exist? Oh well I think it does..”

He look at me and smile..

“so you believe in love at first sight because of me?!” he said as he laugh at me

“I think so” I said as I snatch the book to him and place it in the table

I write something and he try to look but I push him

“don’t look!!” I said as I laugh

“why?! I can read it anyways” he said and laugh while sitting on the other side of the sofa

“but hyukie.. I know you will read it.. but it’s awkward when you write something that happen to you and someone reading it” I said as I continue writing

He just laugh and look outside the window..

“but kyu.. are you really ok to go with siwon?” he ask me and look at my side

I stop writing and look at him.. when I saw his face I know he’s worried that I really like going there and I’m just doing it for the sake of my hyung.. I nod

“of course hyukie.. after all I should face the past right? I already face siwon hyung and try to forget what happen between us.. now I should make a good memories on the place which gave me the worst memories” I said and smile

I just sigh and said “it’s up to you..”

“and.. you’re there everyone is with us.. even teukie hyung” I said as I write the last thing in the book

“yosh!! Done!!” I said as I raise the book up and look at the writings

“let me read it” hyukie said and snatch it.. I got surprise on what he did and I try to get it from him

“yah!! Hyukie!! Don’t!!” I said as I try to get it

“why??! You said you know I will read it!!” he said as he run in the sofa as I chase him

“yes!! But wait until days pass!!!” I said as I jump in the sofa and got it

I look at him as he got shock.. he’s in the floor the book flew far away from us and I was on top of him on a sitting position.. I saw him blushing but he didn’t move and I look at him..

“kyu..” he whisper

I move closer to him.. it was an inch between us and I stop and look at him dearly

“hyukie.. thank you for being with me all this time” I kiss him in the lips

“ I love the way you show your wrinkled face when I’m in pain it shows how you worry about me” I said as I kiss his forehead

“I love the way your nose get red every time you cried together with me when something bad happen to me” I kiss his nose

“I love the way you see things in a positive way.. and how you see the real me” I said as I kiss his eyes

“and I love your lips every time you say soothing words when I’m down and how you kiss away the pain that I feel” lastly I kiss his lips fully and I can see tears flowing down his eyes

“hyukie.. now that I’m good and nothing is wrong with me.. I’ll promise to show the happy kyuhyun that you long for this past few months.. I’ll be the one to take care of you and never break you apart.. to make you laugh every minute of your life.. to not make you worry and love you for the rest of my life” I said and hug him tightly

“gomawo my love” I said and I can hear him sob and as time pass by his sobs turn into loud one

We stayed for that position until I can feel that he feel the weight of my body so I stood up and saw his eyes swollen.. I just smile at him and hug him more

“shall we go? We have a trip tomorrow” I said and he nod

I walk him home and I go home alone.. as I go to our house I saw siwon hyung watching movie with ahra noona.. I look at them and they are laughing their heart out on the movie..

“so.. I smell love here” I and ahra noona look at me with a glare

“siwon hyung.. I dint know you like my noona” I laigh and siwon hyung look at me with disbelief

“yah!! Kyuhyun!!” ahra noona said as he go to me and hit me on the head

“noona!!” I yell as I rubbed my head

“serves you right!!” noona said as siwon hyung watch us and laugh

“don’t make things kyu” siwon hyung said as he stood up and pat my shoulder

“but your noona is beautiful” he whispered and enter our room

I laugh at what he said as noona proceed back to what he is watching..  go inside the room and I saw siwon hyung reading a book at the bed

“hyung.. should we prepare something when we go there?” I ask as I close the door

“I guess after all we are doing an overnight there” he said as he stood up and get a bag and prepare our things I look at him as he put things on my bag.. just like before when we are young he always the one preparing my bag on the trips my parents send us to..

“are you really sure about it kyu?” hyung said   and look at me

“ne hyung… I should visit the place after all and visit mom’s tomb” I said as I sit on the bed

“I’m not forcing you?” he said and continue what he was doing

“no hyung” I said

He nod and continue until he finish it already..

“so how was your day with hyukie?? You didn’t come with us” hyung said as he go to the bed

“it’s special.. everything about him is special after all.. ” I said as I lie down on the bed

“what did you do?” he ask

“nothing.. we just talk and we go to my favorite place.. and stay there” I said

He just nod and proceed to the book he is reading

“sleep now.. we have a long day tomorrow” he said as he look at me and I nod

I close my eyes seeing hyukie and dreamland invited me in already.. dreaming about my love.. my hyukie..
