You carried the last box of your stuffs near the door. You turned around and take a last look around the only place that is filled with happy memories – your home. Then you noticed the grand piano in the living room. You approached it and touch the keys while remembering your mother teaching you “do-re-mi”. Since that moment, you became interested in the instrument and not long did you started learning on your own. Your reminiscing stopped as you heard a car stopped outside your house.

“Good morning, ma’am. Just wait inside and I will load these things to the car”, the driver said, who looks young. You were astonished in the car in front of you. It’s a limousine.

“Please, call me Min Yeon. I will help you with that and don’t try to disagree with me.”

When both of you are finished, he got in the car while you take a last look at the only place where you felt safe. Now that it has no more inhabitants, it looks lifeless and gloomy. You feel like crying but instead, you just get inside the car and drove off.

You are staring at the streets of Seoul. You then realized, you have no idea where the driver is taking you. Mr. Lee Soo Man kept it a secret when you asked him last time he visited you. You were thinking an apartment maybe, or your own house near the agency. You were clueless until the car entered in the gates and stopped in front of the house. You quickly got outside and thanking your new boss for giving you a new huge house.

“Ms. Min Yeon, welcome to SNSD’s place. Mr. Lee Soo Man said that you would be staying here for a while until he finds you a home with a studio inside of it. Oh, by the way, I’m Min Hee, SNSD’s and your driver. Wherever you want to go, I would take you there in no time.” Min Hee said as he was unloading your luggage. He then laughed when he looked at you. With wide eyes and dropped jaws, this took you by surprise than having your own house.

“SNSD?! You’re kidding, right? I saw them in TV when I was in the hospital. They are a girl group, right? Mr. Lee wants me to live with celebrities? you asked. “No, I am not kidding. They are celebrities but they are nice girls.”

“Seriously?”

“Seriously.”

“I will be living with SNSD, sleeping with SNSD, eating with SNSD…this is too good to be true.” You keep mumbling to yourself as you approached, with nervous steps, the door of the house, or mansion of you like it. “But what if they don’t like me? What if I become a problem to them? Aigoo….Min Yeon, stop your what ifs!” you said to yourself, reprimanding like your mother. You turned the knob and take a peek inside. What you saw made your jaw dropped.

“They look so real!” you said as you go near SNSD statues/mannequins posed in a ‘Gee’ way. It looks like the one in the music video but you don’t know that. You went to inspect Yoona’s face when suddenly, you noticed her eyes winked.

“WELCOME, MIN YEON!!!”

You were about to faint because of shock. The statues you thought that were not real became…well…REAL! They really welcomed you warmly. You may not remember who they are but you have a feeling that Min Hee was correct.

“Ahh! Help…cant breathe…You really like surprises, don’t you?” you said as they crushed you with their group hugs then they let go. “Uhm…thank you very much for all the hugging and welcoming…but could you introduce yourselves because I can’t remember all of you.” You said as you straighten out your clothes

“You have amnesia? Oh Men! Well, we are SNSD, short for So Nyu Shi Dae. We are a girl group consisting of nine members. I am the leader, Taeyeon. That small blonde is Jessica. The aegyo queen is Sunny. That is Tiffany with the eye smile.  This tall one is Sooyoung. This is our main dancer, Hyoyeon. This y one would be Yuri. The prettiest is Yoona. Last but not the least, Seohyun, our innocent magnae.”

You were again astounded at how many they were in a group just as Super junior. “so you’re like the counterpart of Super Junior.”

“Ah! We are labelmates..and we get paired up always…”

All of you conversed like old friends. you easily got comfortable with them which is really weird. Suddenly, Taeyeon broke off the happiness. ”Girls, it is now 2:30pm! We still have recordings for Gee! Get ready and be here in 30 mins.”

“30 mins? Unnie, you know that I still have to do make-up and pick my clothes…”, Sunny said, using her aegyo and it is really effective.

“Aish, Sunny! Okay! Plus one hour!”, Taeyeon said as she gave in to Sunny’s unbeatable aegyo. They cheered. They were about to take the stairs when you caught up with Taeyeon.

“Taeyeon-unnie, uhm, where will I stay? You could just told me where and I will let myself in so it could not be a bother to you.”

“Oh, sorry for forgetting about you. Min Yeon, you will be sharing room with our magnae here, Seohyun. Well, it seems you are our new magnae now.” All of them laughed.

“Min Yeon, come on! Lets put these things to our room!”, Seohyun said with her big smile making her cheeks chubby. She already got your luggage, carrying it like it was really light.

“Oh. No need, unnie… I could manage.”, you said, ready to take the luggage from her.

“I will help you. I don’t need to get ready anyway.”

“Here we are!”, she said as she opens the door.

You mouthed WOW as you enter the room. It was not only big, but of course, simple, just as you liked it.

“This is my bed so you can have that one.”, she said, pointing to the one on the other side of the room. You were about to go there when you noticed something – a grand piano. You stared at it as you approached it. you touched its structure like it was yours.

“You play?”, Seohyun asked.

“uhm…yes, but not that good.”

“could you play? Could you play? Please?! i am so lonely here and I want to hear new music besides what I play…”, she begged like she was a 10-year old girl. She was using her aegyo and it was utterly effective.

You sit at the chair. Then you the keys like you always do. you closed your eyes and then keyed in the first notes.

MUSIC: 

You both talk for minutes like best friends, like she was a sister you never had. Suddenly, you heard Taeyeon shouting at the first floor while ringing a bell, “5 mins guys…5 mins!!!”

“is it that fast? You should get going now, unnie. I would just unpack my things and get myself familiar with the place. Good luck with your recording!”

“Thanks, Min Yeon! Its really good having you here!”, she replied. She went out the room, joined the others then left.
