Hey guys! Short update here! :D Remember I said there will be three parts to chapter 6? I decided to make the third part of chapter 6 into chapter 7 because there is going to be alot of drama here, so i don't think a part in chapter 6 will be enough. Chapter 7 will be split into parts, not sure how many yet (: Sorry for the short chapter >< I couldn't write properly, but I wanted to update before school starts tomorrow. I know this chapter isn't good, but do bear with me alright? Thank you very much! Enjoy~!

[Hyo’s POV]

Right now, I was sitting in monkey Eunhyuk’s car. He had insisted for me to call him Eunhyuk or even Oppa. I refused to call him oppa of course, so I stuck to Eunhyuk. There was silence in the car. Not being a fan of silence, I tried to start a conversation.

“So, Eunhyuk, how did you know Junho and Onew?”

“Oh. Our parents are good friends, but I’m not really close with them two.i just see them from time to time.” He replied

“Like when?” I asked, as my curiosity got better of me.

“During banquets, parties and gatherings. You know, those kinds of stuffs?” Eunhyuk signaled with his hand.

“Yeah. I get it. Now, I’m wondering why Joonie never mentioned you to me” I pondered.

“Joonie? Like I said, we weren’t close.” He stated.

“Joonie, is my nickname for Junho. Though he hates me for calling me that; but I still do, and I’m the only one who can call him that name.” I boasted.

He chuckled slightly at my childishness. “How about a nickname for me?” Eunhyuk suggested.

I stared at him, thinking hard for a nickname. “Got it! Hyukkie! That will be your nickname, like it?”

He smiled “Yup, so since you suggested it, call me that okay?”

“Ani. I will only call you that when I feel that we are close enough.” I protested.

“Aish. Why can’t you just agree for once? Okay, but you still have to call me Eunhyuk for now.”

“Neh. Eunhyuk.” I teased. But, I couldn’t help feeling happy. I like this atmosphere, when we aren’t fighting. But, I know this atmosphere will end when we reached the banquet.

As I immersed myself with those thought, Eunhyuk suddenly stop the car. I snapped back to reality and looked at him with a curious face. “We’ve reached.” he said, as if it was the obvious. I looked out of the window, and soon enough, a valet was coming over to us. He opened my door for me and I stepped out. Eunhyuk then threw the car keys to the valet and came over to me. I hooked my hand in his and we made our way towards the grand entrance.

As I walked towards the entrance, I took in the sight of Onew’s house. I have only been here once but it was really different from that time I had been here. The porch was decorated with white lights. The house was flooded with lights. There were many flowers along the pathway that leads us to the main door. There were people chatting in the front porch and from the way they dress, you knew they were all important people. All in all, the view was simply breathtaking.

I was admiring the view in front of me while walking along the path with Eunhyuk when I saw something that really took my breath away.

It was Doojoon, with a girl clinging on to his arms.

I gasped. Now, I knew why Junho didn’t invite me to this banquet. He had known Doojoon would be here.

The sight of him with another girl just a week after our breakup was too much for me to handle. I thought I had got over him but seeing him again, I knew he still had the power to make my heart beat faster just for him. Tears were threatening to spill out and I didn’t want anyone to see me crying. I didn’t want to see him either. “Eunhyuk, can you excuse me for awhile? I need the bathroom.” I said. Without waiting for his response, I walk through the front door and made my way to the washroom, hoping my memory of where the restroom was, doesn’t fail me. It was where I remembered.

I went into the washroom, glad to find no one there. I cried, letting the tears and mascara run down my face. 5 minutes later, the tears stopped. I decided that crying wasn’t going to help; I had to think of some kind of plan. I began to work my brain for some kind of plan while my hands got busy reapplying my makeup.

Walk out of the banquet? No, I can’t leave Eunhyuk here without a partner.

Don’t hide from him. Go right up to him and slap him in the face? No, I don’t want to cause a scene on Onew’s parents’ anniversary.

Find someone to be my boyfriend? Right, who can I find to be my fake boyfriend?

 Junho? Nope, Doojoon knows he is my best friend and I don’t like him that way.

Onew? Nope, Doojoon knows he is Taemin’s best friend.

Who else do I know here? Right, Eunhyuk! But… will he agree? Nevermind, I will still have to try.

“Hyoyeon Hwaiting!” I encouraged myself as I stepped out of the washroom. I scanned the room, looking for Eunhyuk. I finally found him after a minute. There were way too many people here, why did Onew and Junho invite so many people? I sighed and walked towards Eunhyuk.

That was when my mistake begun.
