Chapter 9

[No one’s POV]

Everything went back to normal.

Yes, Hyoyeon did not go back into depression but instead, looked happier and more joyful than before. That was the Hyoyeon everyone saw. But, the truth is, she has not walked out of the consequences of the break-up.

Her friends and family saw Hyoyeon smiling. But, they didn’t saw the girl whose smile disappeared when she’s not in front of anyone. She couldn’t get herself out of the mess she was in, but being the girl who doesn’t like bringing trouble to anyone; she kept to herself and smiled like nothing happened.

Junho did not tell Hyoyeon what had happened, neither did Eunhyuk or Onew. The young lady had known nothing of that matter because when she had awoken, it was already morning and the party was over.

The only thing Junho had done was talk to her and asked if she’s okay, before sending her home.

Being the best friend of the younger boy, Hyoyeon would have noticed that something was wrong with him, if she was being herself. She had been in a mess like he was and thus, she did not notice anything.

Right now, a week had passed since the party and Hyoyeon was still Eunhyuk’s secretary, much to the disappointment of the former. The prankster girl had tried countless of pranks and ways to remove her title as Eunhyuk’s secretary, but the latter had an amazingly easy going trait, giving him much patience.

However, the younger girl was losing her patience for her way too patient monkey boss.

It was decided, she, Kim Hyoyeon was going to rebel.

Since young, Hyoyeon had disliked doing things against her wish. And, this really irks her to no end. Having everyday to face Eunhyuk’s teasing, as if they were in high school; she had enough. She was going to do something about it. One week was enough for the torture of having a monkey boss who does nothing but gives her stupid tasks that aren’t really that important just to .

Just you watch out, Lee Hyukjae. Kim Hyoyeon was never an easy woman that you could control easily.
