First of all, I don't see how the title relates to your story so far. Second of all, the "of" shouldn't be capitalized because it isn't really important in the title. If I ever passed by this type of fanfic, then I probably wouldn't click on it because of its bland title.

Appearance (3/5)

The poster is a bit messy, and a bit misleading. I hardly see Leeteuk in this story, and Sungmin finally appears after almost half the chapters you have. It might be just me, but when I look at the poster, I sense a sad, angst story, but the story itself seems to head towards the comedy type.

Description/Foreword (7/15)

The description is a bit confusing, but I kind of understand the concept.In addition to that, you could've place either one of description. You could've either placed the bolded text in the description or the summary of the story in the description. You didn't have to put both – either one of them would be fine.

As for your foreword…I love it! Except your foreword if kind of long, and I believe that you added too much information. You could've ended your foreword when you ended it at, "Which of these have your experienced?" That would've caught my attention, unlike the bottom foreword where it starts from, "Love is like a rubrix cube…" to "Who would be worth it?"

I've seen a few stories with a similar plot like this, so I can't say that this story is unique. However, in the beginning, the plot immediately grabbed my attention. It's really interesting, and the first chapters are attention-grabbing.
