I never seen a title like this, so I have to say that it's pretty unique. It doesn't reveal too much about the story, and you capitalized every first letter of each word. Full points!

You don't have a poster, but the background is appealing to my eyes. 

Description/Foreword (12/15)

I love the description! It's perfectly fine the way it is. However, when I looked at the foreword, the prologue kind of confused me. For an example:

A sarcastic grunt came from the opposite side of the room. The elders' heads turned to face in the same direction. His sister was now sitting upright with her legs crossed and her right hand just hovering above her chin, "I doubt he'll even last a WEEK all by himself, isn't that right, Tae Hyun?" Mr. Park hesitantly nodded, "Nae, Kyuhyun."

It's supposed to be:

Before, I couldn't tell if it was his sister saying, "Nae Kyuhyun" and Mr. Park just nodding, or if Mr. Park nodded and said "Nae Kyuhyun."

I docked off points because it was kind of hard for me to understand the foreword. Then again, it's probably because I didn't know Block B very well and that I didn't know who was going to be the main character.

Plot (23/25)

I can find tons of fanfics where a girl is forced to live with a couple of guys in a house. However, I can see that you added some originality in it, so that's why you got a lot of points here.
