Few weeks after momo declared her feeling towards Mina to Jihyo, which it made Jihyo and her become a rival, everything went smooth like she wanted to. She and mina got closer and closer each day, tho sometimes she would have a slight jealousy when Mina hang out with Jihyo or having a moment with her. Yet in other hand, Momo and jihyo still have a good vibe and none of them act differently. Everything just ran like Momo wanted

But lately something kinda different with Mina. This past weeks mina been nagging at her all day. Even she nags more than Nayeon and Jihyo combined.. and it slightly annoys Momo a bit. Tho seeing how the penguin mad at her is kinda cute for her, but still.. Momo is allergic to nags.

Well The reason is simple. It’s because they about to have something important and crucial comin up, but Momo hasn’t even prepare for it. Yup it’s exam week. The exam week is getting nearer yet Momo still being momo. Practice dancing, dozing in the class, forgot to do homeworks, tho she never skip classes anymore since she promise to Mina, and when she’s at home she only even spent times for study just like... 30 minutes? Yea that’s the longest she can hold. Therefore Mina keep nags her. like every single time momo was enjoying her lazy time in her bed at night, Mina will call her and ask her to study and that 30 minutes was also could happened because of Mina’s nags

“You guys have something to do after this?” asked Nayeon Who’s tidying her books.

“Dance practice of course.. I don’t have any other activity beside that.” Said Momo

“Yah… Exam starts next week yet you still practicing? Aren’t club activities being on a hold?” asked Jihyo

“Nope. Not ours. Well I better get there quickly now before my coa—“

“O? Mina?” that was Jihyo who’s surprised with her sudden appearance. Nayeon and Momo who was just packing up their stuff, looked up and met Mina entering the class with her laptop hanging on her.

“Hi there… it’s rare to see you here… what’s up?” asked Momo

“I’m here to pick up eonni .” Said Mina through her iSpeak

“Pick me? You want to go somewhere?” asked Momo

“Home of course.”

“Well.. you must wait then. I have practice to do.”

“No. we go straight to eonni’s house and study. Right now”

“Oh not this nag again. I will study okay.. after i do my dance practice routine..”

“No. Just go home and study.”

“Na-ah! Dance practice first.”

Seeing some sort of ‘duel’ will happen, Nayeon whispered something to jihyo “Let the debate between the stubborn people, begin.” Meanwhile Jihyo just smiling and shook her head. She is so done with what about to happen.

Both of them keep throwing the same words over and over again. There’s no sign of any of them to give up their stubborness. Nayeon and Jihyo just kept their mouth shut while watching the two stubborn people argued. Intervining them is just going to make everything more complicated.

“Eonni. Listen okay. After practice, you’ll be exhausted and you won’t study. So just quit the dance practice.”

“What? Hell no! yah Mina. You know i have to prepare for another dance competition right? There’s no way i quit my practice.” Mina didn’t say anything but she just let out a sigh while doing something with her laptop.

“You know what, if I win this thing, it will make me a whole lot easier to get scholarship for any dance major in any university I want. So there’s no way I will quit practicing.” Said Momo.

“But like what I usually said eonni. You need to graduate first.”

“easy! My score is not that bad. Beside, they already going to accept me eventho my score is just in an average rank.” But actually, after that, instead of countering momo’s argument with words, she just took off the strap from her neck and showed her laptop screen to Momo

“Whoa.. who’s score sheet is that? It’s riddicilously awful.. ” said Momo. Mina took it back and typed

“It’s yours, eonni.” Momo’s eyes grew wide and she gulped down nervously as she shocked upon seeing how terrible her own scores are. Jihyo and Nayeon who was curious ran theirself to Mina’s side and looked at her screen.

“Wow… those sure are belooow average kiddo..” said Nayeon.

“Damn Momo.. i know you’re such a lazy- but i don’t know your score is this horror..” said jihyo while she still examining momo’s score sheet.

“This is just a monthly score sheet, if you do well on this term exam, it will change everything. So you better stop that dancing for a while and study.”

“I agree with Mina. Better stop with your dance and study mo. These scores can’t get you a single scholarship eventho you’re so talented with your dance..” said Nayeon

“i agree with both of them. Just go home and study.” Then jihyo joined the force in attempt to make queen of laziness, Hirai Momo, study.

“Oh come on! You guys on her side now?!” jihyo and Nayeon nods

“Always. We always on Mina’s side. Right Ji?” asked Nayeon

“Yup. sure did.” Said Jihyo while she and Nayeon hung their hands on mina’s shoulder. Mina’s smirk grew when both her eonnies are on her side. Momo then mouthed an ‘I hate you’ with a sharp glare towards her best friends yet the two girl just gave momo a finger heart.

“It’s time for you to melt down the stubbornness eonni.” The robotic sound plus smirk from Mina, made Momo groaned frustrated

“B-but i—“

“It’s for your own good tho..” said Nayeon. Again Momo sigh but she still tried to think some way so she can practice even just a bit

“Oh hold on! Didn’t you said that you and the VGC member are goin t—“

“Discuss new project? Yes. Done it on lunch break.” Said Mina

“Oh..okay... great.”

Damn.. what else i can say to her..

“Come on eonni. Let’s go home.” said the annoying robot voice

Then suddenly Momo have an idea that she should make an excuse to inform her barbaric coach about her quiting the practice which usually She will totally hate that idea and makes Momo practice instead.

“Okay.. but i think i should’ve ask permis—“

“Permission from your coach? No need eonni. I already did that.” Said Mina

“And she’s okay with it?” And Momo got a nod from Mina.

Damn.

“How even she—“

“Come on eonni. I know you’re just trying to make excuses to skip studying. Every single excuses you tried to say, i already covered it up.” Jihyo and Nayeon snorted behind their hand.

“damn you and your well planned strategy, Myoui. ” Said Momo with both her eyes piercing at the now grinning penguin.

“We got the winner here! Bow down to queen black swan! Queen of stubbornness!” Said Nayeon.

“Oh shut up! She won because all of you backing her up.” Said Momo

“hey we didn’t even do anything.. she did everything by herself.”

“Well yea but you guys kee—“

“Oh just hurry up and go home already!” said Jihyo. Momo sigh, put her bag on her shoulder and walkout the class with happy penguin following her.

Right after Mina and Momo went out from the class, Jeongyeon came with full of excitement and full with energy.

“Yo! im nabongsss~” called Jeongyeon

“There you are. Been waiting for you to come.” Said Nayeon

“Sorry~ there’s a student who slacking from the cleaning duty so I have to fill the empty spot. Ready to go then?” and Nayeon nod her head.

“you two are going somewhere?” asked Jihyo and she got a nod from the duo

“Then why bother asking whether me and momo have something to do or not earlier?”

“Well at first I want to ask you guys to study together in Jeongyeon’s house. You know, make it a little easier to understand the subject and perhaps can help our two hopeless friends to study. But since momo already in a good hand.. do you want to come and help me with this hopeless kid?” asked Jihyo

“And be a third-wheeler? Na-ah i’ll pass.”

“Y-yah park Ji—“

“What do you mean by third wheeler? Come on! I need your long and educating explanation . It’s better than her long and confusing explanation.” Jeongyeon then recieved a smack on her arm for what she just said about nayeon.

“Yah! You made it into third year all because of me you ungreatful brat!” Jihyo just shook her head disbelieve that these two persons are actually bestfriend and love each other. They looked like a mortal enemy if other people saw them. But that’s actually how they get close to each other..

“Gee.. you two always bickering like an old married couple..” what jihyo just said made both of them secretly blush. Yea of course both of them have the same feeling but neither of them have any courage to confess since they’re afraid that it might harm their friendship.

“But i’m sorry i can’t come with you guys. I just want to study by my own this time.” Said Jihyo

But then suddenly a smirk grew on Nayeon’s face. Nayeon kind of got a feeling that Jihyo would not actually study by her own in her house. Like secretly Jihyo already planned something since for the past few days, she’s always like that.

“You know what? These past days.. you keep saying that you want to go here and there alone or you want to do this and that alone.. yet in the end.. you ain’t doing it alone aren’t you?”

Jihyo’s brows frowned, completely confused at what Nayeon just said. “I’m sorry. I can’t keep up.. mind to explain it more spesifically and clearly?”

“you’re going to study with Yerin aren’t ya?” nayeon gave a smirk, jeongyeon looked amused since she’s got a new gossip without she’s even trying to, while Jihyo got nervous over Nayeon sudden speculation.

“W-what? No! w-why would you think something like that?”

“Well... you’ve been hanging out with her too many times lately. And you guys look a little bit closer in the student council room and it looks like.. the distance between you guys are decreasing.. something must going on between you two..”

“N-no! nononono! No! You’ve misunderstood something.. we sometimes just happened to bump each other and end up hanging out together.. and.. and.. y-you know.. she’s my secretary.. of course i have to get closer to her..” Jihyo looked pretty nervous with all the stuttering. This side of her only will showed in front of her friends because yea.. who dare to tease the almighty president park?

“You’re stuttering there hyo.” Said Nayeon and jeongyeon.

“oh come on!”

“Yea yea whatever. Well i’m leaving. Let’s go jeong.”

“good luck with yer—i mean your study! Bye prez!” Said Jeongyeon as she pulled Nayeon hand and ran for their life before Jihyo caught the,

PARK JIHYO POV

Although Jeongyeon and Nayeon already left a while ago, I didn’t leave the class. I stayed there for a moment, enjoying the peaceful that the silence of after school vibe gave me. Kinda need it with all these exam preparation things, student council problems, and works from my father. If you guys wondering about my condition after momo’s confession, I’m better. Our ‘competition’ is indeed clean and healthy since both of us gave each other chance to get close to mina and spent times with her. Tho yeah.. hate to admit but she’s always one step ahead of me. And you know.. the fact that Mina always pays attention to momo for every single thing, I know that I lost the battle because of that. But.. because a certain girl keep encouraging me to not giving up, I still try my best.

Oh well if I just sit here I’m probably going to think something I shouldn’t so i decided to go home.

But when I walk on the hallway, I saw a tall girl with a dark brown coat and a red back pack standing facing the wall, she’s complaining with someone through her phone. I recognize that tall figure well. The girl who magically always there whenever i’m all by myslef, the girl who magically always there when i need some company, the girl who magically always supports me eventho I never ask her to, the girl who magically there even when i never even expecting.. yes it’s Yerin. But although i’m familiar with her tall back figure, to be honest, i’m a little bit new with the way she whines and complaining like a child. Actually her voice was quite loud and it made me who stood quite far from her can hear it clearly.

“How come you guys left me! I also want to meet sowon eonni!” Oh? She’s also a friend of Sowon eonni? Damn world is so small.. Well sowon eonni is a former student council president before me, and she’s like my mentor.. I often ask her for advices tho. She’s like someone I really look up to. She was graduated last year and studying in Busan if I’m not mistaken.. and yea.. I never know she and Yerin know each other..

“Well I don’t know where that place is yet you guys lef—oh god! Eunbi-ya! I’ve told you this morning that I don’t know that place! You guys are so meanie..” I felt myself smiling wide seeing the way she pouts and whine.. she looked like a giant baby

“Hhh.. Oh well.. just tell her I miss her okay.. bye..” After that, she sighs and slowly kicked the wall in front of her with a pout on her face. She doesn’t even realize that I already near her

“So…” She jumped the moment I said that and her face is so.. Shocked. Haha she really can’t control her expression.. oh well me too tho..

“that’s actually how you look when you’re sulking huh?” I said continuing what I’m going to say.

“J-jihyo?! S-since… since when you are here?”

“just a few seconds ago..” She’s now fidgeting and rubbing her not so itchy neck. No more whiny and pouty yerin since the shy yerin went back again.

“so.. what was that all about? Y-you know.. the phone call with your friend.”

“Oh.. that.. You know Kim Sowon?” I nod at Yerin question

“Well.. she’s my friend, and she’s now coming back for holiday since Sowon eonni is currently studying in busan. But my dear friends left me although I already asked them to wait for me since I didn’t know the place.. so yea.. that’s what happen..”

“Where exactly are you guys going?” I asked

“they didn’t gave me specific address.. they just said that it’s a café around itaewon.”

“Itaewon? Whoa.. that’s far away from here tho.. even if you ride a cab it will cost a lot..”

“that’s why.. oh well forget it.. I can meet her some other days...” said Yerin. She looked pretty down tho.. Sowon eonni must be someone that important for her huh? Never saw this girl down like that..

“I can take you there.”

“What?!” Well.. Yerin wasn’t the only one who was shocked. Me too.. God! Park Jihyo! you need to study but why the hell you said that.. now you can’t take it back.. Oh well jihyo.. she help you a lot. Driving her to itaewon is not really that hard compared to every single trouble and pain you gave to her..

“I’ll take you there, to itaewon with my car.” I said again

“N-no! nonono! Y-you don’t have to…” said Yerin

“well.. I’ve said that kind of thing too tho whenever you want to help me. But you eventually still help me so.. payback.” I said while I’m sticking out my tongue to her.

“But... but your problem is different..”

“Same or different, i just want to help. So come on. You’re lucky that i bring my car today.” I hold Yerin’s hand and dragged her to where I parked my car. Nayeon was right.. I end up spending my time with her again haha..

Soon after we already inside my car, Yerin showed me a message from her friend that showing the café name. I never hear the name before but oh well GPS can help guide me the way so yea no problem!

“Okay.. buckle up.” I said while starting the engine.

“You know the place?” I shook my head to answer that.

“Then why are you even try to drive me there?” what kind of question is that?

“Well yerin my dear secretary.. we have technology named GPS, right?” i said with a smirk while I typed something on my car GPS.

“Right… why I didn’t think about that..” Really this girl sometimes could be smart but sometimes.. a little bit.. not. but it’s cute.oh wait.. forget about what I’m saying earlier..

*sound of navigation being set*

“All set, let’s go!”

“wait jihyo.. it’s take 40 minutes to go there..” she said

“I can make it quicker if you want..”

“No, it’s not that.. but it’s far away and.. you know.. you must be want to study at home and rest right?” I moved the car off from parking mode and preparing to hit the pedal.

“Naah. Taking a break for a moment is not going to harm my score tho. Okay let’s go!”

Momo’s Room 17.30PM

It’s been an hour and half for Mina and Momo studying in Momo’s room. Well.. Actually the only one who’s studying just momo tho. As soon as both of them arrived in momo’s house, Mina forced momo to start studying. She’s completely ignoring momo’s little whine for a small break before they start the study. At first Momo could get what she wanted, but unfortunately, Mrs. Hirai who apparently didn’t have any appointment to attend, is in home and she’s backing up Mina. In the end, the joined force between Mrs.Hirai and Mina made momo helplessly forced to start her exam preparation study without any small break.

“Ugh! I can’t do this anymore!” said Momo who’s now laid her body on the carpet, completely give up with her study. Meanwhile, Mina who’s doing something on her laptop just ignored Momo’s whine.

Momo then suddenly had an idea so she went back to sit and started her plan. “Minaa~ can’t I have a quick rest, pleasee?” asked Momo. More like plead to be exact.

But momo didn’t get any reply, instead the only thing she heard from mina is a sound of keyboard being tapped. Mina completely ignoring momo’s pleads.

“Mina-yaa~” Momo tried to use her aegyo to make mina respond her or even better, let her rest for a bit. But mina is stubborn and Mina still ignored her.

The only way to get a respond from mina is by pushing her patient limit., so Momo have to find a way to make mina feel irritated and she’ll get the respond she wanted. Momo then had few ideas. She decided to call Mina’s name again and again in a cute way and under the small table—both of them used to do their work on, Momo’s feet keep poking mina who sat across her. Finally, with the combination of non-stop irritating aegyo and ticklish feeling in her feet, Momo got the respond.

“Okay stop eonni.. that kind of disturbing me.” Said Mina

“Then don’t ignore me and let me rest. Pleaseeee..” again momo let out her killing aegyo

Mina let out a sigh and said, “But Eonni… You just had a quick rest like five minutes ago.”

Hearing that, momo pouted and lay back on her pink and fluffy carpet, disappointed with mina’s responds. Seeing how momo react, Mina stopped what she’s been doing in her laptop and peeked into Momo’s book. Of course automatically a sigh came out from Mina.

“And look. You want to rest but you’ve done nothing for the entire five minutes..” said Mina

“Can’t help it.. Math is hard..” said Momo. Mina smiles upon seeing how momo sulked down right now

“I’m here for a certain reasons tho..” Momo pulled up her upper body a bit so she had an eye contact with mina and gave mina sharp glare

“What? Forced me and torture me to study?” that question made mina laugh. But the older girl still with her grumpy face.

“well.. hahaha.. you can count those too, but I’m here to help eonni. So whenever eonni can’t solve something, just ask me.” Said Mina.

“But you seems.. busy with something..”

“It’s okay eonni. Like I said, I came to help eonni.. So come on let’s continue it” mina try to persuade Momo in a very soft way, but still to force the lazy queen to do something is hard

“Aaah.. I’m tired..” momo still whining and refuse to continue the study.

“How about this, I’ll cook you dinner.” Hearing a food been brought up, momo’s mood went high and she smiled brightly

“Really?!” Mina nods and said, “But. You have to finish all these questions first. Then I’ll cook anything you want.”

“Deal!” after that Momo hurriedly ran to her door, opened it and yelled to her mom.

“Moom! You don’t have to cook dinner for me!” after that she ran back to her seat with so much enthusiasm “let’s begin!” And now Momo focusing on her book again while Mina continue her thing.

Such a food maniac said mina in her head while secretly smiling behind her laptop screen.

Occasionally momo would ask mina for some explanation about few things she couldn’t understand. But momo’s capability on solving math problem slightly improved and with just some short explanation from mina, she could easily solve the problem.

Actually, Mina herself believes that momo is not someone who’s bad at studies. Mina believes that there ain’t stupid people in this world, just smart people who’re lazy and it made all of their potential buried deep down inside them. Just like Momo. Mina believes that Momo isn’t bad at it, she just doesn’t have willing to do it, means Momo just lazy. Mina knows that to deal with this kind of person, they need something to motivate them so they have some kind of will to do it. So yea.. because momo loves food more than anything, Mina use food as something that could motivate Momo and the result, momo showed her entire potential that been hidden deep inside her.

When Mina was just focusing herself on doing something in her laptop, Momo suddenly move to mina’s side and asked mina in really enthusiastic way.

“Mina Mina! Here, look and listen okay… I just did the same thing you thought me. Okay.. every path every step I’ve done it. But why I can’t find the answer? I double check every—…”

Momo keep explaining her work to mina, from the first step she doing it until the end. She keep complaining that she didn’t understand which step she did it wrong or what kind of error she did and it end up making her explaining from the first step again. She also suddenly feeling so hype when she thought she found the mistake by herself and happily try to do it by herself again tho at the end, it just making it a whole lot worse and again made her complaining non-stop. Seeing how hype and enthusiast momo is, made mina let out a small chuckle. But that chuckle quite irritating momo a bit.

“What are you laughing at?” asked Momo with her eye squinted sharp. Still with a smile plastered in her face, Mina shook her head and took momo’s book to examine it more closely.

“Don’t tell me you laughing at me because I can’t solve such an easy problem?” asked Momo, still with squinted eyes.

“Noo it’s not like that eonni.” Said mina, still with a smile.

“It is!! Yah! I know I’m bad at studying but it doesn’t mean you can laugh at me like that!” protested Momo. Mina shook her head, completely disbelief with her short minded senior. Seeing the way mina react, momo turned her back on Mina, sulking again.

After Mina found the mistake that momo made, she tried to show it to momo, but the latter refused to continue. “Eonni, i found it.”

“Don’t care. Stupid people like me always made mistake for such an easy question right? Why bother.”

“There ain’t stupid people in this world. Just people who don’t have will to use all theirs potential okay. And look, you just made a simple mistake so it means you understand most of it. You just need to be careful when you do the positive and negative equitation and that’s the reason why you couldn’t find the answer.” Momo seems didn’t care about what mina just said.

“Come on eonni.. I laughed not because you couldn’t find the answer..”

“Then what? What are you laughing at?” Mina’s eyes start to wavering here and there since it’s hard for her to tell the reason by her own mouth to momo. But momo interpreted it differently and sulked again.

“See. You just laughing at me.”

Of course the only way to make momo normal again is by explaining the reason why mina laughing and smiling at her earlier. But being a shy girl, it’s hard for mina to say it by her own mouth. She then decided to write something on top of the page in momo’s book and gave it to her.

At first, momo didn’t want to take a look at it. But Mina keep poking her cheek using the book and irritated her, so Momo took it and read it

The way eonni look so hype in solving the problem, it’s cute. That’s why I laugh.. mianhaeyo

*Thump* *thump*

Both of their face turned red and momo slowly slides back to her first position, clearly try to make a distance with mina. Not because she hate it, because she just don’t want mina to find out her uncontrollably heart beat. But without Momo knowing, mina also feels the same. She’s blushing hard and her heart beat was beating fast like she was just having a heavy run. And both of them also looked down at their feet, trying to hide their blush.

The room is now full of silence and the only thing they could hear just their own heart beat sound. Well it’s not new for momo to get compliment as cute and such, and Mina herself also had said that thing to momo once or twice. But since now momo already have sort of feeling to her, it feels different. Like her stomach full of butterflies that flying inside her, or like there’s a huge and lit party happening inside her heart, and the feeling also felt like she got tons of free jokbal and eat it by herself.

For mina? She actually doesn’t understand why her heart beating this fast and she feeling more embarrass from she used to. Yes it’s kinda hard for her to compliment other people especially about their appearance.. but right now, the after effect turned more severe than it used to. The fact that she just complimented momo, it made everything turn worst. Her face become redder than it used to, her heart beating faster than it used to, the awkward vibe is stronger than it used to.. mina didn’t understand why she felt like that. Maybe because of the ‘incident’ that still linger in her brain or maybe other things. But she didn’t want to think about it. She still has other problem to solve and it’s right in front of her eyes—works on her laptop. So to distract those thoughts and stopping the unhealthy beating in her heart, she went back to do her work and so do momo.

Or maybe mina thought so since Momo right now writing something. But actually momo wasn’t continuing her study, instead she was writing something on a piece of paper and with all the courage she has, she deliver it to Mina.

You are cute too. Whatever you do, you always look cute.

Those words came from a piece of paper that landed on top of Mina’s keyboard and of course.. Everything went wild again inside her. None of them dare to lift their head, they just focus on doing their thing.

Dining room, 18.40PM

Momo done her study few minutes ago and since her heart already normal, she can talk and Momo asked for what mina promised to her and that’s why she can be here right now. She’s just playing with her phone in the dining room waiting for the food to be cooked, while her mom and mina cooking in the kitchen.

Well at first it was Momo who cooked there with mina. But after she spilled two eggs on the counter and another mess she made, Mrs.Hirai furiously dragged her out of kitchen and helped Mina. Tho momo was complaining, but as time goes by, she’s okay with it. She thinks that maybe Mina doesn’t have any memories about cooking together with her mom or something so yea maybe letting her mom helped her sorta gave mina the new experience tho the feeling would be different.

But look at the bright side! the sight for momo is quite flattering. How her mom and mina having a small talk while getting ready the ingredients and sometimes they would laugh, probably talking about momo’s hideous past. It just something she wished she could see it again and again, every day until she die. Of course it means by marrying mina and be one family with her forever. Tho her imagination is way too far, but yea.. Imagining something is not a sin right?

Suddenly momo who’s enjoying her daydreaming time, felt a sharp pain on her nose as someone flicked it hard.

“Ouch! What the—Onee-chan?!” since Momo was yelling, Mrs.Hirai who was talking with mina got distracted and saw her oldest daughter right beside her youngest daughter.

“Hana-chan?! What a surprise dear.. you just came?” hana nod at it. Mrs.  Hirai than went to hana and greet her with a hug

“Oh dear.. we nearly done cooking for the dinner. Have you eaten yet?” asked Mrs.Hirai

“Don’t worry mom. I already ate on my way here. Just relax.”

Since Momo heard that the food nearly done, she then decided to go to the kitchen. Perhaps she can help bring the plate. When she arrived there, she saw three plates of omurice beautifully served on the counter. The visual of those foods really attracted momo to quickly eat them.

“Whoa.. this is amazing..” said Momo

“It’s just omurice tho.. don’t exaggerate it.” Said Mina, with a shy little laugh. Momo then patted her head and gave her the warmest and brightest smile she has to make sure mina knows how happy and grateful she is, eating something that Mina cooked.

“Thank you so much mina-ya~”

“Well it’s just a present from me because you did well with the study. But tomorrow eonni better keep up the good work okay?” Momo nod

“Now let’s eat.” But suddenly Mina held momo’s t-shirt and made her stopped.

“hm? What’s wrong?” asked Momo

“Eum.. Hana-san is here, right?” Momo nod and Mina shyly tippy toe a bit and whispered in Momo’s ear

“Should I talk with my own voice or.. using iSpeak?” Momo smiled upon hearing that question

“It’s up to you tho.. but it’ll be much more comfortable for all of us to talk normally right?” Mina nod. “’Then let’s go?”

After that, both of them went to dining room with momo brought two plates of omurice and mina brought one. Hana was busy talking with her mom and didn’t even realize momo and mina already in the room. Not until Mina gave Mrs.Hirai her plate and stole Hana’s focus. Now Hana who was talking suddenly froze, and hang the conversation with her mother earlier in the air. Mina who felt Hana’s shocked gaze, slowly turned her body toward her and bow 90 degree.

“N-nice to meet you..H-hana-san..” said Mina using a really formal Japanese of course, different with Momo and Hana who usually use kansai dialect when they speak in Japanese since they grew in Kyoto. Hearing Mina’s voice for the first time, made Hana can’t even gave a proper respond. Instead, just slightly agape while her eyes not showing any sign that those will blink. Seeing the way her sister reacts, there’s a slight jealousy inside momo so she inserted a piece of sausage into Hana’s mouth and said

“You looked hideous onee-chan.” Hana then smacked Momo’s arm, but still eating the sausage.

“How dare you do that to me!” said Hana

“Hey hey this is not the time to fight okay. Now Mina, take a sit and let’s eat.” Said Mrs.Hirai and Mina take a seat beside Mrs.hirai and begin eating her dinner

“Btw mina, I’m sorry I didn’t give you a respond earlier.. you know you’re too pretty and it shocked me. So hi there!” Being a shy girl, mina suddenly blushed and she bowed to hana

“T-thank you.. but h-hana-san is prettier..” said Mina.

“Mina, you should go to the doctor.. there’s something wrong with your eyes.” What momo just said made Hana smirk and decided to little sis

“aww.. did Momorin got jealous? Did my cutie pretty momorin got jealous?” Momo shoved away Hana’s hand that been caressing her face

“I’m not jealous and stop that! I’m eating.” Said Momo but Hana didn’t stop and even made it even worse

“And now my cutie pretty momorin mad at me? Uuu~ I’m sorry.. please don’t mad at m—“

“Moom!”

“Hana.. you can after she finished her dinner.” Said Mrs.Hirai

“Okay okay.. btw mom, where’s dad?“Asked Hana who change the topic

“He’s probably went home late. He’s been busy since there’s a new project in the company and now your father is searching for partners that want to participate on the project.”

“Dad with his company, Mom with your books, me with my jobs… maybe only this kid who have nothing to do in her life.” Said Hana

“Oh shut up! I’m dancing and studying! I have dream and—ugh! Mom! She’s starting again!” whined momo as she saw her sister teasing smile a long time momo been talking earlier.

“Hana…”

“Hi..hi.. sumimaseen~” (okay..okay.. I’m sorry)

The dinner was filled conversation from Mrs.Hirai, hana, and Mina. Of course Momo just focused on eating her dinner without even joining the conversation. Within the conversation, Hana kind of disturbed by the fact that mina is so formal to her. She’s using formal language and even call her with ‘san’ which is made her felt weird with the amount of politeness she get.

“You know what mina? Could you drop the formalities? I mean stop calling me ‘hana-san’ it feels weird..” said Hana

“I-I’m sorry.. I didn’t mean to make you feel that way it-it just.. i—“

“I understand mina.. no need to be panic.. hahaha.. but you know just call me onee-chan or nee-chan. Don’t call me hana-san, even all of my dance student called me with onee-chan. Don’t be too tense mina-chan.” Said Hana with a smile.

Mina then tried to control herself and try to let out a bit of the formalities.

“H-Hana onee-san?” After hearing that, Hana squealed hard while ran towards Mina to hugged her tight and squeezed Mina’s cheek with her’s

“Kyaa!! Meccha kawaii~” squealed Hana and Mina let out a chuckle as she found Hana reaction is cute too

“Onee-san is okay but it’s still a little bit formal. Next time, call me one-chan okay.” Said hana

“tsk. You just met her twice yet you demand many things.” Sensing a jealousy in her little sis, She decided to . but lucky for momo, Hana’s phone suddenly rang so she dropped her plan to sister and went out the dining room to received the call.

On the way to Myoui Residence, 19.30PM

After the fiasco dinner, now both mina and momo are on the way to mina’s house. Both of them just walking side by side, enjoying the silence that the night gave. Mina glanced at Momo was just walking with both her hand in her hoodie pocket and there’s a slight sulkiness drew on her face.

“Something bothering you eonni?” asked Mina

“Naah.. just tired with that annoying sister I have.” Mina let out a chuckled

“She really love to tease you..”

“waay to much.”

Again another silence filled them. But not until momo breaks it

“Sorry if she’s too you know.. wild? Like she’s always squealed or pinch or hugs you earlier.. she can’t really control herself with cute things.”

Momo paused a bit and realize what she just said earlier.

I just call her cute again..

“I-I mean y-you know.. y-you with your—“

“I understand eonni.. it’s because she never met someone like me and she find it cute.. right?”

“S-sort of..”

Little thing they know, now both of them already in front of Mina’s house. But before Mina get in, she opened her bag and took out her laptop.

“What are you doing?” asked Momo

“My father is home. So.. yea I have to take this out.” Said Mina who’s now turning on her laptop and activate the iSpeak

“You even use this to speak with your own father?!” mina let out a small smile and nod.

“You know what? I just hope I can take you to live in my house. Where that’s the only place that your voice isn’t sealed.” Hearing that, mina put down her laptop on the ground for a second and hugged momo. The sudden act made momo stiffen a bit but she’s soften after hearing mina’s voice

“Thank you eonni for took out the sealed, although I can only do it in short moment.” Momo hugged back and squeezed a bit

“I’ll try my best so you can take out those sealed forever.” After that Momo broke the hug and asked Mina to go inside her house.

“Your parents might waiting for you. Better go now.” Said Momo and Mina nod

“Thank you for the dinner mina, it was dellicous as always.” Mina smiled and gave a wave

“Good night eonni.” Momo frowed because it was said from the iSpeak

“My night ain’t going to be good, because of that annoying robotic sound.” Mina sticking her tongue out and ran toward her house terrace. Meanwhile Momo just smiled because of the cuteness mina shown.

“See you tomorrow mina.” Said Momo as she gave a wave and mina waved back. Momo than walked back to her home but stopped when suddenly she heard someone running towards her and end up hearing a whisper

“Oyasuminasai, Onee-chan.” Then as fast as a wind blows, the girl—mina, ran back to her house and went inside, leaving Momo by herself with such a wide and hideous grin on her face

I‘ll surely have a good night and a good sleep tonight!

At first i wanted to update on 9th january since it's MiMo day.. but yea i got busy and can't update at that time.
hope i can update earlier next time and try my best to present a better chapter!
