It’s a peaceful morning where the birds chirping happily on this sunny day. In her apartment,

Amber sleep soundly after her outing with her friends that last until 1 AM. Suddenly . . .

Amber POV

My beauty sleep was interrupted by a buzzing and loud alarm on the left side of my bed stand.

I lazily woke up and turn it off. Glancing at the clock, I let my body fall back to my bed.

“It’s still early, why did I set the alarm?” I questioned myself. Leaving the question unanswered,

I let my tired body to relax more on my bed and just when I was about to fall asleep again,

my phone ring. I looked at the caller’s name and immediately smile before I take the call.

“Hey honey, do you miss me so bad that you just called me early in the morning?”

I asked the caller chirpily. “Hey dear, do you forget about what day is this?” the caller asked.

I freaked out a bit, I doesn’t remember any special event for today, 

‘is it her birthday? no, we just celebrate it last month, is it our anniversary? no,

we celebrate it together with her birthday..ughh, I can’t think anymore, I take a deep breath

and answered the caller nervously, 

“Umm… Beside the fact that I’m working tonight, I-I—I don’t remember any event

for today my love.” I stuttered. I still feel a bit of pain and dizziness in my head due to
