For the gift ________________________________   November 11, 2016   Shortly before midnight Dara started recieving texts, instagram messages from fans and it always makes her happy to see them at night before her birthday. Makes her birthday much much more meaningful. There was a fansight that gathered up letters from her fans and sent them over to her in video form and she always looks forward to recieving it. As she read thru the messages she feels so happy to see how much she is able to make her fans happy. She tried so hard to respond to all the messages as fast as she can. And though she is tired from work these messages feels like the best present she recieves every year. After going thru all the messages one message caught her eye and she could not believe it...   Dear Dara,   I could not give you any gift because for me you are the greatest gift of all. Your smile, your kindness, your patience, your understanding and your presence fills my life with happiness beyond words and I want to thank you for that. I may not always be in your birthday celebrations but I am always thankful to God that  you were born. You are his greatest gift to me and I hope that someday I can also be your greatest gift.   Happy birthday my love, my rabbit, my wife...   Mr Kwon...   She had to read it twice to double check. Did he just include his letter with the fan messages? Did the fans notice it? I hope not she told herself. But with the hundreds and thousand messages she recieved she is sure none of them noticed. She was touched with what he just did. He is so sweet!!! So even if its midnight she texted him...   Dara to GD: Thank you Ji I saw it amidst the hundreds and hundreds of messages sent to me...I was touched GD to Dara: I knew you would read your messages like you always do and its true for me that on your birthday you are the gift                     that God sent me and I should be the one celebrating not you. Dara to GD : You are so sweet... thanks so much this is going to really be a happy birthday indeed, love you!!! GD to Dara: Love you too birthday girl and see you tomorrow...   Tomorrow? He is in Japan till the 20th right? Maybe he made a mistake. Dara is used to not having GD during her birthday because it can cause controversy and might affect them especially now that they are on a tour. She shook her head knowing that it will not happen and it never even happened before...   "Happy birthday Dara!!!" CL, Bom and Minzy surprised Dara at the YG building. Although Minzy is busy promoting her new song she took the time and the permission to go toYG office to greet her favorite unnie. It used to be a small group of friends greeting her but now the +82 gang, Hyoni, her WBU cast friends, her friends from Sugarman. IKON, Blackpink and Winner members were all there to greet her. Of course YG sajangnim who is thankful to her for continuing despite the hiatus of 2NE1 was the one carrying the big cake for Dara. There was a big rabbit dressed as a princess holding a carrot on top of the cake as the whole group came together to sing her a birthday song. Dara was laughing the whole time.
