Worlds Apart Part 2

It was a weekday, which meant that Tiffany couldn't go into town to see Taeyeon. It was a shame that Taeyeon could only stay a week. Since Tiffany did the groceries only on weekends, there was little chance that she would see Taeyeon again any time soon.

That's why it was that much more surprising when she saw Taeyeon, riding towards the manor like a knight in her dreams, the sunlight against her back casting a heavenly glow around her galloping figure.

She almost didn't believe it was her for a moment as she kneeled there over the rug she was trying to clean, squinting at the growing silhouette. It wasn't until the figure called out, "Tiffany?!" that she finally stood up.

"Taeyeon! What are you doing here?"

"Ah, that's part of my business here," she smiled that disarming smile, dismounting from Ginger. "Don't worry, my princess. I had no idea that you lived here."

She walked over to the mailbox, still grinning at Tiffany, and slipped a letter in.

"Oh. Well, what a nice surprise!" Tiffany smiled at her, walking over to greet her. Taeyeon gently took her hand and laid a kiss on the back of it in greeting.

"A beautiful surprise! Now that I happened to find where you live, it it okay if I I accompany you until I leave?"

"That'd be wonderful," Tiffany smiled, "But I have to return to my chores and I'm afraid I won't be great company."

Taeyeon winked. "Oh, my lady, just being with you and allowing me to admire your beauty once again is company enough, though I enjoy your company for far more than just your beauty."

"Do you now?" Tiffany asked, returning to her work as Taeyeon leaned on the top of the fence.

"I do. I admire your gentleness, your grace, your kindness. I see in you a hard worker, dedication, and a willpower to overcome all ill- of which much has befallen you, none to your fault."

Tiffany blushed, scrubbing furiously at the rug in an attempt to distract herself.

"You're too kind, Taeyeon."

"Ah, but I can see that I'm not, 'cause you're demonstrating all of those traits right now."

Tiffany blushed more, and scrubbed more furiously, if it was possible.

"So ho-"

"Tiffany!" A shrill voice called from inside the house. "What are you doing out there- wasting your time? Trying to get out of chores? You don't think I don't know, you wench? Get back to work!"

Tiffany hastily turned around and called, "Yes, Mrs. Hwang! My apologies!" Then, turning back around to Taeyeon, who had a rather unpleasant expression on her face, she hissed. "Quick- go, before my stepmother seesyou!"

"That's your stepmother?" Taeyeon asked with an increasingly unpleasant facial expression, not budging even as Tiffany tried to push her back towards Ginger.

"Yes!" Tiffany nudged her towards her horse. As if he understood, he walked closer to stand behind his rider.

"Is she the one who gave you all those bruises?"

"Oh, Taeyeon, now is not the time! Now hurry- before she sees you!"

Taeyeon mounted Ginger, rather unwillingly, before slowly trotting away, looking back at Tiffany every few seconds.

Tiffany returned to her work as soon as Taeyeon left, not wanting to incur her stepmother's wrath. Just as she thought, she saw the curtains in the window move, signalling that her stepmother had taken a peek at her to make sure she was working. She finished soon enough, and she took the rug, hanging it up at the clothesline on the side of the manor.

"Psst! Tiffany!" She heard a voice call out at her from the forest. She surreptitiously looked over to see, unsurprisingly, Taeyeon's face. Her head was poking out off a bush and she almost laughed at the comical sight.

"What are you doing there, Taeyeon?"

"Accompanying you," she grinned. "I can't be seen, but that won't stop me from accompanying you."

"Oh, Taeyeon," Tiffany grinned, walking to the water pump at the side of the house, hearing rustling from the bushes as she did. She pumped some water into a bucket and looked over at Taeyeon's dishevled figure, having just crawled thorugh bushes to follow her movement, twigs and leaves littering her hair and shoulders.

She couldn't help but laugh, covering in an attempt to muffle herself in vain. Taeyeon looked irritated at the amount of leaves that were entagled in her long locks, and she attempted to tug them out in vain.

Tiffany looked back at the house over her shoulder before hurrying over.

"Oh, Taeyeon," she grinned, gently picking leaves one by one out of her hair as Taeyeon looked up at her, an expression of pure adoration in her eyes.

"Princess," Taeyeon grinned, pushing her hands away, "as much as I love you doting and fussing over me, I don't want you to get in trouble. You have more chores, right?"

"I do," Tiffany admitted, "But they're inside the manor. I can't talk to you in there."

Taeyeon looked absolutely crestfallen, and she felt it too, but she pasted on a hopeful smile and asked, "Then may I accompany you tomorrow?"

"You may," Tiffany said softly. Taeyeon smiled at the confirmation, standing up quickly.

"Then I shall not hold the fair lady for a second longer." She laid a kiss upon Tiffany's hand again. "Until tomorrow, m'lady."

"Until tomorrow."

With that, Taeyeon lead Ginger out of the forest and galloped away, turning around once to see Tiffany waving at her from the doorway before she slipped into the house.

Tiffany delivered the mail to her stepmother before slipping into the kitchen. As she was preparing the afternoon snacks, she heard loud squeals from the foyer.

Taking the plate out, she placed it on the table to see her stepmothers and stepsisters staring at a card that had a pearly lustre to it, a rather beautiful card.

"Tiffany," her stepmother called, as she was just about to leave. She was rather surprised- for she rarely called out for her, and in this manner.

"Yes, Mrs. Hwang?"

"We've been invited to the royal ball to meet the Prince," cue another round of squeals from her stepsisters. "And you are to accompany us and help us into our dresses."

"Yes, Mrs. Hwang."

She had expected nothing else, and god forbid she be acknowledged as her stepdaughter. She was just happy that she'd be going to the ball, where she may find...

Taeyeon. That must have been her business- she's the royal messenger!

It made sense now that she realized it- when it was not hunting season, hunters went home to their families, their wives and children. With no family, it wasn't surprising that Taeyeon would look for some extra work, and a royal messenger must pay pretty well.

No wonder why she said it was quite a last minute visit. She must not have known, either.

Tiffany couldn't care less what Taeyeon was, occupation wise. All she needed to know was that she could see Taeyeon again, in the city.

"Now come along girls," her stepmother said, looking excited, the first sign of emotion besides anger that Tiffany's seen in awhile. "We must get new dresses!"

"Yes!" Her oldest stepsister squealed. The sisters left the table in a flurry, rushing to find the dresses they would wear into town.

"You too, Tiffany," Her stepmother sniffed, a far different expression from what she had shown to her daughters. "Your father was well known among the royal courts so I suppose you must come lest others ask where you are, but you must look presentable, and you must not wear those tatters of yours. You're with us, after all."

Tiffany raised her eyebrow in surprise. "I'm going to the ball?"

"Well, we can't have the Prince thinking that I mistreat my stepdaughter, can I?"

Of course that's why, Tiffany scoffed in her head, but she pasted on a pleasant expression and said, "Yes, ma'am."

She's going to a ball!

Taeyeon visited Tiffany every single day, hiding out in the forest surrounding the house. The two would just talk and tease each other as Tiffany worked. Sometimes Tiffany would ask if she was boring Taeyeon-after all, she was just sitting there, watching her. Taeyeon would always reply, "Seeing you is more than enough to entertain me, but I could help you work..." and of course, Tiffany would say no, so they stayed the way they were.

Tiffany was still a little scared that her stepmother would see Taeyeon. It's never happened before, but there's no telling what she'd do if it happened. For once, she appreciated the fact that her stepfamily never cared to leave the house, citing that the sun would ruin their fair skin. Taeyeon wasn't very good at hiding in the dark forest- while Ginger blended in well with the dark background, Taeyeon's pale, fair skin stuck out like the moon at night.

Tiffany was working in the barn on the last day of Taeyeon's stay. Even through the walls of the building, she could hear Taeyeon thundering down the road on Ginger.

She halted what she was doing, briskly making her way out of the barn to wave at Taeyeon. The huntress waved back, riding to the sides of the house, into the forest.

Tiffany, remembering the chore she had just abandoned, walked back into the barn.

"Tiffany!" A whiny voice called from outside, causing Tiffany to smile.

"What is it?"

"I want to see your beautiful face but you're hiding out in the barn!"

"I don't do my chores for you to admire my beauty," Tiffany smiled. "And I'm feeding Prince, I'll have you know."

"I didn't mean that," She heard the voice quiet. "I just wanted to see you...because..."

Tiffany sighed. She knew that Taeyeon was dreading leaving again, and she was dreading it too, though handling it much better. For the past few days, Taeyeon would get quiet and sad whenever she was reminded of the impending departure.

"I'll come out in a moment. Okay?"

"Okay."

Tiffany forked the last bit of hay into Prince's pile before putting the pitchfork aside. She was about to leave the barn when she noticed the saddle hanging on the side of the door.

Working quickly, she fitted the saddle and harness onto Prince, walking him outside the barn.

She almost awwed at the sight she came out to. Taeyeon was sitting in te bushes, picking at the grass under her, visibly upset with a cute little pout on her face. Ginger sat behind her, and Tiffany thought that if he was a person, he'd be rolling his eyes right now.

"Taeyeon," she called. The cute girl perked up, looking up.

"H-hi," she said, grinning shyly.

"Come on," Tiffany urged. "Let's go riding."

Taeyeon was visibly excited as she scrambled onto her feet, clutching Ginger's reins tightly. "Really?"

"Yes, really," Tiffany said, walking Prince out the gates and into the forest. "There's somewhere I want to show you, anyways."

The two mounted their horses and Tiffany rode ahead of Taeyeon, speeding up as she laughed.

"Catch me if you can!"

She sped through the forest, galloping through the familiar woods on Prince,  leaning down to shield her face from the wind as they hurtled through the trees.

They didn't ride for long before they ended up in a small clearing, littered with a few patches of flowers here and there.

Taeyeon arrived only a few seconds after Tiffany, and only because Tiffany lead the way on the narrow path.

"Impressive," Tiffany smiled.

"Your riding is very impressive also," Taeyeon smiled, a gleam of admiration in her eyes. "Especially coming from a huntress."

"I'm honored," Tiffany smiled. "Come on, let's sit."

Only then did Taeyeon notice the tree stumps littered here and there, some overgrown by fungi and wildflowers. "Where are we?" she asked.

"In the forest," Tiffany grinned a teasing grin. "My father cleared out a few of these trees to make me a little clearing where I could play fairy when I was little."

She smiled sadly, and Taeyeon didn't want to ask more.

"I'm sorry," she said instead.

"It's quite alright. It's been a long time since he..."

Taeyeon could guess what had happened to her father.

"Do you miss him?" She asked.

"Of course," Tiffany looked up at the sky. "Prince was his, you know? Prince is actually the foal of my father's horse, who died not long after he did. He couldn't ride anymore by then, so he taught me how to ride so that I could take Prince and his mother out to exercise every day."

She smiled, remembering him.

"I bet he was a great man. He raised a great daughter, after all."

"That he was. And your father must have been great as well."

Taeyeon laughed. "He's great, alright. I was always fond of freedom, and I think he gave up on trying to tame me when I turned twelve." She grinned. "I've always been thankful to him for letting his daughter learn how to hunt and shoot. I don't think many other daughters can say the same."

"Certainly not," Tiffany agreed, smiling.

The two of them sat there beside their horses, talking about the most random things after that.

"I have something to give to you," Tiffany said suddenly.

Taeyeon smiled. "What a surprise! I have something to give to you too!"

"Ready?" Tiffany asked, smiling softly.

"Ready."

"Taadaa!" Tiffany took out something form behind her back. It was a bouquet of flowers, and a daisy chain to go on top of Taeyeon's head. She had been picking at the flowers around them while they were talking, and ended up  making a daisy chain.

"My princess," Tiffany said, laying the chain gently on Taeyeon's head.

"Thank you," Taeyeon said, accepting the bouquet of wildflowers. Her eyes twinkled in pure joy, feeling pampered by the person she loved. "I love you," she said.

"I love you too," Tiffany replied, a little surprised by the sudden confession.

"This is the best gift I've ever received," Taeyeon genuinely exclaimed.

"I'm sure you've gotten many expensive presents from those hunters," Tiffany said amicably, but she couldn't hide the twinge of jealousy in her voice.

Taeyeon smiled gently at her, brushing a lock of hair out of her face. "But the flowers you picked with your own hands and arranged on your own time are better than the most expensive diamond. Plus," Taeyeon leaned in closer, "It's my first gift from someone I love."

Tiffany blushed impossibly red and turned away, making Taeyeon smile even wider.

"Look at me, princess?" Taeyeon called softly.

Tiffany couldn't bring hersellf to face her, knowing that her cheeks were burning a bright, rosy red.

"Don't you want to see my present for you too?"

Tiffany slowly turned her head back, looking up at Taeyeon with the most adorable eyes and the cutest blushing cheeks. Taeyeon couldn't help but to bring her into a hug, embracing the love of her life.

Tiffany squealed as she felt her body crash against another, but her arms went automatically around Taeyeon's waist, her head tucked under Taeyeon's chin.

"You're right," she mumbled. "Much better than an expensive gift."

"Huh?" Taeyeon asked, reluctantly pulling away before letting out a knowing chuckle. "Oh, that wasn't your gift. I just couldn't help myself, you're so adorable and lovable."

Tiffany's fading redness came back in full force. "Oh."

"Here," Taeyeon said, taking a brown sack out of Ginger's saddlebag. "Open it?"

Tiffany did, untying the knot at the top. She looked inside to see some pale pink fabric.

She pulled it out and unfolded the fabric as she gasped.

Within the fabric was a pair of white satin heels. In a small box, there was a bracelet, a ring, and a necklace, all made of silver with...were those diamonds?

"Taeyeon...I cannot-"

"I insist," Taeyeon cut her off. "I wanted to buy you a dress, but you told me that your stepfamily bought you a dress. So I thought these would go with the pretty pink dress you admired so much."

"But Taeyeon, these are diamonds."

Taeyeon smiled. "What's the use of money when you have nothing to spend it on?"

"But Taeyeon..."

"Think of it as a gift to myself," Taeyeon said. "I want to see you shining, looking beautiful as you always do, wearing a part of me on your hands, your wrists, your neck."

Tiffany sighed. "What if my stepfamily finds out?"

"That's why I brought..." Taeyeon grinned proudly, a mischievous twinkle in her eyes as she brought out yet another sack. "A sack of potatoes! So you can put the stuff in here and if your stepmother asks what you want back, you can just pull out a potato!"

Tiffany laughed at how clever it was. "You have put much thought into this."

"Of course. That is how much I want you to wear these," Taeyeon's face turned serious. "Tiffany...this ring," she picked up the silver band with a single white diamond set in the metal, "It's also a promise ring. It promises to you that I will be yours, no matter what  may happen, until the day you throw the ring away. Please, Tiffany.."

"I'll wear it with pride," Tiffany smiled, laying a kiss on Taeyeon's cheek. "Thank you."

Taeyeon's cheek glowed pink, a far cry from the normally cool-headed girl. "Thank you."

"I love you, Taeyeon. You know that right?"

"Of course. And I love you too."

After a few seconds of thought, Tiffany leaned in, laying a light kiss on those lips.

"Thank you."

She watched as Taeyeon turned red, her eyes shining and hanging open.

"Taeyeon..."

"I love you!"

Tiffany laughed.

"I love you too, stupid."

"We're off, Misses!"

The coachman cracked his whip over the horses, making Tiffany wince.

Her stepmother had loaned three horses and the carriage to take them to the royal palace some miles away. It was partly in order to carry all of their goods and partly in order to appear as wealthy as possible in their arrival to the castle.

Tiffany sat at the front of the coach, next to the coachman. Family as they may be, her stepfamily refused to let her take up space in the carriage beside them. Not that she wanted to sit next to them anyways, in that stuffy cramped space as they squealed about the Prince, who would likely be choosing a wife that very night. Or, they gossiped so anyways. Tiffany thought it was just as likely that it was just another ball for him out of sheer boredom.

Plus, she wanted to watch over her Prince and make sure that the coachman was not mistreating her beautiful horse, leading the way along the bumpy trails.

She reached a hand out, plucking an apple off of a tree they were passing, exalting in the fresh air, away from the house and the family's control, into freedom.

The trail winded and curved, the carriage bumping and creaking along rough roads that seemed to go on forever, but nothing could deter Tiffany's good mood. After all, the longer they spent on this road, the closer they were to Taeyeon- to love.

Soon enough, they approacheed the town. Tiffany gasped at the view of the castle visible in the distance, a majestic stone fortress, colorful flags everywhere. She could vaguely hear music in the distance. It was the royal city.

"Stop the carriage," her stepmother ordered the coachman, who dutifully obeyed.

When the carriage stopped, the stepmother disdainfully addressed Tiffany. "We must keep up appearances, now. They must not think we are allowing your esteemed father's daughter to run amok like a peasant. You're lucky that you get this chance to sit here in the carriage."

As much as Tiffany would rather stay outside, she knew her stepmother would insist and get even angrier should she not obey. So she dutifully climbed in, sitting into the space that her stepsisters let for her.

She smiled at them thankfully. The two of them weren't so bad, to be honest. They were bratty, and spoiled, for sure, and they would throw tantrums when they didn't get what they wanted, but most of the time, they stayed quiet or were otherwise following their mother's directions.

As soon as the carriage restarted, the girls resumed their gossip, as if there had never been a disturbance.

"Do you think the Prince will dance with me?"

"No, you're too young for him. He'll dance with me for sure."

"Just because you're older doesn't mean I'm too young for him, Jessi."

"But I'm older than you, Sunny. Why would he choose you when I am more experienced, more mature, and more beautiful?"

"Then neither Tiffany or me or anybody else could even get close to the Prince, 'cause you're so old, he'd fall in love with your wrinkles!"

Tiffany almost burst out in full out guffaws. Her younger stepsister Sunny had always been sassy, but this was probably the best insult she's ever heard.

"Girls, don't fight. Besides, Tiffany would never have the chance, anyways." Her stepmother sneered. Her stepsiblings stayed quiet.

"I wouldn't want to dance with the Prince anyways," Tiffany answered honestly.

Her stepsisters gasped. "How could you not! He's the most handsome and most wealthy man in the world!"

"Do you like someone else?" her younger sister Sunny asked, a twinkle in her eye.

Tiffany just gave them a smirk. "Maybe."

Her sisters glanced at each other and squealed. "Who is he? Or she?"

"It's a secret," She winked. The girls were about to whine and complain for teasing them, but the coachman announced, "We're here misses," And the girls dissoved into gasps and squeals of excitement.

"The palace! It's the palace!"

"It's so bright and beautiful!"

"Look at the flags!"

"Even the town around the palace is nicer than Huntington."

Huntington was the name of the village near the manor, where Taeyeon had met Tiffany. An apt name for, well, a hunting town.

Coaches were lined up in front of the gate, and the horses slowed to a halt in front of the towering palace.

Forty feet in height of dark, cold stone, the sprawling castle stood intimidatingly grandly over the town and its people. In contrast to the stoic atmosphere of the castle, trumpets sounded every few minutes as coaches slowly filed in, colorful flags were strung around the towers and across the grand gated entryway, and faint music could be heard even over the noise and bustle of the crowd.

"How do you do?" a palace guardsman greeted them as they approaced the entrance.

"Fine, sir."

"Your invitations, Misses?"

"Here," the stepmother handed the card over. Checking it over, the guard confirmed their invitation then nodded respectfully at them.

"That way," He directed the coachman. "Have a nice day, "Mrs. Hwang, Misses Hwang."

Jessica and Sunny giggled at being addressed in such a respectful manner, a far cry from the casual manner they had been accustomed to in the countryside, where their only constant companions were close friends and family.

The carriage parked next to the entrance of the large building for guest accomodations. They got off one by one from the carriage, their horses were led to the stables, and a young servant carried their belongings up to their rooms.

"Wow," Tiffany breathed out as she walked through the entrance.

The dark grey stone of the outside masked the glory of the glittering white marble interior, the hallways lit by the sunlight  streaming through large windows and burning torches lining the walls, the light reflecting off of the golden wall embellishments.

It was the most lavishly beautiful scene she had ever witnessed.

A small servant boy led them to their rooms, two rooms side by side. The rooms were much simpler, dark wooden furniture against pale blue walls, white crown moldings with the same gold accents as the hallways.

The stepmother, being the married woman, was to have a room to herself while the girls were to share the other bedroom. They didn't mind too much upon seeing the beds though, which were certainly large enough to fit all of the girls and probably one or two more.

Tiffany was more than overjoyed of course. As irritating as Jessica and Sunny could be at times, neither of them went out of their way to make her life more miserable like her stepmother did, and being allowed to be away from her stepmother for this next weekend granted far greater freedoms than she had ever enjoyed.

"Tiffany! Can you help me tie up this corset?"

"Sunny! Help me with mine!"

The ball was in just a few hours, and they had to rush to get ready. Tiffany dutifully laced up her stepsister's corset, before Jessica helped her to tie her own.

After they squeezed into the corsets, they each brought out their ballgowns. All of them unmarried, they had simple, modest dresses. Jessica had gone for white, Sunny a pale yellow, and Tiffany pink, as expected.

They hurried around the room, laughing and talking, helping each other with their makeup and such. Tiffany smiled just at the thought- it had been such a long time since she had gotten to spend time with the two as equals instead of as a servant. The both of them seemed to welcome her back with open arms- they had never had anything against her, though it was understandably difficult for them to override their mother's commands.

They could hear music starting to play from downstairs and they hurried even more, not wanting to miss a single song, for more songs were more opportunities to dance with handsome men.

Tiffany was nearly ready, with her makeup done, her dress on, her shoes slipped on, her hair done. All that was left was the jewelry that Taeyeon had given her.

Carefully taking the pink parcel out of the bag, she laid it across the dresser. She fastened the necklace around her neck, slipped on the bracelet, and slid the ring carefully onto the fourth finger on her right hand.

She smiled down at it, sliding it around her finger as she observed it, thinking about the giver of the gift as she watched how the sun's rays reflected in the facets of the diamond.

"Tiffany, you look amazing!"

Sunny admired her stepsister, grinning with pure happiness. Jessica turned to see her, dropping open.

"Holy- Tiffany! You look great! Where did you get those jewels?"

"They were a gift," she said, smiling down at the necklace, and her stepsisters immediately shared a glance, then directed their teasing smirks at her.

"Is that the person you like?"

"Can't you tell us who it is?"

"At least if it's a he or a she?"

Tiffany laughed. "You'll probably see at the ball."

Her sisters squealed. "C'mon, Tiff!"

"So it is from that person?" Jessica confirmed, and Tiffany nodded with a blush.

"Keep them, Tiffany!"

"I intend to."

"Good."

There was a knock on the door, and Jessica answered.

"Miss Tiffany Hwang?" the same small servant boy that had led them to their rooms bowed respectfully.

"Yes?" Tiffany asked, walking to the door. Sunny followed her, so that the two stepsisters could listen in.

"Somone wants to see you," he looked up at her innocently.

"Who is it?"

"Miss Taetae," He said, smiling up at her. Tiffany immediately smiled at the cute nickname, blushing at the thought of the huntress.

"Ah, so it's a girl, is it?" Jessica teased with a snicker.

Tiffany blushed further, but turned around and winked at them as she allowed the boy to lead her away, making them dissolve into squeals and giggles.

Taeyeon!

Tiffany followed the boy through the sea of other guests trying to get to their own rooms or find their friends' rooms. She felt rather out of place, having to keep saying "excuse me, excuse me" as she moved against the current.

She thought they were making their way to the front entrance, but to her surprise, the boy lead her past the entrance and the crowd and towards the opposite side of the guest building into the main part of the castle. The walls here were the same style as the hallway- white marble tiles, grand columns and walls decorated with gold accents. She looked at some of the paintings as she passed by, recognizing a few of them from books her father used to bring back for her.

After a winding journey through the tunnels, the boy stopped at a plain white door. "She's out there, Miss."

"Thank you," she said giving a kiss on the forehead as thanks. He beamed at her before walking back towards the direction they had come.

She took a deep breath, brushing down any stray curls and fixing her lipstick a bit before finally opening the door, breath bated in anticipation.

"Hey, you," she heard a voice fondly call out, and she gasped as she walked through the doorway, closing it behind her.

"Taeyeon! You look....amazing."

The girl was in a lavish ball gown- simple, like hers, but magnificent. It was light blue, tight around her small waist, the pale color emphasized by the silver jewelry she was sporting-inconspicuously matching her own. She was so used to seeing Taeyeon in hunting breeches or simple skirts that she barely recognized the pristine girl standing in front of her.

"Wow, Tiffany....you look...stunning."

The other girl was just as star struck by Tiffany in her pink gown, and the make up. She had always been in love with the girl and her beauty, but she had never seen her this...flawless.

"Thank you," Tiffany smiled softly, now looking around them. They were in a small courtyard area, a paved stone path bordering a fountain in the center of the space, flowers on bushes in bloom on either side of the path. Taeyeon had been sitting at a small park bench nearby, a few flowers in her hands.

"For you," she offered to the girl, bowing down to kiss her hand. Tiffany giggled, gently taking the flowers.

"You look like a queen," Tiffany said, admiration sparkling in her eyes. "It's strange to see you act like a prince."

"If I am to be a prince, would you be a princess?" Taeyeon grinned cheekily.

"Of course," Tiffany grinned right back, enjoying the more relax
