SOO RI’S POV I woke up and … I didn’t find Eun Na beside me. The tubes and needles inserted on her were now on the bed. She left? Oh ! I stood up and opened the bathroom door but I didn’t see her there. I went out and tried finding her outside. No one was outside the corridors. Where is everybody? Oh God. “Bye Bye Soo Ri.” “Eun Na! NO!” She jumped off the window. I ran towards the window and found her on the ground. Why Eun Na? Why’d you have to kill yourself? WHY?! “EUN NA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” I shouted. *** “Soo Ri.” “Soo Ri.” “Soo Ri.” I opened my eyes. “It’s my turn now.” said Myung Soo. I saw Eun Na sleeping. Oh God. It was just a dream. It was a dream. I’m glad she’s still alive. Eun Na woke up. “Hi Eun Na. Are you okay?” She looked at me. I’m glad there’s progress happening. “Eun Na. Myung Soo’s going to take care of you now. Alright?” I said to her. “Soo Ri … I don’t know him.” WHAT? “Eun Na. What are you talking about? It’s me Myung Soo.” “I don’t know you. I’m … sorry.” “I’m going to call a doctor.” Said Myung Soo running out of the room. “Eun Na. Do you know me?” “Yes. You’re my bestfriend.” “Do you know Key?” She nodded. “Do you know … Jonghyun?” “Who’s Jonghyun?” WHAT. THE. . “Eun Na…you know you have kids right?” She shook her head. OH MY GOD. This is not okay. This is not okay. “Eun Na…are you making fun of me?” “Why would I make fun of you? I don’t know what you’re talking about.” She answered. “The doctor’s here.” Myung Soo just came. *** “Amnesia or loss of memory occurr most often as a result of damage to the brain from trauma, , Alzheimer disease, alcohol and drug toxicity, or infection. Well in her case, it was caused by the drug toxicity.” Said the doctor. “Is it possible that she can remember me but she cannot remember other people?” I asked. “Yes. It’s possible. Actually, these memories are not actually lost since they can be recovered through psychotherapy or after amnesic state has ended.” “For how long can this occur doctor?” I asked. I’m really worried. “Well, this can last for weeks, months or even years.” “Years?” “Yes. Years.”
