Like a white sweater, it warmly
Embraced me
In the streets, the lights that contain the season

Jessica POV

I tighten strap of my bag, walking faster because it’s really chill even today is nearly end of winter. Today I decided to walk alone at the streets to my apartment after doing something at my office. And just now I realized how silly I am. Urgh I want to arrive as soon as possible and drink a cup of hot green tea latte at my couch and covered myself with blanket.

Suddenly some snows pouring down on this night, leave me in awesome. I spread my arms and let the snow fall over my body

It’s been so long I couldn’t see the first snow

And I still remember saw my first snow with Tiffany

Ah, suddenly my eyes feel so hot yet so wet. When I wiped away my tears, I can see someone standing after me. It’s blurry because of my tears but I think I can catch her glimpse

“Jessie?”

“Tiff?”

She rushed to me and hugs me rightly, lean her face at my shoulder when her arms circled my waist “I miss you”

“I miss you too, so much” I found my self wrapped my arms on her shoulders

“You’re not picking your call?” suddenly she pulls herself from our hug and signing to me for picking my call. I take my phone and see whose calling

“Hmm not important” I reject the call and throw my phone at my back again while Tiffany furrowed her eyebrows “Really”

“Okay then”

“What are you doing?”

“Just walking around” she let her eyesmile “And you?”

“Going home after my work and found you” I chuckled when she slaps my arm playfully “I thought you still busy with your preparation of your solo debut”

As soon as I mentioned solo debut, I saw her sighed and looked away. Her smile slowly faded away

“Tiff?”

“Hmm”

“What’s wrong?”

“Nothing. Anyway you bring your car?”

I shake my head “No, because I think I will walk to my apartment but tonight is very cold I think”

“Let’s go with mine” Tiffany drags me into her car which parked near our meeting point. She started the engine immediately and keep silent on our way

You came to me at the end of a tiring day
It’s so warm
Like a child waiting for the first snow
It snows on top of my uplifted heart

Suddenly, white snow falls
It embraces the frozen streets
It resembles you, who found my cold heart

“Jessie?”

“Yeah”

“Can I…” Tiffany hangs her word

“What?”

“Sleepover at your place?”

“Huh?”

“If you not comfortable, it’s okay”

“Uh-oh, it’s not like that Tiff” I look deeply at her eyes that start tearing. Whenever she got mad, sad or disappointed about something, she always kept in her heart before found right time for flooring all of her problem. Became her friend since 10 years ago make me understand her right now “Okay, today I’m alone at my apartment because Soojung has schedule abroad”

She just nodded and slightly tugging a smile. I pat her head and smiling, following her. We still on silence until her car slowly enter the basement

“Why?”

“I think it’s my first time here”

“You are right” I mumbled “Make yourself at home” I head to kitchen while pointing my favorite couch at the living room
