Saturday Dinner
At Chiu's mansion: Albert & Tessa arrived and they spend days with their children. They normally stay in Hacienda to have quality time with their children, away from the city and away from the meetings and business. This tradition has been going on for so many years and so far never been broken.
Same with the Anderson's, Because of the long friendship of this two family, they always manage to schedule their vacation in Hacienda's at the same time. This is one of the reasons why all their children are so close and grow-up together.
For 2 days before Gerald and Kim didn't see each other, both families are busy spending time with their own families. After each busy day, Gerald never fails to call Kim to say hello and they always end up talking for hours.
Mama Tessa: Yaya Pokwang, palagi na lang late si Kim kung gumising, takaw tulog ba or late lang talaga ma tulog? di ba maaga naman s'ya umaakyat sa room n'ya?
Yaya Pokwang: Naku, baka kausap si Ken sa phone. kasi kung mag usap ang dalawa iyan parang walang bukas. baka nag update lang kasi 2 days na hindi pumupunta dito si Ken kaya siguro sa gabi sila nag uusap.
Mama Tessa: ganon ba?..siguro nga.Yaya mamaya pala sa Anderson's kami mag dinner, paki sabi na lang kay Malin (the cook)
Don Luis: Good Morning Tessa, nasaan si Albert?
Mama Tessa: Good Morning Papa, ayon maaga gumising at nag horseback riding kasama si Piolo & Jake, they waited for Kim peru hindi naman nagising.
Don Luis: eh hindi talaga magigising 'yon, eh late na kung matulog. 2 hours ba naman kausap si Gerald sa phone. (Smiling) Tessa, mukhang may gusto itong si Gerald kay Kim, sana tama ako kasi bagay sila. I like Gerald, matalino na bata, gentleman pa.
Tessa: Papa talaga, nag play match maker nanaman kayo...but you know what, sana nga..sabay tawa.Wish talaga ni Vangie yan, matagal na n'ya sinasabi sa akin yan. Ako ok lang basta gusto din s'ya ni Kim, kung sino ang gusto ng mga anak ko Papa, I'm not going to force them pag dating sa love.
Don Luis: I know, ganon naman ako sa anak ko. Kaya siguro ma swerte ako at nabigyan ng maraming apo.Kamusta ang lovelife ng mga anak mo?
Tessa: OK naman sa pagkakaalam ko. I can feel, si Piolo mukhang malapit ng gustong mag asawa.Approved naman kami ni Albert kay Angel, si Lloyd lang medyo may kapilyohan, but I know Bea can handle him, si Jake sige pa rin sa pan liligaw kay Roxanne, sana nga sila na para my peace of mind na ako. Kasi na lulungkot ako kapag na bastid ang mga anak ko.
Don Luis: Don't worry, sagutin na yan s'ya ni Roxanne, halata naman may gusto sa kanya 'yon. Siguro sa ngayon, medyo busy lang talaga si Roxanne helping her Mom sa charity project nila.
Tessa: Sana nga. They look good together.
Outside may dumating na car, natigil ang usapan nila.
Tessa: Papa may bisita ata tayo, sino naman kaya ito at medyo napaaga yata. (then get-up and walk towards the front door)..yaya ok na..ako na sa door.
Angel: Hi Tita, good morning, hi Lolo good morning.I'm on my way to Hacienda and I thought I'll pass by to say hello.
Tessa: Good Morning iha, you’re so beautiful.
Lolo Luis: what a pleasant morning to see you iha.
Angel: nakita ko sila Tito Albert & the boys, having fun. I just want to drop this fresh fruits & flowers Tita; sorry I have to go right away, missed ko na kasi si Lolo Daddy. Anyway I'll see you tonite Tita, Lolo.
Tessa: no problem iha, for sure your lolo is waiting for you na. see you tonight and thank you for the flowers & fruits.
Anderson's mansion is so busy for the Dinner preparation. Most of the cousin's came, well the important cousin's, Angel, Sam, Lloyd, & Roxanne. Don Greg was so happy. The Mansion feels so alive again. This is the most awaited season for both grandfather of this 2 big clan, every summer to celebrate kasama ang mga apo nila.
Chiu's Mansion:
Albert: Mama, can you tell your daughters na bilisan nila, ang tagal nila mag bihis.
Piolo: Ma, can I & Jake go ahead?
Tessa: OK, guys go ahead, pa drive kayo para may kasama kayo.
Piolo: no need ma, we're ok.
Albert: Ma, let them. matanda na ang mga yan.
Tessa: ok...ok...go...go...drive safely iho.
Don Luis: WOW...look at you..ang gaganda ng mga apo ko.
Tessa: Kim. iha you look so beautiful tonight.your all grown-up.
Albert: You look just like a princess iha.
Anne: see Kim, we told you, you look so pretty with that dress.
Don Luis: Ok let's go we don't want to be late, tayo lang ang bisita doon.
They arrived at the Anderson's Mansion; Gerald was so surprise seeing Kim in a red cocktail dress. Everyone in the room was mesmerized with Kim's beauty, she's wearing a red, , spaghetti strap cocktail dress and wearing a high heel.
Gerald: OMG...(she's so beautiful. dalaga na si Kim.) hi Kim, you look so beautiful tonight.(Gerald kiss Kim on the check, If you only know how I wanted to kiss you on the lips again)
Kim: thank you Gerald, ano sabi mo?....Hi Tita Vangie.
Vangie: hello iha, you look so beautiful iha..Gerald makes sure you look after Kim iho.
Gerald: yes mom...nothing I didn't say anything.
Whole night is filled with love ang laughter, just right after dinner, Jake and Roxanne walk in the garden. That night, sinagot ni Roxanne si Jake. At same moment, Kim ask Gerald to walk with her outside. They are walking straight were Jake and Roxanne are then>
Kim: Gerald, wait huwag d'yan. dito tayo.
Gerald: why? Its ok mas maganda may bench dito.
Kim: (pointing her lips where Jake & Roxanne are seating) look, sina Kuya Jake.
Gerald: oops sorry guys (they caught the two kissing, then Gerald grab Kim to go back to the house) let's go back inside Kim.
Kim: ok. Gerald, I think silan na. Did you see that?
Gerald: I know, pero hindi ibig sabihin sila na.
Kim: ganon ba? so a kiss between two people is not necessarily mean, they are romantically involve? bakit ganon? I don't want to kiss anyone unless boyfriend ko s'ya.(thinking kaya siguro ang dali mong humalik sa akin, dahil wala naman palang ibig sabihin yon, then Kim looks so sad and disappointed.)
Gerald: talaga ha, you only kiss the guy you love? (Kaya love mo ako, you kiss me remember, Gerald has a smile on his face)
Kim: (see the smile in Gerald's face, she got mad because she's thinking the negative view, she give Gerald a punch on the stomach), ano ngiti-ngiti ka d'yan. you remember something funny?
Gerald: what's wrong with you, bakit bigla ka lang nanununtok? sakit kaya non.
Everyone, gather again sa living room for the dessert, coffee & tea.Jake & Roxanne come in hand on hand.
Jake: everyone, I have good news. Starting tonight, Roxanne & I are officially cauple.Sinagot na ako ni Roxanne, finally she let go her feelings for me..sabay tawa.
Roxanne: Luko, naawa lang ako sayo, umiiyak ka kasi, sabay tawa ang kiss Jake on the chick.
Kim: (punta kay Gerald) I told you, that kiss mean something.( for sure ganon din ang kiss mo, ayaw mo lang mag amin, Kim happy face is back)
Gerald: OK. ( parang ikaw, your kiss mean something too)
Everyone having fun drinking and talking, Kim, Gerald & Ken are watching DVD in the family room, away from the grown-ups.
Kim: Gerald, I'm so sleepy, can I sleep on your lap? can you brush my hair hanggang sa maka tulog ako. (While Ken is already sleeping on the floor)
Gerald: ha?(hindi alam ang sasabihin, he knows that this is a big test for him, baka hindi s'ya mapigil sa sarili)...ok, come.
Kim: Kung ayaw mo ok lang, I'll call Kuya Jake, sometimes he does it to me, kasi hirap ako maka tulog pag lampas na sa oras.
Gerald: no it's ok, I;ll do it. So Kim sleeps on Gerald's lap while he is brushing her hair. Kim take off her shoes, and try to pull her dress up dahil sa mainit; OMG Kim please don't do this to me,
is this a punishment?, tapos sabay hila sa dress ni Kim to cover her legs.)
Kim sleeps so fast, so deep.
Gerald: go sleep my baby..(He tries to run his finger on Kim's face, touch her nose, her eyes then run his finger on her lips. as he touches kim's lips, somehow Kim reacted ang kiss his finger, but he is sure that she is sleeping. She sleeps with a smile in her face. Gerald can't stop, he keep on touching Kim's lips and she keeps on responding with a tiny smack motion, Gerald can feel the mumbness on his legs but he doesn't mind at all he wants Kim to sleep on his lap forever, until he fell asleep also)
Angel: PJ come take a look, isn't this site so cute. Go call Tita Tess & Tita Vangie.
Vangie: Best, look ang cute ng anak natin, Piolo go take a picture.
Gerald: (wake up) Mom, what's that falsh. sakit sa mata. I can;t move, I can't feel my legs.
Piolo: Sorry Bro, naka tulog pala si Kim. Here I'll help you.(then Piolo carry Kim to the sofa to free Gerald)
Gerald: Ok Lang.
