Kiseop’s POV

“kiseop-ah,” my mom shook me, telling me to wake up.

“ne ommonim?” I shot out of the bed right away. I looked at the calender above the TV in my room and my eyes shot wide open.

“I’m sorry,” omma’s eyes were filled with tears. Well, it’s time.

“don’t be. I’m the one who should be sorry omma,”I hugged her.

“if only you were a healthy little baby. It’s my fault I didn’t take good care of you,”

“andwae ommonim. It’s no one’s fault. It’s my destiny,” I took out the bag I prepared yesterday and went out of the house.

“omma! I’m going!” I called her.

“I’ll visit you tonight okay?” she kissed my forehead.

“you don’t have to,” I smiled. I reached out for the door until I remembered something.

“omma! Remember that ~~~ girl? The one i always talked about?” I looked at her with my big eyes. I knew she remembered! She talked about her all the time too.

“ah ne! wae?” she asked. I took out a pink box and hand it to her.

“omma, if the next time she came here, please give this to her, arasseo? Oh and don’t tell her I’m dead, okay?”

“but why?”

“i don’t want to break her heart,” and with that I kissed my mom’s forehead, hugged my little sister and went out.

*no one’s pov*

“omma, where is he going?” Jisuk asked.

“he’s going to visit daddy up there,” her mother pointed up.

“Kiseop-ah, have a safe trip okay?”
