Your POV

“sooo… how old is your sister?” I started a conversation.

“she’s… yah Lee Jisuk! How old are you?” he said. I like how he plays around with his sister.. it’s cute.

“oppa! You kept on forgetting. I’m 5 and a half years old!”

“kekekek, I know! Aigoo, my sister is soo cute!” he rubbed his sister’s head. Awwww sister and brother bonding!

“you’re so close with your sister. I wish I have one,” I said.

“we could raise her together. You’ll be her sister, and I’ll be your brother!” he said cheerfully.

“that’s great! From now on I’ll call you oppa, and you’ll call me dongsaeng, araseo?”

“deal!” he held out his hands and I shook it, stating that I’m now officially his little sister.

We walked a few more meters until we came to this small, modern house. It looks so comfortable. The garden was filled with orchids and I could see a white mini-cooper being parked in the garage.

“this is your house?” I asked.

“ne! Jisuk-ah, let’s go inside, me and ~~~ unnie will go around the park, araseo?” he said with a childish, kind of nagging tone.

“can’t I come along?” Jisuk pouted.

“mianhae, it’s too dangerous. You stay here with omma okay? Tell her I’ll be back around lunch,” Kiseop stood up after squating and talking to Jisuk. He then wiped the dirt in his knee and held out a hand.

“let’s go,” he took my hand and pulled me. We ran, as if someone is chasing us from the back.

Kiseop’s POV

We arrived at the park’s main fountain. It was big, a lot of couples were seen.

“wahh!” I heard her scream, when a flock of birds flew passed her.

“it’s amazing huh?” I asked.

“ne, I wish I could enjoy this years and years ago!”

“it’s the same, it’s just that you’re a lot younger than before,”

“yeah, I wish I was still 14 and so… it wouldn’t be weird for me to chase birds around when I was younger. People would think I have a compulsive behaviour if I run around chasing birds,”

“they won’t think you’re crazy if they knew you’re a foreigner,” he stood up, making me standing up too. The light gleamed through his blond hair. His jaw lines were perfectly shaped. His eyes were soo-

“is there something on my face?” he surprised me.

“oh, no. mian, it’s just that… did you paint your hair?” yes! I don’t need to tell him that i was admiring his face.

“oh, this?” he let out a soft chuckle, “I was rebellious a few years ago. I got pierced, got a tatoo and dyed my hair. Is it weird?”

“nope! Nope at all, keke. It’s great! It’s just that, what changed you to be a rebellious kid?” I asked him. Is it just me, or is his eyes popped when I asked that question. He stood still. I could see his nervous.

“hey, ummm.. I gotta go. My friend is waiting for me later this noon. Wanna come along?” I decided to change the topic. I could see his expressions softened. I let out a sigh.

“no thanks. I gotta go too.. so see ya!” Kiseop ran into a cuved alley, and I can no longer see him. I took a last glanced at the fountain and headed home.

Kiseop’s POV

I ran as if there is no tomorrow. I found a curved alley and stood there, controlling my breath. I shuddred remembering those days where I’m always hanging  out in the club with two girls around me. It’s all because of ~~~ I changed into a better person.

I took one last breath before going back home. i saw the clouds drifting away as I walked.
