The Third Tale

She gave him a toothy grin as a sign of her gratitude.

He sighed at her odd obsession for weird imaginary horses and wondered why he even bought her one in the first place.

He called out her name.

"Tell me."

She paused, tilting her head.

"Do you really love me?"

She blinked a few times before giving him an incredulous look.

"Of course I love you!" she giggled.

A smile formed on his lips—his heart fluttering inside of his chest.

"Not as much as unicorns though! They're so cuddly and cute!"

Daehyun slumped his shoulders in defeat.
