22 days left..

It was a cold day, outside the window, million droplets of rain were dropping down from above.

Di Young glanced out of the window, the wind was strong, trees bending in a single direction, ready to fall anytime.

-Knockknock- a faint knocking sound was heard.

Di Young turned to look at the closed door.

Once again, the person from outside knocked again.

She sighed and got up from her cozy bed.

Her feet stepping on to the cold tiles.

She turned the knob and pulled open the door.

Through the gap, she saw that it was Sung Lyn.

"Why are you here?" Di Young asked, wondering why she wasn't in bed at this time.

"I was wondering if...."

"If?"

"You needed someone to talk to...?"

She looked at her as though she was from another planet.

*What is this girl doing...? Why is she acting so close to me all of a sudden..?*

Sung Lyn stood there, waiting for Di Young's reply.

She was wearing her thin baby pink PJ's.

She trembled, rubbing her hands together to warm up herself.

Finally, Di Young responded.

"Come on in." She said as she turned and walk back to her bed.

Sung Lyn followed her in, and sat on a chair beside Di Young's bed.

"Aren't you cold? Come here." Di Young offered Sung Lyn the empty space on her bed.

Slowly, Sung Lyn slipped into the warm covers of the bed.

Di Young sat there in silence.

*What should i say? What am i doing? Why am i inviting her in to my room when i don't even know who she is? and, she made me wait 1 super long hour!* She was half way through her thoughts when Sung Lyn spoke up.

"I'm Sung Lyn, daughter of Mrs Lee. I'm 17 this year. My parent's are out for a long holiday and they want me to stay with your family. This way, they'll have no worries on my safety. Sorry for intruding into your house all of a sudden, its not my say. One more thing, i will be enrolling into your school too." She finished up with a friendly smile.

And suddenly, an unexpected friendship was formed.

"Me me me! Hot chocolate please!!" Sungjong screamed from the living room.

"Woo Hyun two!!"

"L three!"

The kind leader got up from his seat and went into the kitchen.

Shortly, he returned with 7 cups of hot chocolate.

They were ready. Whatever for? The movie marathon!

Their manager gave them the day off, allowing them to do anything they like. As long as it pleases them.

"What should we watch?" Hoya asked, grabbing the remote control before anyone could take it.

"City hunter!!" They echoed.

No disagreements, No arguing's, Just plain agreements.

And they started their movie marathon.

2.30AM in the morning, they were still up.

Chasing after the 13th episode.

Their manager went to check on them.

"Hurry!! RUN! HE'S BEHIND YOU! HYUNG!! HOW!!!?" Sungjong was the most agitated one.

Woo Hyun, Hoya and Sungyeol simply laughed at him.

Sunggyu, Dong Woo and L went back into their rooms at the 10th episode.

Their manager gasped.

"BOYS! WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING!? You should be in bed by now! look at the time!!" He yelled.

In a hurry, Sungyeol clicked the wrong button.

Supposedly, it should be 'pause' but it became 'stop'.

"Hyung!!" Sungjong screamed in displeasure.

Sungyeol shrugged. "Mianhae!" He mouthed out the words.

One by one, they returned to their rooms.

Leaving the manager alone with the TV.

His eyes shone, MARATHON TIME.

He switched the disc to episode 18 before he finished watching the rest of the episodes.

"Look at them." Di Young's umma awed to her husband.

Di Young and Sung Lyn was cuddling right beside each other as though they were real siblings.

"It was just yesterday, that Di Young exploded with anger saying that she wasn't interested in Sung Lyn. But.. look at them now."

Di Young's umma clasped her hands together.

"Alright alright, you don't have to repeat so many times. Time for breakfast. Let them be." Her husband shushed her and chased her to the kitchen.

10mins later...

"YAWNNNNNN" Di Young stretched, waking up from her sleep.

Her sudden movement caused Sung Lyn to stir in her sleep.

Very slowly, the image of Sung Lyn sleeping beside her processed in Di Young's mind.

*W...Wh...What? Why is she in my bed??*

Then, she recalled to last night.

*Oh yeah. My new friend.*

Di Young smiled to herself, she was grateful that she will have someone to talk to now.

Not that Woo Hyun and L were not enough for her to speak her mind.

It's just that, a girl will understand things better than a guy.

Sung Lyn rubbed her eyes and sat upright.

She opened her eyes and saw Di Young.

"Good morning." She smiled sleepily.

"Good morning to you too." Di Young replied.

Walking out from the comfort zone, Sung Lyn returned to her room.

Di Young walked out too.

After cleaning up, she went down for breakfast.

"Aye aye, someone has gotten closer to Sung Lyn!" Her umma teased.

"Do you prefer that i keep a distance away from her?" Di Young retorted.

"No no! No dear. I don't mean it that way." Her umma smiled again, and continued with the preparation of breakfast.

Humming a cheerful tune to herself.
