Prologue
Ending PageIt was just another peaceful day in Gyunhyeong village, just like any other day. The birds are singing, the wind rustled through the trees and the village was packed and welcoming yet restful at the same time.
But there is always that one household in every story that isn’t exactly the most peaceful.
“Yeon-ni!” he shouts, jumping onto Amber’s shoulders.
“Yah! Key! Quit it! I’m trying to cook here! Stop acting like a child!” Amber scolds.
“But why Yeon-ni?” Key whines. Amber rolled her eyes and stopped slicing her tomatoes. She turned around to face Key and folded her arms.
“First of all, remind me again why I’m getting married to you? And second of all, quit calling me Yeon-ni! Call me that after!” Amber shouted in frustration.
She felt her face flush, knowing that she likes to have Key call her Yeon-ni but she decided she wasn’t going to let him know about it. So she faced the stove to turn the fire to a medium and continued to slice her tomatoes as she prepared for dinner.
