“Im really sorry Jessica. Please let me explain.” It read. 

 

Jessica threw her phone on her bed and walked to her bathroom, she stared at her reflection on the mirror. 

 

She was ruined. 

 

But that doesn’t compare to how ruined she is on the inside. 

 

She did not love Luhan. She only saw him as an older brother who protects her, who comforts her. Nothing more. 

 

She leaned over to wash her face with cold water, she knew that no matter what, she won’t be able to love Luhan back to the way it was before. It was just…… different. 

 

 

 

 

Jessica made her way out of her room into the living room, receiving 8 pairs of eyes staring at her worriedly, “Jess…” Tiffany called, “Are you okay?”

 

“Was Luhan oppa my boyfriend?” 

 

Their eyes widened. “Why didn’t you tell me?” She asked coldly.

 

Nobody answered. Jessica bit her lip and left the dorm. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She was walking around the park, thinking, and she saw him. 

 

Luhan.

 

"Out of all people, why him?”

 

Jessica took a deep breath and walked towards the slouching guy, he looked up once she was a few metres away from him. He stood up , “Sooyeon, let me explain. “ He exclaimed. 

 

“I’ll give you a month.” She cuts him off before he could explain, “I’ll be your girlfriend for a month. If I love you by the end of the month, I’ll be with you again. If I don’t, then leave me alone.” 

 

Luhan nodded. 

 

 

He was afraid, that once the month was over, she won’t love him back and he would lose her forever. But if she was happy that way he’ll let her go. He wasn’t confident he could get her back, but he was sure that he would make this one month memorable.
