Roadtrip to Busan
Illegal MarriageJessica packed her bags for the a weekend away in a special place in Busan, by the end of the weekend Sun and Ren will officially be married. Jessica found herself excited for the wedding, oddly enough she gained a friendship with Ren and Sun during the process of planning the wedding.
Jessica’s plans after the wedding include her going back to San Fransisco, her time in Korea has been fun but she has to get back to reality. What really kept her stay was the peperation of the wedding. Donghae being around her constantly is really frustrating so she honestly cannot wait to get home as soon as possible.
She quickly walked down stairs to meet the rest of her family who are also invited to the wedding. They were all waiting in the van that they are taking on this long road trip. She was at the drive way the car was waiting for her, inside the van is her parents, grandma Jung, Donghyeon, Mia and Donghae’s parents.
“Honey theres no room left,” Jessica’s mother stated as everyone has made it in the van. Everyone from inside the van was just staring at the poor Jessica who was oddly confused. So where is she suppose go if there is no room?
“Then how will I get to Busan?”
“You can ride with Donghae,”
Jessica rolled her eyes when her mother suggest such thing, she turned around to see Donghae cleaning his car. “I rather die, now let me in!” Jessica demanded. As much as the Mrs Jung wanted her daughter in the car theres nothing she really can do when every seat is full. “Sorry hun, you have to go with Donghae,” Jessica’s mum added.
There really wasn’t a choice or any point of arguing so Jessica turned around and walked to Donghae’s car. Lately he’s been treating her different especially after the bachelorette party. Afte that Jessica honestly doesn’t remember much, all she remembers is being picky back by Donghae and taking her home.
Since she has been questioning her ex husband about that night but he refuse to spill anything. Instead he’s allowing Jessica to think about what she has said, so since he really has been very cheeky around her. She knows Donghae so well that there is something behind his smile and she knows him well enough that its about her.
Jessica stormed towards Donghae’s stupid BMW, she threw his things in the back and sat in the front seat. “Talk to me, annoy me, look at me or do anything that makes me want to jump out of this stupid car and I will personally walk to Busan myself,” Jessica warned. She defeintly wasn’t impressed at all. She wish to not ride with Donghae because she knows that he’ll just get under her nerves, but oddly enough she knew that riding with the others would be much more boring then carpooling with Donghae.
“Okay princess,” Donghae chucked Jessica a cheeky smiled as he reversed out of the drive way. Jessica just rolled her eyes knowing it will be a long trip….
For 2 out of 5 hours of driving to Busan Jessica and Donghae manage not to say a word to each other. Jessica slept while Donghae couldn’t help but give sneaky peeks at the sleeping Jessica. Admittedly, he will always love Jessica and still the little things she did still gives him butterflies.
Jessica sleeping was something Donghae found attractive and very adorable which he still found himself adoring over again. Now this is true love. Donghae kept looking onto Jessica that within the split second he took his eyes of the road he lost control of the steering wheel for a second making the car swerve.
The sleeping beauty woke up from the instant lash of the car making her angry and blaming her "near death experience" on Donghae. “Ya lee Donghae. Learn how to drive you idiot,” Jessica synthesized. Her anger got to her as she realized now that she is awake she can’t get back to sleep meaning the rest of this 3 hour trip she has to sit here with Donghae.
“Why do you hate me so much?” Donghae asked out of curiosity.
Jessica just gave Donghae a stare and already the other knew that what Jessica was mad about. “Look I know I did wrong and I don’t expect you to forgive me but can you a least be nice, we another 3 hours before we get to busan and youre not making it easier by being some agnostic ,” Donghae spoke up.
In a way he was right, what D0nghae did was wrong but should he be punshied for life for his mistakes. “No matter what I do, I feel like youre always going to treat me like this and it hurts because we use to be in a relationship,” Donghae explained.
Jessica just looked at Donghae with some sympathy in her eyes, she could see how sorry he is, she could see that he wants to be forgiven but still Jessica couldn’t help but hold on to some kind of hatred.
“Do you expect us to be friends? To be in a relationship again?” Jessica asked.
“No all I’m saying is just…”
“You hurt me,” Jessica continued. “You really did and my heart shattered into a million pieces. I tried to be strong to put the pieces of my heart together bu
