Jessica couldn’t think what else could be more blissful then her marriage with Donghae. It was every thing she has ever dreamed off. The person who he is, is what she fell in love with. They posses a love hate relationship, Donghae can be so frustrating to the point where Jessica is about to pull her hair out. However, from time to time, Jessica finds herself falling in love with the boy over and over again. With Ren it’s different she didn’t wake up cherishing everyday he was there, Jessica’s love for Ren only exceeded to a certain point.

She thought that she can’t love anyone else more then she loves Ren, but Donghae just had to come along and prove her wrong. She fell out of love with Ren because she found someone better to love, so fast and so quickly. She found Donghae, who replocated the same feelings for her.

It’s been 12 months since Jessica was told she was to marry her quirky childhood friend. In a few weeks they are to celebrate their 12 months since she legally married Donghae. Sure at first everything was all just to get Donghae to come to America. Fate was good to Donghae and Jessica giving them this opportunity to reconcile. They found each other, and immediately they fell in love with each other.

These long 11/ 12 months have been hard, trying to deal with Sun, Ren and the immigration. The couple proved their strong bond showing that nothing can break them apart, literally nothing. As one problem attacked them one after the other, they manage to get through it. They say first year of marriage is always the hardest, and somehow they manage to get through all that.

Through these ongoing problems, Jessica got to see that Donghae is the one for her. He stood by her every step of the way, he held her hand when he needed to, he is a true gentleman. Jessica once read in a magazine that married couples go through many obstacles but if they stay together then they are meant to be. However, this new obstacle in their marriage is rather new. Will they be able to get over it?

Jessica rolled onto her left side of the bed. She found an empty space, with eyes shut she experiment with her arms the cold texture next to her knowing what is missing. She opened her eyes and looked at the body that is meant to be laying is missing.

The bedside next to her was already made, she rolled onto that side to smell that lingered on the bed. She could smell his familiar scent making her smile. She missed him, smelling his scent made her miss everything about him. She miss waking up to him to holding onto her, his hot breath on her shoulders and his soft kisses on her cheek. She misses him way to much.

Being separated from Donghae made her realize how symbolic he is in her life. As they say, you don’t know what you have until it’s gone.

They also say what kills a marriage isn’t the crazy ex’s, the cheating, children, crazy in laws not even money. Apparently married couples break up because men or woman are heavenly involved in their career.

2 weeks after Donghae had that set up interview with Yoona, he surprisingly got a call from the boss himself explaining the mis understanding with Yoona. Donghae answered the call thinking he wanted to have a conversation. He didn’t think he would hang up the phone and earning a job later. It is far to bizzar!

Lee Donghae a poor servent got a job as a new engineer/ designer designing Mr Denise new office. It may only be a 3 month job, but he if he does well Mr Denise will hire him design something bigger, a new hotel in Florida.

It’s been a month since he has gotten it, finacially, it’s doing Donghae well as he send the money to help him family in Korea. However for Jessica she wishes him to get fired or something. It was fine the first few weeks of work, but now she just graduated from her business course in university and is now on break she through she could spend this time with Donghae. Apparently not. Everyday, from 6am- 10pm Donghae is at working on designing mr Denise’s new office. Honestly she misses him. Before she wakes up he’s gone, no matter how long she waits she can’t stay up to see him come into the house. On the weekends Donghae’s day off, he busy finishing off his assignments for school. So for the past month Jessica hardly has seen her husband, making her miss him.

She missed her husband, being around him so much she was so use to him being around her. Now that he is gone, she’s not use to being alone.

Jessica knew that she can’t just lay on her bed all day, so she got up and prepared breakfast herself, she had to keep herself from making breakfast for two. What has she turned into? A widowed woman making her dead husband food?

Jessica sadly ate her breakfast to herself, she pouted at her food knowing that the person that her marriage is breaking apart. Yes their marriage is, as in week Jessica hasn’t seen her husband due to his crazy work hours. She gets up in the morning wondering, is she still married to her husband? She was scared that not seeing or speaking to each other may cause them to drift apart, it may cause Donghae to fall out of love with her and meet some y business woman at his work place.

It scared Jessica to bits after all they have gone through. She was scared that she was going to loose Donghae and she could just feel it the more they separated. Since she has no friends to see, no errands or anything to do Jessica stayed at home that day. She watched a bit of her favourite TV show Gossip Girl as she snuggled into her blanket. 

Honestly she had to stop herself from crying several times when one of the characters made up, it reminded her the fairytale life she once had with Donghae when he was always there. For the Haesica couple, it was goodbye honey moon stage and hello reality. 

Of course all romantic feelings in her body died when she heard her front door open. It’s 7pm at night, doors are lock, lights are off and the only sound that she should only hear is the sounds from the TV. It’s like an instinct that someone was in the house, suddenly the hair on her skin rose as she could feel someone hovering her.

Jessica was far to correct, she got up knowing what is behind her could be a serial killer or plunge to her death. However she was wrong at that, Jessica stood up to find her husband dressed in a suit (his work attire) carrying a box of chocolates and bouquet flowers. “Hey,” he smiled as he handed his wife flowers and chocolates.

Suddenly Jessica felt a rush of overwhelming feeling, she wanted to cry for the gifts yet punch in the face for scaring her like that. However, she couldn’t help but rush into her husbands arms and give him a long hug she has been wanting to give him for a long time. Due to work commitments Donghae couldn’t see his wife for a long time, causing him to ask the boss, Mr Denise to ask if he can have the rest of the night off.
