Arrival .
Kim Jaejoong , My Dream Star ."Auntie!"
I shouted on top of my lungs upon seeing a familiar face I've known for years. I jumped into Auntie's arms, smiling in delight.
"My God, Kyla, look how beautiful you are now! I bet thousands of guys are chasing you, aye?" She asked, her eyes full of anticipation. What a big joke I got when I just arrived.
When they would stop teasing me about boys? Ugh. Everytime I would see my relatives they would say why not get a boyfriend, I bet blah blah blah this and that.
I moved my sideswept bangs to the side. "Not really Auntie Minjung..." I answered shyly. Fakely. Fake shyness, yes. I just hate boys so I won't jump into a relationship just because they are pressuring me. I've only had one boyfriend but ended up a failing relationship because he was too clingy.
Auntie smiled . "So , are you excited here in Korea?" She asked interestingly. I shrugged. "Not really." I answered simply, but no! I am excited as hell. I am finally breathing Korean air! Jesus Christ.
She smiled despite my nonchalant facade. "Come on dear, let me show your house."
I finally live independently. Hah, This is what can money do. My parents were strict that I feel I can't go out until I'm 21 or something. At least my family is well-off. Yeah, I'm the chaebol kid everyone hates because I'm a chaebol kid. But I still have friends, you know.
"Okay, Can you finally speak Korean?"
I was drinking and I almost spat out the water when I heard that. I at Korean. I admit that. I don't even need to explain why Korean is hard.
I snorted. "Why are you asking that auntie? Of course I can speak it now, I've been downloading those Korean books."
Hahahahaha no. I am lazy as . I didn't learn Korean before coming here, I was planning to do it after I get to my house here.
Auntie chuckled, obviously not believing . "Then , introduce yourself in Korean ." She replied. Oh God, here comes again .
"Ajimunni! I know how to speak Korean. It's just that 'm so tired right now to say anything." I replied coolly, hoping it will work .
You see , I can speak simple Korean words. But then again, my nose will bleed if I say even a single sentence.
She looked at me in amazement. "Good! Because you need to address me in Korean. Such a lovely girl indeed, " Auntie praised me in amazement .
Like what the- it actually worked. I don't know why I'm born pure Korean but God didn't give me the talent to speak it fluently. I feel dumb.
Everyone in my family knows how to speak it fluently. My noona-- wait, hyun- no, ah... what is this. I don't even know what to call my siblings. I know it goes something like u... Okay let me continue the sentence. I mean my older brother taught me how to say it right but, yeah. You know.
I think my brain cells just decreased even more. I'm nowhere normal. I'm going crazy because of that language. I think I have no chance of learning it.
And the second reason I came here at Korea, it's because of the hot Korean boys scattered here. SHINee, Super Junior... BIGBANG. And of course the legendary DBSK. I wish I would meet that freaking Jaejoong. I promise you, he'll be the first man I'll kiss here in Korea. You'll see. Hah.
My auntie's car honks, bringing me back to reality. I looked at her in surprise. "Freaking traffic ." She complained. Wait, traffic? In Korea?
I decided to take a nap. Oh well, I shouldn't stress myself this much.
