The week passed by fairly quickly. You spent the days going on fun trips to town, grabbing things to eat and taking many pictures of the beautiful sceneries that was laid out behind the cabin the wolves had rented,  and sometimes even hopping into the forest along with the wolves, despite the fact that you literally passed out after seeing Kai's intimidating form up so close. But of course, when they transformed into those memorably terrifying beasts, majestic ones in fact, atleast one stayed behind just in case you got lost. And they were more playful than they usual were. Super cuddly too. And warm. And soft. And made good beds. And always so protective.

At night, the seven of you would gather in the living room and play games till one of you fell asleep. Mostly, it would be you, because the wolves were fairly hyper around midnight from all the sugar the seven of you took in. It was a fun and relaxing vacation, and you couldn't wish for anything more. It was just enough, and you loved to just sit inside and wrestle around with the wolves.

On Monday evening, the seven of you arrived at the house around midnight. Tired from the long trip, the bags were silently piled into the house and everyone had unanimously agreed to unpack the next morning.

On Tuesday evening, after waking up at noon and eating ramen with the boys, you went upstairs to freshen up. You took a nice and warm shower and slipped on a random cropped shirt, jeans, and a warm sweatshirt. You stared into the mirror and tied your scarf carefully around your neck, and slipped some gloves into your pocket.

A knock on your bedroom door entered your ears before the door opened.

"What's the point in knocking when you'll just come in anyway?" You questioned, as Kai stepped in and cocked an eyebrow at your attire.

"Going somewhere?" His eyes raked down your figure suspiciously. "We've all decided to stay home today, and the snow is piled high."

"I'm meeting a friend by the cafe at school." You explained and slipped on a jacket over your sweatshirt. "I'll be back before ten, Kai."

"Ahra..." He sighed and leaned against the doorframe. "It's dangerous at night, especially in winter. No one comes out after seven, and you could get hurt by the ice on the streets."

You frowned when he was objecting to the meeting with you and Jungkook. "Kai, it'll just be for three hours, and then I'll be back home."

"Who's going to take you to and from the cafe?" He countered.

"I can ride the bus." You proposed.

"Ahra-" He started.

"We'll stay in the cafe besides the school the whole time. I'll be there by seven, and out by ten. If you want, Kai, you can drop me off and pick me up and I'll definitely be there, okay?" You suggested.

His eyebrows twitched, before he stood upright and turned around. "Hyungs! Come up here for a moment!"

You internally facepalmed and groaned. Why is he making such a big deal out of this?!

A few seconds later, Baekhyun stepped out of his room and peered into yours. His eyes were swollen and it seemed as if he had just awoken from his sleep.

"What?" He inquired, and his eyebrows furrowed at your appearance. "Are we going somewhere?"

"No, we're staying home, aren't we?" D.O. popped in, with Suho trailing behind him. The three looked at you with questioning stares.

"Ahra, it's too cold to play outside." Suho frowned.

"No, hyung." Kai turned and face the three with dark eyes. "She said she's going to meet up with a friend at the cafe near school."

Baekhyun straightened up and Suho blinked at you in confusion. D.O., on the other hand, had narrowed his eyes in realization. She's going to meet up with that boy...

"It's not as bad as it sounds!" You quickly defended yourself. "Please! I'll just be gone for three hours, and be back home before you know it!"

"It's dangerous at night..." Suho trailed off and glanced at the two other boys.

Baekhyun sighed, "Is it really that important?"

"He's my only friend." You concluded.

Unfortunately, your answer caused an uproar between the four currently standing in your room. You cursed your loose tongue.

"Only friend?! You have Sehun!" Baekhyun muttered.
